Every time I've gone in to make a payment, the staff has always been friendly. Originally I wanted a unit at the Ibbetson location considering it is closer to my place of residence, but that location was closed for the day. Low and behold Mr. Borla was the site manager for that location as well. Mr. Borla was able to accommodate me with a unit at the Ibbetson location. When I tell you I was a happy camper. So they had me sign up, checked my ID and had no issue charging me and now that I have my things I don't have access to the gate. Oh and of course it's after their office hours, so I call the Emergency Access. Nope couldn't help me and that's how I found out I have to come in with an ID again.... No phone call, no no voice message, no email, I even checked my junk folder just in case I really missed something. So now my things are stuck in my car. We specifically called the night before to confirm that we would be able to access our unit at 6:00 AM because we needed to retrieve an important item before heading to the airport. We were assured that there would be no problem. The next morning, when we arrived at 6:45 AM, access was denied and we were unable to get our belongings. Being locked out of your storage unit right before a flight is incredibly stressful and unacceptable. The second major issue is the constant rent increases. After only a few months, our rate was increased by approximately $40. Then, after being loyal customers for over two years, we were hit with another increase of nearly $120 per month. These price hikes feel excessive and unfair, especially considering there were no noticeable improvements to the facility or services. Customer service has been inconsistent, communication is unreliable, and the pricing structure feels like a bait-and-switch. They get you in with one rate and then continue raising it over time. Between the unexpected access problems and the unreasonable rent increases, this experience has been extremely frustrating. If you're looking for a storage facility that offers dependable access, honest communication, and stable pricing, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

And I loved the fact that my storage unit wasn't in deep (5x10) it was 10x5 meaning 10 ft in width and 5 fr deep. With a roll up door! I recommend going elsewhere because this facility will take no responsibility for the damage and destruction of your personal property you pay for them to store. I finally moved my things out from this storage and when I did there were live rats and droppings all over my items some things had to be thrown away. Completely destroyed I would keep driving if I were you.
