The staff always went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Draw backs: - Monthly price: The standard rental rate for storage is slightly above average. - Accessible hours: you can only access the unit during standard business hours M-S, which led me to feel like I was racing the clock to get in and out. But I still give 5 stars and would recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Holy cow what a first time experience. Showed up on a Saturday morning at 10:13a for my 10a…read moreappointment (which I organized via email) and no one was there. Online says they open 10, the door said they open at 8a, and the number online vs on the door were different. The neon sign said open but no one came to the door or answered the phone and there were 4 cars waiting. Further, there was glass in the parking lot and WORST OF ALL was watching one disgruntled person FORCE THE AUTO SLIDING DOORS OPEN! What?! Aren't they supposed to be locked and this place secure? How could someone slide them open with ease?! How would or could I as a prospective customer ever want to store my stuff here?! No thanks. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. Poor business practices.

My sister recommended this place. I needed a place to move to asap that gave me access until as…read morelate as possible. I had to move out of my old apt because my landlord needed his unit back and paid me for movers and storage. At first, this place seemed awesome! Great location. But as time went by... even though I paid on time (auto pay), my code kept saying "see manager." The first time, he said something about my ID. I went and gave him my ID even though I already finished the process online. THEN... as months kept going by... same issue: "see manager"... what is going on?! How am I NOT able to access my belongings in the space I've been paying for?! Then I found out they can compensate for the trouble and offer a credit or something. So I called the office. THEY said they won't do it because I should've told them each time it happened. What?! They said they gave me a new code and then the same thing kept happening! I just went with my sister whenever she went to get access to the unit! THEN... they said they had locked me in on the rate I had but I got an email saying that they were raising it and then another email saying to disregard... but SUDDENLY, I got charged for $270 for my unit almost $100 more and the place isn't even temperature controlled like advertised! It was hot inside and muggy! Don't rent on the 3rd floor! Next, I had to move my stuff out of my sister's and needed more space and since my stuff was there already, I found a deal and got a smaller unit. They were trying to charge me extra for a transfer? No! I just needed another new unit! So I got a deal for 2 months like it advertised online... except... it pro rated the first month deal and that means I don't get exactly 2 months discount deal, I get whatever is left of the current month! That's shady! But I was desperate so I took it! They charged me the extra lock for overpriced amount and I went in to let the staff know I had my own lock. She told me to come the day I'm supposed to move in and show the manager and he'll refund me the amount. So I came today, 9/11/26 (I know) & no one was in the office! I had movers charging by the hour, babysitting my stuff while waiting for someone in the office to PICK UP! The operator said the manager's lunch hour starts at 1:30. So I ran to the office and it said "Be back at 9:30" but there's another smaller sign that said "CLOSED today!" I called again and the operator said there's NO record on file that it was supposed to be closed. So another lady pulls up and she called the hotline too. We're both standing in the hot sun trying to reach someone and I got movers waiting for me to get the lock opened off my unit I PAID for! I had to move my stuff to someone else's unit temporarily (THANK GOD, they let me!) and come back the next day! I called to see if someone would be there tomorrow (Saturday) and they said they cannot guarantee! To call 9:30am before driving there! This is ridiculous! I'm looking up the owners to send them a message. I'd like some form of refund or credit or compensation for the distress and the days I haven't been able to access my unit, please! Don't come here unless it's the cheapest option you can ever find! If my back wasn't hurting & I can afford movers and a truck again... I'd move everything out and somewhere else!

We were moving and at the very last minute needed a storage unit…read more Although I had a lot of questions, I was able to get hooked up with the perfect size unit by 530pm on a Sunday. They were open until 10pm. We had our gate code and unit number sent to us and had our items in by 830pm. I didn't need the lock because I had my own, so I went to drop it off at the office and they are so friendly. Space was clean and in a safe area. This is the location across from Lis Alamitos High School on Cerritos (not Carson St).

We went over everything and made sure everything was working in about 30 mins and I was good to go. Kirsten was also helpful during my stay and showed me some of the other units they had when I needed to downsize. My stay was short so I didn't have Issues here, but I know it can get expensive quick. One thing to keep in mind is prices do fluctuate alot. It's best to keep an eye out online for prices. I was kinda nervous about having my things here so one day I added a 2nd lock for security and I got a call first thing in the morning the next day asking if it was me who had placed the lock. This let me know they do check all locks every day. That made me feel better about having my stuff there. Place was always clean whenever I arrived. Couple of weird folks around the gate area around the evening times but nothing crazy. I would rent here in the future.

I would not recommend this storage facility…read more The first issue is the misleading information regarding access hours. We specifically called the night before to confirm that we would be able to access our unit at 6:00 AM because we needed to retrieve an important item before heading to the airport. We were assured that there would be no problem. The next morning, when we arrived at 6:45 AM, access was denied and we were unable to get our belongings. Being locked out of your storage unit right before a flight is incredibly stressful and unacceptable. The second major issue is the constant rent increases. After only a few months, our rate was increased by approximately $40. Then, after being loyal customers for over two years, we were hit with another increase of nearly $120 per month. These price hikes feel excessive and unfair, especially considering there were no noticeable improvements to the facility or services. Customer service has been inconsistent, communication is unreliable, and the pricing structure feels like a bait-and-switch. They get you in with one rate and then continue raising it over time. Between the unexpected access problems and the unreasonable rent increases, this experience has been extremely frustrating. If you're looking for a storage facility that offers dependable access, honest communication, and stable pricing, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
