I became aware of more than 30 other homeowners who reported experiencing similar situations with this location. I escalated the matter to the parent company in Tomball, Texas. Initially, they acknowledged the situation and indicated they would honor or address my deposit. However, after several weeks of communication, they stopped responding entirely, and I have not received any resolution. As of May 2026, nearly nine months later, I do not have a generator, and my deposit has not been recovered. I also contacted Generac, the equipment manufacturer, to seek assistance. They stated they were unable to intervene in disputes with independent dealers and did not offer a path toward resolution. This has been a very costly and frustrating experience. I strongly encourage others to fully vet both the dealer and the contract terms before making any upfront payment.
