Wired was here and completed the work with 24 hours of my call. This was the third time that the company provided various services at my home. On all occasions, customer service was not only extremely helpful but also kept in touch along the way until the work was completed just a few minutes ago...8 pm! The electrician, JoJo was professional, friendly, and efficient. He also answered several questions of concern to me. I highly recommend Wired and trust the services they provide. read more

Great to see happy people. Walked in to a smile and guided down the right path for my needs.

We purchased a generator from Wired about 2 years ago and were very pleased with the installation and continuing service. We were recently struck by lightning and called Wired to get repairs done to our electrical system and a thorough safety check. We could not be more pleased with the quality of Wired's work and the skills of their electricians. We give a special shout out to Drew who did a majority of the work including replacement of our electrical panels. He is a hard worker and did exceptional work. Our electrical panels are now a work of art! We now have a "go to" electrician for any future needs. Finally, their AI phone answerer Kelly is the best AI assistant we have encountered. read more

Greg, Issac,Emilio , Nathan, Jo Jo and Nick really did an incredible job replacing the main power cable to my house, which was breached, lots of digging and moving plants and they cleaned everything up and got the whole job done in one day. Great guys to work with felt very comfortable, they worked so hard. I picked them all at burgers... It was a high dollar price tag but Wall worth every penny knowing it was Done Right! This is a $5700 job! And the whole crew was very good with my partner who's retired at home all day and they actually entertain him for a while while they're busy working... Wired Electric is a way to go! read more

We love our Generac generator that we purchased through Wired. They did an incredible job of helping us find the perfect location for it at our house, and installing was very fast and done right. We just had the first yearly maintenance with Marshall and everything is working great. There is no price that can be put for the peace of mind we have in the house now knowing our electricity is backed up with our generator. Our refrigerator, freezer, our pet's comfort, and our comfort are protected. It's a great feeling and Wired is the company to go with in Houston for sure! read more

Very easy to set up An appointment and quick turnaround. Our technician, Mike, was very friendly and professional. And, the cost was about half of some other companies I checked. Very pleased! read more

Called Wired to come do a repair of a bad install done by a different company. They were able to figure out the problem and the two techs, JJ and Jojo got it done! Was so pleased that I called to have them do my 25 hour maintenance and they were able to squeeze me in next day, the tech they sent out, Michael Najar, was friendly and informative. I will definitely be using them for any future generator maintenance! read more

Wired has been a great company to work with from our initial quote to installation & inspections. The representatives you may speak to by phone are super nice & personable & the technicians are knowledgeable & professional. I'd definitely recommend Wired to anyone in search of a home generator. read more

Wired installed my Generac generator about 6 months ago and it was due for its 6 month inspection. I set the appointment up for today and was pleased with the work. Marshall, Wired's technician, called about 30 minutes before arriving and explained the inspection steps. He performed the inspection, did some fluid changes and cleaned up the area nicely. Once finished, he clearly explained next required inspections and preventative maintenance. I couldn't be happier with Wired and Marshall's work. read more

I'm not changing anything on my review of this company except to add Sarah to the people that provided this work for us and our family. Everything was above and beyond what we expected, especially when the other company that we contacted before Wired said "next week" on even coming out. So I'll copy and paste my original review here, with the addition of Sarah in it. saac and Skyler did a complete repair of an circuit breaker box that had been all but torn loosed from the pole it was mounted on. Ans was the phone contact who set up the appointment for the work to be done. Fast, professional, friendly service from everyone at this company. Not counting the miles that they traveled to get to this job. It cost more than I hoped it would but also could have cost triple if they hadn't been able to repair the box. Highly recommend these folks! read more

Notified via text that they were on the way. Arrived on time completed the job and advised what was done. Very professional.

We have used them for a few years now. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and transparent. Every member of the team has a great attitude and it seems like they really like their jobs. I was using the company that I bought my generator from and they had become a total fail. When I called Generac headquarters, and asked for a referral, they directed me to Wired because they had received such great feedback from customers about their service. They consistently deliver a great experience at a competitive price. I will continue to use them and definitely recommend. I also needed a battery replacement, which I had anticipated. Instead of having to come back, Mike had the battery on the truck and was able to install it right away, avoiding another trip. I loved that! read more

Jimmy D is an excellent estimator and Wired Electrical employee. He is timely, professional and knowledgeable. We have had him as a contractor a few years ago and were pleased to see him again. read more

Wired came on short notice and fixed the issue with my 38kW Generac whole home Generator. They replaced all necessary parts and filed the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. They came through for me when my original installer (Generac Supercenter) did not so I switched my service contract to Wired. read more

Mike just completed the annual service for our water cooled Generac. Very tidy job. Thank you!

I was recommended to call Wired for some electrical wiring in my house and wow did that recommendation pay off. Wired was absolutely fantastic, more specifically their technician, Drew Big, was the best. He came out within the day to provide a quote and even did some of the smaller tasks that same day! They priced competitively but more importantly Drew did phenomenal work. He is a self-described perfectionist, and I witnessed it in first person. He worked with my wife and me to accurately set sconces in a bathroom and sat there patiently as we mulled over positioning and helped give his professional opinion (which was the right one). If you call wired, make sure to ask for Drew! He was extremely good at his craft and as an added plus was a great person who was enjoyable to speak with. Highly recommend using Wired and I will be using them for any electrical work going forward. read more

Michael was amazing! He listened attentively to my concerns. He walked me through what he found to be the issues and fixed the issues. Michael was the best tech from Wired Electric! Thank you Michael! You are the best! read more

I was quoted a $169 fee to have my breaker checked. The technician was an hour late and then they tried to add a fuel/trip surcharge, a 'misc' fee and a 4% cc processing fee to my invoice of which none were disclosed at the time I booked the appt. The technician tried to tell me the initial phone call was recorded so I didn't have a leg to stand on. When I challenged him, he called his office and then confessed that the hidden charges are not disclosed at the time the appt is booked. He waived all of those extra charges but how unethical to try and extort extra fees from customers. I do NOT recommend using a company that thinks this a good way to conduct business! read more

David was professional and very knowledgeable. Immediately identified the problem, verified the warranty, replaced the starter, reset the internet connection and confirmed the functionality of the generato. read more

Michael, arrived on schedule, assessed the problem and promptly repaired my generator. He was professional, knowledgeable and was willing to answer all queries related to the repairs. I had an estimator come out and give me an estimate for a whole house GENERAC generator. When I called the office about paying for this. the girl that answered the phone told me that they didn't handle that and that I had to go through the estimator to pay for this. Guess they don't want my business. Supposed to be a family owned business, but I guess they are doing so good that they don't need mine. read more

Awful. Was told that they were available 24/7 for my generator and that they have a lot of techs and are a large company so I had them do my maintenance on my 1 year old generator. Then Beryl happened. Couldn't reach them for 2 weeks after trying to get them via phone and website and social media. Had issues with my generator before we got power back and needed help asap. I realize it was busy but I received a call literally 4 weeks after the hurricane telling me I was scheduled for a service appointment 4 days later. Another company, who hadn't received a dime from us up to that point came out quickly and fixed our issue. I need a company I can count on in an emergency. A.
