We accidentally cut a few wires at the back of a covered outlet, so we called requesting assistance in reconnecting. We were quoted $550 for the rewiring, but upon arrival, the wires were tested and they were not energized and showed no voltage. No rewiring needed, but we were still charged $495. No qualms with the work quality or service, just wish the diagnostic/service-call pricing was made clearer up front.

This company is run by emotionally immature children. Maybe they do good work (electricians and…read moregenerator companies are a dime a dozen in Houston) but the woman running the customer service for the company is extremely immature and overly emotional. I asked for a generator quote for a Kohler generator, very simple. They responded back and said immediately and unprompted "we are not the cheapest." I said ok just give me a quote (since I'm getting several.) They responded back and said they hoped to have a quote in 1-2 days. No problem. Well fast forward over a week (and I had to re ask them for the quote while waiting.) I get an outrageously expensive quote (significantly higher than any other quotes I've received) and it's for a Generac, not a Kohler. On top of that I had liked the page and witnessed them CONSTANTLY blasting and getting into drama with anyone who leaves them an unfavorable review or does anything they deem unfavorable. I've always been put off by companies who engage in constant drama in the public eye. Says alot. If you're confident in your work you'll let that do the talking. Anyways, I told them about the error and was met with excuses about how busy they are. EVERYONE who deals with generators in Houston currently is I mentioned I was unhappy with the delays, the mistakes and the constant drama I was witnessing and they immediately removed me from their list. Ok great. There are literally hundreds of generator companies with amazing reviews selling the same products with great track records who don't argue back and forth on Facebook with their customers. The immature drama and back and forth they engage in just makes me lose all faith in them as a company. None of that is remotely necessary. Not to mention they are over charging in a time of high stress and peril for most who dealt with the extended power outages in the Houston area. I've also seen on other reviews they threaten to sue you for leaving negative reviews. Who does that!!??
