Our house is aging, and we had power fluctuations that were diagnosed by Center Point as the main power line from the junction box to the house was going bad. The line was about 75 feet in length across the yard and under a tree.
We called several electric repair providers, and Edgar made it an easy decision. He answered his own phone each time I called. He came to the house the same day and gave an estimate far lower than the others. We scheduled the work for the upcoming weekend, but the very next day I got a call from him, to tell me that they had to stop work on another job for reasons outside of their control, therefore they were available early. He wanted to know if I was available to let them in to begin work.
Of course I was more than happy about that, but imagine my surprise when he called a few hours later (I had to leave the house for an appointment) to tell me they were finished!
They did a fantastic job. I was amazed. I asked him how in the world were they able to finish the job so fast, and he explained that it was an unusual situation where all 5 of his crew were available, so they all pitched in and got it done. I ended up not having to endure one minute of being at home with no power.
I have no doubt that even if I had not been "lucky" as far as having the whole crew, the job still would have been done on time according to the original schedule. I mean, how many businesses have you dealt with, that proactively manage schedule opportunities like that?
I rarely write Yelp reviews, but it's the least I can do to thank Edgar for doing such a great job. read more
