The technician, William Easton, arrived that day but left due to weather, promising to return June 12. He returned but couldn't complete the job and said he'd be back later that day with another technician--he never came. On June 16, he returned and said a part was needed, assuring us it would be "emergency shipped" through their connection with Kohler and that the General Manager would call. That call never happened. A week later, on June 23, I contacted GPS and was told the part had "just been ordered," contradicting earlier claims. I was promised a mid-week update that didn't happen. On June 26, I followed up again and was told the same thing--without any further communication. On June 27, after another failed call, I received four inconsistent emails from Becky Showers, GPS's accountant, with conflicting part order dates (June 17 and June 23) and no clear plan for resolution. On July 3, I was informed the wrong part had been ordered and the installation could not take place. I was told the correct part would be "emergency shipped" again, with no confirmed date. Despite repeated promises, no one from GPS management contacted me until I issued a firm written deadline for a response by June 30. We've experienced a complete lack of follow-through, transparency, and customer care--leaving us without a working generator during Texas storm season. This situation has dragged on for over three weeks since payment, with no resolution and no accountability from GPS.

I also needed about 5 outlets replaced since, due to age, any time you plugged anything into them, the plugs promptly fell out. How annoying! Ruben and his helper came right on schedule, with a call shortly before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. Excellent work, done perfectly! Highly recommend this local business. They've been taking care of all of my electrical needs for a very long time, and there is a reason for that. I trust them implicitly. Trip charge is quoted up front, with additional charges for material and for the length of time/complexity of the job being given after work is done. All in all, they did quite a bit of work for what I thought was a very reasonable fee. I will continue to call Trim whenever I am in need of electrical work. They haven't let me down yet!

If you didn't want to drive all the way back out here to complete the installation you should have reimbursed us for the cost to install the vent and the cord. I don't know if you understand how silly it sounds for a service person to take your money and then tell you to finish the job. That is ridiculous. Finish the work you start. *** This company has changed their response again, now saying that the job was just a delivery. It wasn't. I requested appliance installation and delivery. They never asked what type of prongs or plugs were involved. When he didn't have the part to install it, he said we should go buy the part and he promised to come back the next day. He never came back. He tried to blame it on us. As long as you do the research to ensure everything he needs is available he might do a good job. But-- if he needs a piece of equipment to finish the job--do not give him any money until he comes back and finishes the work. There is a chance he will lie and say he will come back, and he won't. He will miss multiple appointments and waste your time. Most likely he will never come back, and avoid your phone calls. Or... He will tell you that it's all your fault and tell you to finish the job you paid him to do.

Will never use again and wouldn't recommend…read more Scheduled appointment after my ther-mostat screen went blank and wouldn't respond. Technician arrived and said the dis-connect for the furnace in the attic needed to be replaced, but he didn't have one in his truck and would have to run into town to get one. Couple of hours later he came back and installed the fuse box, but that didn't do anything. Then he said the capacitor needed to be changed, so he changed that. Total bill came to $556, which is ridicu-lous. I was charged 3 hours labor, 2 of which were for him going into town to get a part. BTW, there's a Home Depot 15 mins. from my house where he could have pur-chased one for less than $20 (he charged me $109.25). He said the furnace wasn't wired correctly, but he couldn't rewire it so he said he disconnected one of the heating elements. He said I would still have heat, but not full heat until the other heat-ing element was reconnected. Today, when I turned on the heater, there was no heat. He also tracked dirt in all over the floor.
