I sought out an estimate online to install chandeliers and pendants. Mister Sparky reps contacted me within minutes and set up an appointment. They also went over the process. I had the appointment for three days out but was contacted that an opening was available sooner. Timothy arrived on time and reviewed the work. He provided an estimate. I can't say if the estimate was good or bad since I didn't seek other estimates. Timothy and Ron spent almost 8 hours working straight through. They were professional, cared about doing the work right, sought our input before finalizing all of the lights, took the time to clean the lights, and cleaned up well after the process. John from Mister Sparky visited my home last week. He installed a light switch timer and a Ring doorbell. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and even helped program the devices. He inspected my breaker box and a light switch that had given me some trouble which gave me peace of mind. He made several good suggestions that will save me money in the long run and prevent me from having to climb ladders to change light bulbs in the future. When I called, I was upset because my garage door was not getting electricity to it. Michael answered the phone and was so polite and understanding. Tommy, the electrician, came over the next morning and was very informative about what needed to be done. He was very nice. Another electrician came to help and it took absolutely no time to get the work completed. About an hour or so after Tommy left, Michael called just to ask me how things went and if I had any more questions. Mister Sparky was the most professional service I've ever come to my house. Their dispatch is efficient and lines of communication between technician and customer are excellent. The technician was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 hours. The problem in this case was a shorted circuit in our house that was causing a breaker to throw. Our family also appreciated the subtle things that Mister Sparky does while in your house such as assuring that no dirt or mud is tracked in by their shoes and asking us if their parking choice is acceptable. Had Mr. Sparky come out to help with installation of new outlet we needed in the home office. While doing the safety inspection - he discovered our house was NOT GROUNDED! I had a great experience with Clint B of their Spring, TX location. He explained what my issues (3) were, what the estimate was and how long it would take. He was super professional; he wore protective covers on his shoes while inside, used tarps on the floors while inside and once finished, my floors looked cleaner than before he came.
