This was my first time visiting American AC Supply, and I had a great experience. As soon as I walked in, the man at the counter greeted me and helped me find exactly what I needed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was well organized and had a good selection of HVAC parts. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and excellent customer service. read more

Quick service. Had the part I needed. Bought two capacitors so I'd have a backup. Price was great.

Great customer service! My AC stopped cooling today So I needed to buy some parts unfortunately due to traffic I was running late because they close at five but they actually agreed to stay a little bit so that I can get there and get the parts that I need. That was amazing.! He also gave me instructions on how to install the parts and he was very patient and they have great prices. I definitely recommend. read more

Very knowledgeable team and quality products. Khetpal even helped me switch out a bathroom fan so I didn't have to cut a new hole and redo the duct work. Prices are comparable or cheaper than big box stores. Thanks guys read more

I needed an AC capacitor on a Sunday with temps above 100. No ac supply houses were open. I called American AC and he drove to his business, opened the store and got me the part I needed. He also helped a couple of others who needed parts. Great guy who takes care of his customers read more

The owner was great and had me on my way with confidence. I'll be shopping here from now on for any DIY AC repairs I do, even though it's pretty far from my house. read more

A great place for AC supplies, owner is very knowledgeable and helps every contractor that walks through the door.

Quality parts for prices lower than Amazon and open to the general public. It is like anyone can get parts at near wholesale contractor prices. If you need it they likely have it in stock. You also receive personal service and the owner is very knowledgeable. I'll never buy AC parts online again. Support your local businesses. read more

I highly recommend this ac place. Owner is very knowledgeable. I was looking for heat sensor for my furnace and found this place. I showed owner my bad sensor and he went and pulled a new sensor and gave me instructions on how to put new sensor on. He also told me that there's another sensor that I could by pass if that one was bad to get me through the night as Houston was having blizzard type weather. read more

Was the only place that would open on Sunday so I could get new caps for my 2 ac units. Definitely worth the extra drive and price to get the part that day to resolve issues with both ac units not working. read more

They had what I needed, but only sold it in 100 foot rolls. It was understandable that he couldn't break up a roll, but as a customer, I walked away without getting the product I needed. I was bummed that they didn't have a pile of scraps. read more

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced. Patrick, the store representative, reminded me that there are still good people in the world that are willing to go the extra mile for their customers! I don't know anything about a/c units . I took a video of my situation and showed it to Patrick and he quickly got me everything I needed. He even offered to open his store after hours to further assist me. WOW ! Not to mention, he saved me hundreds of dollars as well. I can't thank him enough! When I called to make sure the store had the products i needed in stock, I spoke with Patrick and he was so helpful that I drove from humble to jersey village, out of confidence that he would assist me better then any other store I previously called. And he did just that ! read more

This morning I noticed my outside unit wasn't working. I removed the capacitor and went to American AC supply. As I was purchasing capacitor, the owner ran a quick test and advised the capacitor is good. Owner tells an AC technician William if he would swing by my house and take a quick look at my system. William performed several test in my presence. William advised the board is the issue. AC supply and William gave me a good deal; and the unit is working properly again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you both, Tower oaks residence! read more

This company is there to help. My A/C condenser motor gave out and being the hands on guy I am, I decided to swapped it out myself with the help of the gentelman at the counter. I actually called him and exaplined what the wiring situation was and he was able to run me through step by step saving me over $400.00. This is a buisiness willing to help you not just sell you something! read more

Best place around for parts and honest answers. Always has what I need. If you are a DIY'er and somewhat know your way around an A/C unit, I would buy your parts here. But bring in your defective part (capacitor, motor, etc.) so they can troubleshoot it for you or confirm it is bad. Awesome customer service and very friendly. read more

Excellent stock! I called a dozen stores looking for a specific dual capacitor (50+3) and he was the only with it in stock. Kept the store open 30 minutes late so I could drive in from the city too. 4 stars for up charging on the hard to find part, but it was well worth paying more. read more

On top of that, he gave me a quick tutorial on how to best install the motor. This guy is too good to be true. I will do business with him from now on. Patrick is a Saint ! Our A/C went out on a Saturday and my husband was able to buy a capacitor from American A/C Supply on Sunday! They kindly opened the store so that he could purchase the part, and then even went over tips on how to install it ourselves. With 2 small children at home in the Houston Summer, we were very appreciative to get our A/C back to normal as soon as we did. Excellent service! Thank you, American A/C Supply! read more

popped in on Memorial Day to get a replacement capacitor for our AC condenser unit which had blown out the night before. amazing service and thanks for being open on a holiday weekend! read more

Our main AC went out on Friday night (we have 2 units and both were out). We're in the middle of July with a 9-month old baby, so it is very important we get the AC going ASAP. We installed a window unit in our bedroom to have one cooler room, but the situation was very stressful. We were able to have a repairman come out early evening on Saturday who refilled our freon and explained that the fan cooling the compressor on our main AC unit was broken. He did not have the replacement part, but suggested my husband buy it and replace it himself as it would save us money. This being Saturday night, we thought it very unlikely we would be able to find a supply store open to sell us the part before Monday. Just to check if any store would be open on Sunday, I began researching shops around town. We have been to American AC Supply in the past (always a pleasant experience), but I saw they are supposed to be closed on Sundays. I checked around the rest of town with no luck. We resigned ourselves to having no AC for another couple days. Just out of curiosity, I began reading the Yelp reviews for American AC Supply. I saw a few people reporting that the store had been open on previous Sundays or that the owner accomodated them and opened the shop just so they could get what they needed. I suggested to my husband that he call the store to see if anyone could help us. This was around 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. My husband called and, sure enough, a gentleman answered. He said he had the part we needed and he would open the store at 8:00 in the morning, so we could come pick it up! What service! My husband went the next morning and talked to Khetpal. Khetpal got my husband the part we needed, suggested an additional part we needed and even assembled them. Khetpal also provided installation tips. My husband had our AC up and running a couple hours later. We strongly recommend buying from American AC supply. They have what you need, have great service, and will even open the store when you are in a bind on a hot day. read more
