The post office was clean and stocked well. The service was efficient and with a smile. They even asked if they could help me with anything. The vibe of the whole place was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Please use hand sanitizer. We have alot of elderly in LM. Thanks.

Parking is small so stay away from the busy hrs. Very clean inside. Staff is friendly but there was a postal worker that kept sneezing into his had and wiping his nose with his hand. Not once did he use hand sanitizer. Please keep your customers healthy

    Entrance, plenty of parking.

I needed to find a post office close to my location and my voice activated Google search brought this location up first, but then went in to say it was only two stars, and re-routed me to one further away. I was surprised at this Google feature if you can call it that and being one that always goes against the trend figured to give them a shot to see if the many negative reviews were accurate. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here and their service, and specifically from Jonathan. He helped me process quite a few certified letters and answered my questions. I have to say their job is not easy, being on their feet all day and often a line that never seems to ends. I think some of the negative reviews come from those who think it's a hotel, not a post office. If you are in a hurry they have drive up drop boxes both on the street and in their lot and if you're in need of personalized service or supplies there's a ridiculously large parking lot, always a free spot. I do a lot of mailings for the holidays and will skip my regular post office and bring everything here.

You can call the phone number to find another post office! Pray that they answer

DON'T COME HERE ON A SATURDAY MORNING EXPECTING TO SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT APPLICATION! They only accept walk-ins Monday through Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm. Three stars because the lady who helped me gave me the info I took a photo of (see below) and asked to check my documents to make sure I had everything I would need. I found out that I needed a photocopy of the front and back of my CA Driver License. So I don't feel the trip was for nothing because it wouldn't have been able to get processed anyways. Wish your passport services were available on Saturdays!

They take too long and not too friendly. Need work in customer service. Maybe they need chair to sit on?

This is my local post office. I live near here…read more The staff that work here are my "friends". Each of them are kind and nice to their "guests". I know that they don't always get treated well and I see it each time I come here. Some of their guests...if that's what you want to call them, can be rude, in a rush, short tempered. You get me! And they keep their composure and posture, no matter what they are dealing with. It feels like people forget that they are employees working at a job, the way that some people treat them. And I don't like it. When I come, the person that usually helps me. Because they are always working here is, LORRAINE. i call her my Postal Angel. She's so kind. She is helpful if you're going through any. Situations with your mail needing to forward mail, stop mail, hold mail, change your mailbox key, if you live in a community where you have a lot of mailboxes. I see the way she interacts with the community because I always pay attention to the "experience" wherever I go... restaurants, coffee and tea spots, at businesses in general. I am a people watcher. I'm an observer, and that's why I'm doing a review of the Post Office. I know we're quick to complain to the top and want to speak to management for the bad stuff... I think we should also praise people for the good stuff. So before I drive out of the parking lot right now, because i'm mailing another box for my baby sister that lives in the east coast, I wanted to give this shout out to Lorraine, and all of the employees that work at this post office. It's a blessing to stop by here when i'm running errands. How about everybody be nice to your Post Office employees? And to your mail service people, when they bring your mail. Do you know how hot it is outside? Do you know how many dogs chase them? Do you know what it feels like to carry around those bags? Let's be grateful for the jobs we have and for the people that serve us every day, even if it's their job and they get paid for it doesn't matter. We should still have good manners and appreciate people when they do special services for us.

When she arrived she said next. Asked if we had an appointment and when we said no she said wait and give me a second. I have appointment and they are a priority over you. She then proceeds to help out the regular line. So much for appointment! The service was horrible as Lorain was extremely rude. How can you say I have appointments and they are a priority then proceed to help the regular line. Worst experience ever. Take your passport services to a different post office. The service here sucks Royaly

I wish I could give negative zero stars, but that is not an option…read more I don't even know where to start. Let's start with the parking lot. There is a cement block, in front of each parking space, in this post office lot. I drive a Honda Civic, so my car is kind of low to the ground. Anyways, the parking spot I pulled into, had a cement block with three screws, poking out the top of it, which I did not initially notice. I accidentally pulled forward a little too much, and one or two of those screws, caught onto a part of my bumper. I didn't realize what had happened, until I reversed a little bit, and heard a dragging noise on the ground. I quickly got out of my car to look underneath. I see part of my bumper ripped off. I was livid. I ended up going to a mechanic right afterwards, and paid X amount to get it fixed. I had to spend unnecessary money on my car, all because the post office parking lot is crap. That was beyond f**king irritating!! Who knew a car would get damaged like that at a post office parking lot???! I thought about telling the clerks what happened, but I didn't think they would have cared that much. I still had to go inside the post office, to get my mail and a package. I just want to clarify, that I only ever occasionally, use the "hold mail" option, provided on their website. I don't use it every week, every month, every year or anything like that. Anyhow, I go in and I tell the processing clerk (older Filipino man in his 60's, with gray and white hair, who wears glasses--first person you see as soon as you enter) I needed to pick up my mail, and a package that were put on hold. This older Filipino guy gave me the hardest time ever. He right away insinuated and accused me of abusing their system. He tells me "I remember you because you had held mail here before. You cannot keep using us, to hold your mail out of convenience. You have come in too many times. That is how I remember you!" He went on to say "If you want us to hold your mail in the future, you must pay for a P.O. box. I am just a processing clerk, my job is not to go looking for your mail!" I just stared at him for a few seconds in disbelief. He made it seem like I was deliberately, making more work for him and the other employees, when that was never my intention. Or that I was going out of my way to break their rules and policies, which again was not my intention. I explained to him, that I had never experienced an issue, with using the 'hold mail' tool/option until today. I also explained that I genuinely did not know, I was overusing it and/or there was a limit. He just kept lecturing me and repeating himself. I finally just told him, that I will no longer be submitting, anymore hold requests. He just shrugged his shoulders. I really didn't appreciate the lack of understanding on his part. I especially did not appreciate, his condescending tone. I always check and verify on the website if the 'Hold Mail' option, is available to me beforehand. And if it is available to me, and it lets me proceed, how am I to know, that I cannot actually use it, or that I have surpassed the limit?? If I reached a certain limit, the system should have notified me. And I would have simply stopped using the service. After this awful interaction, and after being talked down to like that, I have no desire, to step foot inside another post office again, unless I really have no choice. I want to emphasize, I will not be submitting anymore future hold requests, since I will be lectured and given a hard time about it. I have never used any of the services, located inside any post office. And I still have no desire to in the future. More importantly, this older Filipino clerk guy doesn't have to remember me anymore, because I will not be going into this post office again.
