Been coming here for a while to mail things out, best post office I've been to yet! The one on Whittier blvd is the worst due to their attitude and b/c they're more busy over there than here in Santa Fe springs. I simply just drop off what I'm mailing out to them. Af times when they have a line they allow you to drop off to the side and they'll scan it afterwards. Super friendly and bilingual! The lady worker is always making people laugh and the gentleman is always making friends and just giving the best customer service. Never had a problem with my packages getting lost or delayed. read more

Good experience at this USPS location. No lines so I was able to go and come out pretty quickly, which was a major plus especially during this time. The people working had masks on and gloves which I appreciated. There was also a clear plastic shield between them and myself. It might be a little challenging to locate. I know I passed by it and had to drive around the center to locate it. I would come here again if I am in the area and need to mail something. read more

They charged me almost $5 for a money order when all the other post offices only charge $1.90

When I first moved to 90605 my mailman wasn't taking the outgoing mail. I soon learned even the blue bins at the post office don't want your mail. This location is even worse inside. read more

Linda & Hilda need to get fired or retrained cause they're rude af. Hilda basically yelled at some girl today in front of everyone. She was asking for her tracking number cause she had lost it. She went to Linda first and she didn't help and got out of line. Then she went to hilda and she made her get out the line so she could help other people first. Rude!! Lady in the front with bangs, extremely rude since the beginning. Came in said hi, asked about tape and she immediately shit me down and said I'm not giving it to you, you need to buy it!! I never said I wasn't going to. She then goes on about the return label, I specifically said it wasn't created by me and still blames me about it. I advised her twice about her being rude the first time she acknowledged and apologized second time she didn't care. If you don't like your job then change jobs don't take it out on your customers. read more

Service sucks, they always return packages and envelopes. They overcharge on shipping and the over all appearance of the office needs work.

Love this post office. It is exactly what I want to see. It is small, not many people and they have a staff in there that are not so pushy about buying stamps... I have been in there several times now and each time I can get in and out in there in very little time. If you are on the look out for the free boxes, this is not your post office. If you are looking for an automated computer to help you, this is not your post office. If you are looking for a bunch of documents to get a bunch of help with and need to take some time to do it, this is not your post office. Unfortunately this is my local post office and my mail is sent out from here. It's the worse Post Office I've had since moving. They NEVER answer their phones. USPS text me a notice that said "no authorized recipient" how!? I've been outside this ENTIRE time. And they only text this. Why didn't they LEAVE a NOTICE. Postal worker lied maybe they are just too damn lazy to do their job. USPS needs to give their employees a 25 cent raise. Maybe they will actually do their job. read more

I'm a customer for the past 2 years. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The place is very small compare to others but they carry everything you might need, p.o boxes, packaging goods of all sizes, envelops & also do passports. I really recommend this place, try it out for yourselves. I see there's bad reviews but to be honest, every time I walk in there the staff is friendly. Today one of the staff ladies recommend to send out my package over night without getting a signature green slip since I could request it from my overnight slip & explained how to track my package online in case I wanted to know when it arrives to destination. It was very helpful and I'm very pleasant with this Post Office service. read more

Usually a decent post office with knowledgable workers but went in today and the associate today seemed hopeless, after trying to give customer in front of me next day mail after her said no, she gave him the wrong change. Then I go up, she's trying to charge me $9 at lowest for a small package, When its usually 5. i say forget it and leave. I then go to the whittwood post office and send that same package for 4.05 with tracking! Just goes to show some people need to be trained better. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I will never ever come to this post office again!!!! First of all, It was my first time at this location. I went to drop off packages at 1:36 pm that already had labels on them because it was on the way. Then the old Chinese man with really bad English helped me, he immediately accused me of having the wrong weight on my packages and said "your packages will be returned if you ship it." Second of all, I had checked the weight correctly and I've NEVER had any of my shipments returned due to inaccurate postage paid based on the weight I measured, since I have my own weight scale at home. This Chinese man should be fired from his job for poor customer service and falsely accusing me. I will make sure none of my friends and family ever come to this location again. Everyone you been warned!!!!!!!! There is a huge reason why there rating is at 3 stars. read more

The staff was wonderful, stopped by today for a money order. The place is small and the line gets long, they only keep one door open for "entering & exiting" so its really uncomfortable especially if your purse is a little on the large side or if a person is disabled, or just has more to love. I also found that this place was dirty and not taken care of a lot of the signage is faded or worn out. Also their machinery/computer is so dated and slooooooooow, the person assisting me frequently apologized for the slow computer ... She had to feed the money order paper about 3 times before the machine took it, and the receipt for the transaction took ages! Poor staff, they really need new stuff! read more

So this post office holds there labels behind the register. So pretty much you wait in line to ask for a label then to be told to get back in line after u fill it out. I asked why they do that she said oh people take them. At the same time both associates are having conversations with the people there helping I came here before work needed to ship something out I WILL NEVER COME BACK !!!! People do work and out on time schedules to not have things out for ur customers is terrible and to be told to wait in line 2x for something that is already a inconvenience and not ur customers fault!
