Amazing customer service here! I had a package that was labeled as insufficient address due to the company that shipped my order put my address incorrectly. But I called in and Alicia helped solve it easily and quickly. I needed the package that day and she was able to contact the carrier, Sam, and he said that he could come back to my neighborhood after his deliveries for the day and bring it to me. Alicia was so communicative with me about my options and ways to manage this situation and Sam hand delivered my package to my door at night (it didn't fit in the mailbox) and it was raining. I appreciate this post office so much for getting everything done for me in such a timely manner and going above and beyond. read more

This middle aged Asian male staff wearing glasses (couldn't get his name cuz he refused to give me name) was so rude and cussing the whole time. No respect and professional behaviors. The asian guy who works here needs to get fired! I came at front desk wondering if they have my package as it shows delivered the other day and w/o checking, he said "you have no package here". He made it like I was the one who put a wrong address to my package where i always put the same address to all of them with the corresponding box assignment - my tracking # shows that this post office received it but seems like this dude doesn't want to move a muscle and check for my package - avoid this place at all cost. read more

A seriously sketchy post office, and all I needed was a stamp to mail a card. Parking lot is big. It was also empty in the middle of the afternoon. I walked in and the place just didnt look nice. Old, dingy, messy. There were two customers at the counter, I think they were father and son. And I think they were under the influence of something because they kept shouting obscenities to each other, and then they dropped some of their coins that they happened to be holding. More shouting from the "dad" telling the "son" to "PICK UP ALL THAT F*CKING SH*T." Oh and there was nobody else in the lobby, just me. Finally they left and it was my turn. The older postal employee and I looked at each other like "what just happened?" but he shrugged like it was typical behavior for this location. Got a stamp and mailed my card. I left and felt like I needed a scalding hot shower because everything there was just ughhhhhh. read more

You feeling lucky, punk? Well, are ya? This is an interesting option for a post office. I've waited for an half an hour (probably more, honestly) at the post office down the road. Standing there, and standing there, while two or three attendants slowly move through the line can be agonizing. The location had ONE attendant. Given the set up and layout, that seems like all they are able to accommodate, but the good news is that there was only one person in line. Those are winning odds to me. I went here because I ordered clothes from New York that never arrived and when the supplier told me to call the Post Office, they located it to a warehouse associated with this branch. It closes at 4:00 p.m. and weekends so the location is inconvenient. This post office opens at 10:00 a.m. but they take a 45 minute break after 1:00 p.m. USPS will ship prescription drugs while UPS would not. While I was here, I sent a money order, which was a good enough experience. It cost about $55 to send up to 22 lbs. internationally by priority mail. read more

The most unhelpful post office I've ever been to. The guy say behind his desk. Watching his show or whatever, not helpful. It felt like I was at the DMV or something. This is why I always use UPS. I was thinking maybe some of the Yelp reviews came from soft people that were just hurt by Bob Marley dude. I came in, said "Hey I have a quick question" and he said "Let me see your label". I gave him my label, he gave me the packaging and said "And I don't have no tape for the label either". Luckily, I was prepared so I got everything I needed to be done, but his tone was super rude. My question was never even asked. Figured I'd save it for another USPS location. Also there was a older looking guy with a kid wandering in and outside of the office and speaking with Mr. Marley. I figured they were his friends and kept him company, which is weird. I got my stuff done, but the whole place was very off. This post office is walking distance from my house and I don't have a car so it was perfect for me. I get there and it was dark , and absolutely not one person was in there. No staff , no customers , I thought it was closed. It said to ring a bell for someone to come out and I did and someone finally came out. The guy took my package and gave me a weird look and asked me if I wanted a receipt , like duhhh! And when he gave it to me I told him to have a nice day and he just said bye read more

This place is tiny. Literally only 1 guy working, but seriously he's all you need. He even helped me save $0.70 on the packages I was sending. He takes his lunch between 1:00-1:45pm everyday so, show up before or after that time to do your business. read more

Horrible customer service. Both the male and female that work there hate their job and never want to provide service. I come all the time and each experience is diff! Jamar was the guy who "helped" me today. denied a money order because he didn't have 50cents for change. i told him to keep the change. he then took my money and miscounted it. he refused to recount it and just blamed me and told me to "count my money right buddy". i went ahead and counted it and the first time i got the wrong amount, so i went ahead and counted it 2 more times and got the right amount. this dude had an attitude from the beginning. its not my fault he doesn't know how to count. he then said "this is why i almost refused a money order " why because he can't count?! shady, in the beginning when i told him to keep the change he decided to help me, he probably thought it was way more than 50cents!! this guy should be fired and i have filed a complaint with the post office and the post office better business bureau. this place is filthy with trash on the ground with ONE cashier. it's an embarrassment to the post office!! read more

This kid is such a hard worked, Jamar. He fixed the little door at the counter and the printer in the office that had been broken for a while. He is very professional and knows what he's talking about. It's nice to have this new kid around. He helped my little girl so graciously mail a letter. read more

Usually get pretty good service here, occasionally get other people's mail, but for the most part good service. And good luck finding parking on Saturdays, as the parking lot is totally taken over. Today I stood in line for 10 min behind three other customers with a pink slip to pick up a piece of mail. One min before 1:00 the girl behind the window said she wouldn't take any more customers because she was now on lunch. I understand that she needs her lunch hour, but I don't think it's good policy to turn away customers that have been waiting in line for 10 min. Pretty rude. read more
