I visited this USPS today 03/27/2026 at 4:45PM, and was quite annoyed due to the treatment of Chinese elderly employee around in her 60's. She saw me and didn't want to process my return maybe she was too lazy to do her job, and called another customer out of line instead, and that customer was a Chinese female like her. I confronted her and she shrugged her hands that she didn't give a bleep. Very racist, rude and disrespectful. Also, on my other visits, I have noticed the elderly Caucasian female employee also around 60's loved to chit chat and dragged out time with chatty customers. Another employee, a middle age male Filipino employee also looked very lazy and did not want to work. Seriously, this office has employees that don't want to work and have bad attitudes, so they don't need to be there if that's the case. read more

Came to use the self service kiosk that the USP website states is open 24 hours. The door is locked with a chain. You can see the kiosk through the windows. The website needs to be updated, I wasted my time coming here. I work long hours and the post office isn't open or easily accessible during the day for me. Very disappointing !! read more

This was by far the worst experience of my life! My son walked in to get his passport done at 9:30am with a set appointment. The lady at the counter was on break and they asked him to step aside and give them a few minutes. Move forward to 1 hour later, he then checks back in and they state "OMG, we're sorry we forgot you were here"!! How do you forget about a child who stands about 6feet tall and is next to the counter on the opposite side of you??? Make it make sense!! On top of that he had ALL of the necessary documents needed and still requested a parent to be present - mind you I was only about 7 minutes late coming back from using the restroom at ralphs down the same block! So as I arrive, they now state they can no longer see us as we missed our appointment time. HOW???? WE'VE BEEN HERE NOW AND ITS 11:30AM... How did we wait for an additional 2 hours for you to say, oh you missed it? I will never understand their methods.. The Asian lady at the counter was so rude and disrespectful, I cant even write what I really want to write on this review because I am still PISSED OFF!!! Had it sent 3 times just to find out carrier decided to stop delivering mail because he thought it was vacant. Knowing that there's always a line at every post office helps with the anticipation, but this location always has helpful staff doing their best. I always appreciate the knowledge from the elders. Give yourself ample time to drive to the post office, find parking, and be in line if you are in need of customer service. Self-service kiosk works well when you don't want to deal with the line or customer service. Dropping off first class mail (maximum 13oz or under) to their collection slots inside is very easy and puts my anxiety at ease. If it's a package that needs scanning, I just stand in line and have them scan that they received it when I get to the front, then they give me my receipt to help with tracking. When I needed to get certified mail and signature upon receiving by the recipient, they assisted me on what to mark off on the 2 green paperwork required. Overall, the priority package options available are of good value when compared to other shipping businesses. read more

She was super rude to customer and was not being patient with a customer who barely spoke english. Nothing has changed. If anything things have gotten worse. I have informed delivery so I know what to expect. Unfortunately a recent package that I was tracking and out for delivery was returned to sender saying my address was insufficient. So now whenever I have a package I stalk the mail carrier and have him double check his truck for my mail that I know is on it. The other night my mail was delivered at 9:30pm. I've also been waiting for this location to change the locks on our community mail boxes. They wont deliver mail until they do so. When I try picking up my mail they tell me it's on the truck and I cant pick it up until the next day. Real kicker. I track my ballot and it says that Post office delivered it at my home. Grumpy, incompetent liars. Older man told me they don't accept walk-ins for passport services. I'm sure he was just being lazy because this is info I found on their website, I didn't just make this up. USPS as a whole needs to just get rid of all the trash employees and rehire all new talent who actually wants to perform the duties that our taxes pay for. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the front named Alina was rude from the start. Not sure if she dislikes brown people but her smile completely disappeared after helping the Caucasian gentleman before my boyfriend and I who are brown. Aside from that, we continued to be nice because things like that do not phase us. However, at any question my boyfriend kindly asked regarding his passport Alina would quickly scoff and give excessive amounts of attitude. Avoid this location at all costs. Especially the elderly gentleman has a disgusting attitude unless you speak in his native language. Had an appointment for a passport application and had all the required documents. The older gentleman flat-out refused to process the application because he insisted I had the wrong documents. This was in reference to a neutralization certificate, which is absolutely acceptable according to the government website. This employee seems to make up his own rules. Im not sure how someone like this is even allowed to work with the public. Doing his job seemed very bothersome to him. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you are valued. read more

The United States Post office is one of those tasks that many of us dread on any given day. Package your item, drive to the post office, stand in a long line and then wait and wait and wait before you finally get up to the counter and get charged an arm and a leg to mail something. Although this location has recently done away with the take a number system it actually seems to have sped up the process. No more standing in line to hear 8 consecutive numbers called with no one present before you finally get called up 20 minutes later. The single file line system works nicely and the line moves consistently well on most days. I have been here with 10 people and 1 person in front of me and I still typically get out with 10-15 minutes which is all I can ask. Do make sure your packages are already taped up and labeled to make this a smoother transaction. Overall this is a decent enough Post Office with most of the workers being friendly and knowledgeable in getting your package where it needs to be in the time it needs to be there. read more

Wow!!! What an experience!!! I went in to mail a package and waited in a line for 40min that was 15 people long. Since I wasn't in a rush it was not a problem. What was a problem was that social distancing didn't happen. The corridor was just too narrow and so I'm next to the people in the other line waiting to pick up mail. That said, Joy at the counter was great as she was patient and customers we're breathing heavy and making rude comments. They only had two people working the counter and one was on lunch with no backup. Not a single supervisor came out to assist as the line extended outside the door. read more

This location tends to be busier than other locations due to its location in a dense business center. Every time I arrive, which is usually around 3pm, there's a long line of customers waiting. Sometimes, they would only have one or two employees working the front and rarely do they open up a third. Of course, with a long line and only two working employees, the operation flow can get clogged when customers haven't prepared their packages and hold up the line. This is when it can get frustrating and I don't know why they don't just send out a third worker. Instead, they have the third worker manage the picking up packages station, which hardly gets any customers. The rate of productive employees here are a hit or miss. Some of them work a bit slower than others and take their time while others are competent and provide fast customer service. The big guy with the facial hair is usually on point and gets through customers in a timely fashion. One of the redeeming amenities that this location has over others is the free priority mail tape that they leave out for customers to use. At other locations, you have to awkwardly cut in line to ask the cashiers if they have a roll of tape, which they tell you no. This might not be the best location, but it's the most conveniently located. read more

I've been going to this location ever since I was in teen years. For the past 5 years, the customer service has been terrible. The attitude from the ladies and the unnecessary strict rules on how to package your items has been escalating. For example, today I was overcharged to ship out a flat rate priority envelope because I folded the envelope not so nicely. I did not expand the envelope. The lady who helped me named Alice charge me $9.30 when a flat rate priority envelope typically cost $7.35. This was not the first experience. Seems like every time I go here, they have something to complain versus other post office locations, they would accept without a problem. This location disgust me. Hoping they will rectify and improve the culture asap. Will not go here again until they change for the better. Zero star!!! read more

Its the fate of every government building and mcdonalds to get a 2-3 star rating. All mostly due to the unending lines, the unempathetic customer service, and that one time I asked for a Flat Rate Padded Envelope and was told they're for customers and I said hello I am a customer--do you think I'm here to dress in drag and do the hula? Well anyway. I buy my postage online and then drop off at their counter so I don't have to wait in line. Save for the normal probability of human error, all my packages get scanned and delivered. This is what I use this post office location for and it has been efficient for that. I did have to send a money order once and the process also went smoothly. Due to my frequent visits, I noticed that if you go any time before 1pm, there won't be a line. But you will also be more likely to get scolded for using/taking a flat rate box or envelope for who the heck knows why. Apparently they are just for show or something *sarcasm* read more

This is my "go to" post office because it's the closest to my home. I initially didn't even want to write a bad review because there are a couple employees that have been very nice and helpful to me. However, they have recently been handling delivery terribly. My brother-in-law sent us a package, but he forgot to put our unit number. I get it--his fault. BUT as soon as he found out the package was returned to the post office, he contacted USPS and updated & verified our address. We literally waited 2 weeks and still got no package, so I finally went in person to customer service hoping that I can just pick it up, only to find that it has been returned to sender already. They couldn't update that on the tracking results? Thankfully, it came back to my brother-in-law, but the whole thing was such an inconvenience and I hate that the tracking results never got updated. My other issue is even worse. I bought something online internationally, and the way my address was written was that the unit number was on the second line. Apparently, when they make USPS labels locally after the package arrives from overseas, unit or apartment numbers get skipped over, so the mailman would have to be familiar with the neighborhood and know where to look on the labels to see exactly where the package is going. I inquired about this package in person, and I was informed that due to the COVID-19 impact on the USPS (which I understand), the usual mailman for my neighborhood wasn't the one to make the delivery so he wasn't familiar with our area, hence why my package was returned to the post office. Again, I was hoping I can just pick it up, but the clerk said to just leave my number and I'll be contacted when they either retrieve my package or when it is set to be delivered again. I never received a phone call, nor have I received anything in the mail. I even verified my address already. The tracking results never updated; it just said that it was returned to the post office. Since the post office was completely unhelpful, I called the USPS customer service line, and they were actually very helpful. They gave me details and an explanation and even gave me the phone number to this local post office so I could arrange to pick up my package. I called more than 10 times. No answer. I literally called everyday since then, and after an entire week, they finally answered. The only thing they told me was that it has "most likely been returned to sender because [they] don't hold packages for more than 36 hours." Well if y'all picked up your phone, we wouldn't have this problem!!! On top of that, it was such an unclear response that just sounded like an excuse at this point. They couldn't even tell me exactly where it was. Had they contacted me like they said they would, we wouldn't be having this issue. I called them out on it, and all I got was a half hearted apology. Once again, I came IN PERSON inquiring about it and even verified my address--what other excuse do they have???? Now I'm just here angry that I can't even give a timely gift because of this inconvenience, hoping that the company I purchased from might send it back ASAP or just give me a refund. Grace starts shushing him and I told her it wasn't necessary. Grace stated that she wanted him to stop. I tell her she's dealing with a 4 month old child. Grace mentioned that education starts at a young age and that she has an educational background in child development. I told her that I didn't care what education she doesn't have any right to tell my son anything. She then started saying that all her children were well educated. I am also writing to USPS. Passport experience was horrible. I gave my mom forms to fill out and she did not fill them out. Yes, that was our mistake, but this lady was so rude. She is your typical post office employee probably there to make ends meet and hates her job. We get there and the lady (won't use her name) says YOU'RE LATE! I came at 9:03am and the lady made me feel like I was her child late for dinner, no smiling, rude, and she made me feel like a huge inconvenience. Please note, it was just us and someone else in line so it's not like she was crazy busy. After asking her for a new form, she then scolded my mom and said YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT. I asked her for a new one because the one i printed was partially cut off. I told her there's no other appointments after us I looked online. She said "you have 10 minutes to fill out the forms and make copies." Lady, I am not going to risk messing up the forms and I don't carry a copy machine around. I understand this place is appointment only and they are strict with the 15 min intervals, but geez, why you gotta be so rude!! I felt like this older Caucasian lady didn't even want to try to help us get a passport and made me feel really bad for even coming in. This has to be the most unprofessional post office I have ever dealt with. They often don't pick up the phones. You have to call four or five times for anyone to pick up. When they finally do, none of the employees seem to know what they are even talking about. They often just give excuses why they can't do their jobs or blatantly give misinformation on a situation. Dealing with the staff in person is even worse. They are rude, lazy, and clearly incompetent. They often direct people to other lines so they can close windows and don't deal with anything. Like it seems they hire from the bottom of the barrel. The way they treat customers is practically subterranean. I pity anyone who has to deal with these people and their extreme incompetence. Lost mail and misplaced packages along with an excuse from a dead eyed employee is all you'll get delivered to you. Honestly this place should be shut down. That's how bad it is. read more
