One of the most convenient and organized post office I've ever been to. Not only they have a drive thru mail box that makes it so convenient, they also have a self serve vending machine for your priority mail shipping needs. Plenty of parking, and their lines are never too too long where you get frustrated. (Knock.on.wood)

I paid for 3 lbs was slightly over. And was returned - A cardboard shipping box features a postage label and a handwritten note indicating a total weight of 63.25 pounds.

I have had nothing but PROBLEMS when sending out packages from this post office. Final straw was when I sent out a package to Asia. Paid around $40 for it. Weighed 3lbs and the package was sent back to me because it was a little less than an ounce over!!! SERIOUSLY?! WHAT THE FUCK?! So anyways I spoke to someone there. It happened to be some old lady who was the one who actually rejected the package. She wanted to get all righteous and talk about how many packages she has had to send back for others because they're were overweight etc. I explained to her and showed her the scale that I was one ounce over and why should I have to pay 62.50 as opposed to 40?! To make things better, the tracking was all messed up but she told me I can still use the same label, which stupid me of course I listened to her and now my $300 package is lost and untrackable. I don't know maybe it's time to retire if this job has worn you down. But don't screw up other peoples stuff and costing people money. I'm sure other people who ship packages from here have the same problems. And that old lady is the cause And sorry if you people want to say some technicality bull. My friend who works at a main hub in Anaheim said the package should've went through. I've changed to Artesia and I have have ZERO problems. Matter of fact at artesia, I guess I overpaid for shipping on a few packages and I was sent back some money for overpaying so there you go.

How do I send the reply mail envelope, when it says no stamps required on the top right?

If the reply envelope says "no postage necessary", it's because the business pays the postage--just mail it as if it had a stamp on it.

What happened to the drive-thru drop off mailboxes and the other blue mailbox right outside the entrance door?

They been removed since the beginning of covid.

Tim's still here too and he's been the steady hand like Nick Fury behind the scenes. And Mike, one of the UPS drivers, pops in often with calm, Groot-like energy. You just kinda feel better knowing he's handling your stuff. * We've shipped, received, notarized, and done every other task you can imagine * Everything's smooth. It's like the Wakandan Dora Milaje of service: fast, precise, and no nonsense * Never lost a package, never messed up a form. Even Dr. Strange would approve of the magical efficiency * We've even had them help with rush jobs. Like Peter Parker showing up just in time The store's in a strip mall center that keeps things fresh without going full Stark Tower. Clean, safe, always parking. It's like that unassuming corner of New York where Spider-Man lives (accessible but still low-key.) We'll definitely keep coming back. It's rare to find a place that holds strong through time like this. Although not quite multiverse Kang time travel, it holds up to the rest of time. Like the Avengers, just... .with scanners and label printers instead of vibranium and arc reactors. It's a little part of our routine that's way more super than it looks. Still kind of funny I can remember when this place didn't have all the upgrades. Now it's runnig smoother than some of my apps. We'll be here for the long haul . Be careful what items you place in your shipping box when getting help from this location's UPS…read morestaff. There is a thief employed at this location and the manager is defending that person. This will sound severe, yet it's true. When the box was sent to me that included a limited edition Steamdeck which was more than $700 along with its charger and case, it was never found in the box when received. A staff helped pack the box who got a look at the items in it, which then seems to have stolen it behind the scenes before shipping it out. At this point, I wouldn't put it past the manager as well, as she was trying her best to sweep the situation under the rug by spewing store policies and being completely unhelpful. Be careful of the staff members in this location, including the manager. If you're going to pack a box with an expensive device, or any item for that matter, just seal it yourself so the thief/thieves won't get an idea what's in it.

I came in with a few basic questions about shipping a package, as I am not very familiar with the process. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering guidance or answering my questions with courtesy, her tone and attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for help. She appeared irritated and uninterested, which created a very uncomfortable experience. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when seeking assistance. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service should always remain courteous and respectful. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not have a similar experience. Her name was Doris ! Thank you for your time and attention.
