I first met him at his apartment because he was "between shops" to look over colors. After setting everything up, he found a shop in San Marcos to work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, it was over an hour drive from where I lived and had no back up ride aside from an Uber/Lyft. I mentioned my concerns and he said I could drop my vehicle off at his apartment and he would take it up to the shop the next day. This is where I misunderstood apparently everything. He drove my brand new 2020 vehicle back and forth for 5 days from La Mesa to San Marcos, and put well over 200+ miles on it instead of leaving it at the shop. I honestly did not realize a clients car was going to be used as daily driver and figured he was going to find his own ride. With the new suv, I can track everywhere it goes and when it's driven. According to my app, he took it out multiple times at 11PM to do god knows what. I also have a dash cam set up in, looking through the footage, it has about 3 days missing and turned completely to the right instead of straight on. One video showed him on the highway with music blaring and windows down like he was just on a joy ride. Unprofessional. Next came my windshield trim pieces. Apparently he took them off to wrap my vehicle, forgot to put them on, and when he was on the highway, they flew off my car. Once I received my car, it had one beat up one, and one missing one, and he said he would order me new ones. Over a month went by from not hearing from him until I finally went and bought them myself. When I asked him if he ordered them he said "they are at the dealership, just haven't had the time to pick them up" I told him not to worry about it, I bought them, and he didn't say anything about it. $100 out of my pocket for something I didn't do. Unprofessional. Overall, the car looked great. I mentioned a few touch ups that needed to be done, a whole piece of my roof rail that wasn't wrapped, and lifting of my side mirror that he wrapped. He said he would get me in as soon as he could. He booked an appointment with me once or twice but wouldn't hear from him well after the appointment and said he was busy, and he needed to reschedule. Eventually I stopped hearing from him, and it's been nearly a year. I went ahead and had to have another shop do the touch ups and fix what he didn't. This is not my first shop that I've had shit luck with in SD, and he knew that, yet he was just as shit as the first shop ‍ only reason I give 2 stars, is because overall the wrap looks great. He just kind of fucked me over once I paid everything. I unfortunately no longer have any of the texts as I have since gotten a new phone.

Staff was friendly, knew their stuff, and actually took their time with it instead of rushing. The screens in my car are kind of awkward, so I didn't want to mess it up myself, but they made it look PERFECT! No bubbles, no missed spots, just clean. For a small fee, totally worth it. I'll be back for the PPF and ceramic, but figured I'd drop a review now since they already earned it. If you've got screen protectors you don't trust yourself to install, these are the guys to do it.

On 11/21/23, I had them unwrap and reinstall gloss black on my car roof and add new wrap on my…read morefront grill area. When I picked up my car, there were dirty shoe footprints all over the white leather in my backseat, but I cleaned it off and didn't say anything. Unfortunately, on 12/11/23, I had to go back for a warranty repair due to lifting around the edges of the wrap along the rear of my roof. When I came back for the roof repair, I had them add gloss black to my side view mirrors. Unfortunately, on 12/28/23 I had to come back again because the wrap on one of the mirrors shrank and needed to be redone. Its now July 2024, and now I have to go back again because the gloss black vinyl on my roof looks like the glue underneath the vinyl failed and is bumpy looking in 3 or 4 areas along the front and driver's side. Three warranty repairs in 8 months is excessive. The last wrap I had on my car was by another company, and I had no issues. My car is garaged and I hand wash my car with non-petroleum based products to make sure my wrap lasts. This shouldn't be happening, and its very frustrating because every time I have to leave my car with them, I have to pay for an Uber, which is about $20 round trip with tip. The last time I came in for warranty work, I asked if they could pay for the $20 Uber or reimburse me, and after much back and forth, they finally agreed. This time around, I again asked for $20 Uber reimbursement, and they refused and transferred me to the owner John to discuss it. John said thats not how they do things, transportation is not part of the deal, and they dont even know if they will be compensated by 3M for this wrap, we are a small company, etc., etc.. I reminded him this is my 3rd warranty work repair, and if paying for Uber wasn't an option, I live about 5 minutes away and asked if he could drop me off at my house, but it doesnt seem like he gets into the office early enough to make that happen - I guess I'll have to see. I take ownership when I'm wrong and need to make something right, so if I owned a small business, I would be mortified if a customer had to come back 3 times for warranty work, because I want to establish rapport with them so they come back again and again. If my customer had to incur out-of-pocket expenses as as result of repetitive need for warranty work at my company, you bet I'd take care of their Uber or drop them back home so save them the expense and inconvenience. While I appreciate they are willing to fix the wrap, I likely wont use them again when its time to replace this wrap because of the quality of their work, and lack of concern for me.
