The employees (then and now) are very helpful and as long as I was able to provide the proper documents (as requested for passports), the employees helped me gather everything and properly package it all in envelope properly. Mary Jo first helped me and explained the process, succinctly. She was very knowledgeable on what is needed and what can be submitted. After I gathered what I needed roughly 5 min later, Wendy helped me make the proper copies, got a money order (yes, they do those too!), and she made sure nothing could be misplaced when the agency recieved the documents. I can't thank the employees (especially Wendy and Mary Jo today) enough at this location for all the assistance. I have already shared this location with my friends or anyone dreading the passport process.

Oh what joy it always is to visit any public building nowadays. The Post Office is no exception…read moreand this one is particularly grim. First of all the parking lot is tiny for only 6 cars! Crazy small. And on a busy street so street parking is a bad idea. Second, it is tiny, with only 2 out of 4 windows staffed, the wait is extra long here as they don't have automatic machines for mailing like so many other PO's nowadays. Now, the redeeming factor is the clerks are polite. But there are not enough of them. Someone in lobby to help people prep for the window would be smart. I waited behind 11 people on a normal weekday at 10:30am for some stamps! Ugh. I should have ordered them online and avoided this. TL/dr: too small, understaffed, too busy

It's excellent because there are no lines! But you didn't read that. And if you did read it, you didn't bother to see where the location was so you can go find it for yourself. That's my attempt at the Jedi mind trick. You didn't see this review. You don't know where the post office is located. You've already forgotten everything you've read and will move along. Now that you're gone, I'll add that parking is easy and the staff is quick and efficient.

Both tracking numbers were scanned in on 5/15/26 at 6am, mine in a box and the other in plastic. It was very clear mine was ripped off the box and affixed to a random package of the same size. Long story short, my purse was stolen. I've been filing claims and waiting for a call back for weeks. When I went in today to bring in a letter from USPS along with the evidence I had, a female employee began raising her voice as I explained the situation the manager was already aware of. She claimed no one would ever do that, and it must have "fallen off the box" and somehow landed on a random package and got sealed perfectly to it. Other customers were there and kept looking to see what was going on. I kept my voice at a normal level and it became a scene. Overall very disappointed in the worker and how she handled the situation in front of other customers. Moving forward I will only order packages with a signature required.

There was a line when I entered, but all seemed calm, not stressful, or people sighing heavily, shifting their legs and feet impatiently, and I soon found out why.... One clerk motioned a group over for passport help. The customer recognized him from the 2nd floor passport office and asked if it was slow up there, so they brought him down. No, no, he answered, someone didn't show up for the windows so he came down to help. As he was telling her this, and managing her docs, he put a pile of mail down for the next person in line to grab and go. Then another postal worker arrived to open, but as she did, she motioned to the man in front of me, about 3 from the front, and set a pile of mail down. He went and picked it up and left. Seems these workers KNOW their regulars and multitask to give them their accumulated mail to keep the line moving - BRILLIANT! My overall wait time + service time was about 10 mins then I was out the door. I was able to compare the price for my friend's domestic delivery to PA vs the cost of sending it to her home in France. $43 compared to $113 - domestically for the win! I appreciate the efficiency of this office and that they recognize their regulars. If I ever need to do this type of forwarding items for a friend again, I will definitely return to this branch. Cheers! "CC"

Well...I was there and regardless that EVERYWHERE you advertise your hours : M-F 9am -5 pm , at 9 am when I was there ? A girl start yelling at me, from inside through the window, telling me you guys open at 11. I faxed you attaching my maps history showing the time and the fact that I was there . Here is the issue : my husband went late to work that day to give me a ride there . I can't ask him to take a day off ( as at 11 am , with the trip there and back , his work day is almost gone !) to give me a ride mam'! AGAIN! We have bills to pay. So for this reason and not only , I also mentioned that in the fax I sent: please (!!!!) mail that package to my address : 2023 S Corning St. , Apt. 7 , Los Angeles , Ca 90034 . Please do that and will comeback here and give you a great review as you deserve if you understand the situation and realize : Is not my fault ! I was there ! The hours? Every place I looked says 9.00am . You don't know only when you are the door that you are open at 9 yet not for packages ! I never heard that one ! You can imagine how I felt , seeing I made my husband go late to work , drive more then an hour to reach there ( rush hour right ? ), for nothing ! I tried to explain to that girl and she was yelling at me , showing me some schedule on the door. She didn't let me say a word! I left extremely disappointed and....yeah ....so please! Is not that I don't want to come there. I have no transportation anymore, so please mail me the package. I gave you a three stars as I don't know yet what you'll do. But I know what I will do : will write or a good review here and to your executives or a complaint . Sorry ...is really up to you . Thank you This site is great ! I just learned that you can post pictures too ...So yes, there is the screenshot I took that day ! And as you see , was last Monday. So please do not send the package back, out of state! Please send it to me as am here in LA! Call me or email me if you refuse to ship it to me . I looked for different options .. a Uber there? Would cost me a lot ! So best is to please , ship it to me at the address above . Thank you . P.S. : If I see you rather ship it back , which is out of state , then to me , to a Los Angeles address? I will see that really evil, as I paid money to order that. The vendor won't be happy , I won't be happy , and ultimately ? You won't be happy as will file a complaint , sorry ! Sending it back ? Really doesn't benefit anybody ! You have to send it out anyway , so I don't see why wouldn't you rather ship it where it was intended to be! I hope you are understanding and a nice person . I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may bring to you, and all I can say is that I will rather send a letter to headquarters letting them know how great you are ! That would make all of us happy ! You know ? God bless us all as he teached all of us to be good people ! And now that I mentioned God ? Would like to post a screenshot from a video I took , to show you that God is truly really real!!! P. S. I didn't lost my car that night , but I lost it soon after . Is a different story . Will refrain ...as is irrelevant . But I have to explain now so you know : I lost my car . So I don't have transportation there . Sorry but I have to mention this, as I just saw the pictures posted here with regard to your schedule ( see attachm) , pictures that fully support me !!¡
