    Hello there , My name is Mihaela Hrisțodor . I saw I had a miss call from you and VM . You ask me to come pick up my package . Well...I was there and regardless that EVERYWHERE you advertise your hours : M-F 9am -5 pm , at 9 am when I was there ? A girl start yelling at me, from inside through the window, telling me you guys open at 11. I faxed you attaching my maps history showing the time and the fact that I was there . Here is the issue : my husband went late to work that day to give me a ride there . I can't ask him to take a day off ( as at 11 am , with the trip there and back , his work day is almost gone !) to give me a ride mam'! AGAIN! We have bills to pay. So for this reason and not only , I also mentioned that in the fax I sent: please (!!!!) mail that package to my address : 2023 S Corning St. , Apt. 7 , Los Angeles , Ca 90034 . Please do that and will comeback here and give you a great review as you deserve if you understand the situation and realize : Is not my fault ! I was there ! The hours? Every place I looked says 9.00am . You don't know only when you are the door that you are open at 9 yet not for packages ! I never heard that one ! You can imagine how I felt , seeing I made my husband go late to work , drive more then an hour to reach there ( rush hour right ? ), for nothing ! I tried to explain to that girl and she was yelling at me , showing me some schedule on the door. She didn't let me say a word! I left extremely disappointed and....yeah ....so please! Is not that I don't want to come there. I have no transportation anymore, so please mail me the package. I gave you a three stars as I don't know yet what you'll do. But I know what I will do : will write or a good review here and to your executives or a complaint . Sorry ...is really up to you . Thank you This site is great ! I just learned that you can post pictures too ...So yes, there is the screenshot I took that day ! And as you see , was last Monday. So please do not send the package back, out of state! Please send it to me as am here in LA! Call me or email me if you refuse to ship it to me . I looked for different options .. a Uber there? Would cost me a lot ! So best is to please , ship it to me at the address above . Thank you . P.S. : If I see you rather ship it back , which is out of state , then to me , to a Los Angeles address? I will see that really evil, as I paid money to order that. The vendor won't be happy , I won't be happy , and ultimately ? You won't be happy as will file a complaint , sorry ! Sending it back ? Really doesn't benefit anybody ! You have to send it out anyway , so I don't see why wouldn't you rather ship it where it was intended to be! I hope you are understanding and a nice person . I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may bring to you, and all I can say is that I will rather send a letter to headquarters letting them know how great you are ! That would make all of us happy ! You know ? God bless us all as he teached all of us to be good people ! And now that I mentioned God ? Would like to post a screenshot from a video I took , to show you that God is truly really real!!! P. S. I didn't lost my car that night , but I lost it soon after . Is a different story . Will refrain ...as is irrelevant . But I have to explain now so you know : I lost my car . So I don't have transportation there .     It's crazy to me that my son health is at risk because you guys refuse to send me my kids medicine. How on earth does it takes my son medicine from LA to las Vegas to ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL BACK TO LA TO INGLEWOOD AND STILL NOT RECEIVE MY SON STUFF. I will be there Monday morning I need answers this is my son last refill and this location playing with my sons health luckily I still have some at home other wise it will be tragic. Y'all need help or what I will come help this is ridiculous at this point.

    This is the worst post office annex center in the world. You have to wait on the outside of a locked glass door until the representative buzzes you in. The sign states only 2 pepple at a time. This place is open from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The service hours aren't for a person works a 9 to 5. There is only one slow person who works in the mail pick up, deliveries , etc.. department. There is always a line outside of the door. I waited about 20 minutes on my lunch break and had to leave because I didn't want to loose my job. One gentleman stated he has been waiting for 40 minutes. Smh. Come on USPS. That's why your loosing business to other small entity.

    I got a pink slip for a failed delivery attempt w a signature, the slip says their hours are M-F 8-5pm. I drove all the way here after work at 3300 and they're closed at 3...they're closed at 3 everyday... why are they handing out slips with false information? Now I have to try to sneak out from work to get my mail... they could at least do their duty as a government institution to keep information up to date.

    Items are not being delivered and are being marked as "customer request/locker full" even though my mailbox is EMPTY and I never have authorized for any type of special request to be made. Change of address has apparently been an issue for them as well. I only moved a block away from my previous address, not sure why it's causing such a commotion??? Horrible customer service. Try not to have anything shipped from USPS Inglewood annex if possible-- avoid at all costs. ZERO stars.

As for the other two postal clerks working the same shift (whose names I wish I'd noted--one may have been "Clerk 29"), they get **ZERO** stars. They were rude and snapped at me when I explained that the USPS online system indicated that postal staff would print the required form at the post office if I couldn't print it myself (not sure why a printout is required anyway given that my information was in the USPS online system, but that's a rant for another time). They also snapped at me because one of the documents I was presenting was not acceptable. The overall interaction felt hostile, like they were looking for a fight rather than helping a customer. I have empathy for employees who are tired and ready to clock out. But when this kind of behavior happens, it creates an unsafe environment for everyone. After working several government-level jobs, I also know that many employees stay in roles they don't enjoy because it's hard to leave (limited alternatives), and/or because union protections can make it difficult to hold people accountable--even when performance is not at the level it should be. And now, after reading some of the other reviews about this specific post office, I guess I'll be worrying about my mail getting stolen! :D The above interactions took place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 between 4-5pm.

    I had a purse ordered from Poshmark that I was tracking online to arrive at my house. When the…read morepackage arrived, it was someone else's package going to Oregon with my label taped to the top. Both tracking numbers were scanned in on 5/15/26 at 6am, mine in a box and the other in plastic. It was very clear mine was ripped off the box and affixed to a random package of the same size. Long story short, my purse was stolen. I've been filing claims and waiting for a call back for weeks. When I went in today to bring in a letter from USPS along with the evidence I had, a female employee began raising her voice as I explained the situation the manager was already aware of. She claimed no one would ever do that, and it must have "fallen off the box" and somehow landed on a random package and got sealed perfectly to it. Other customers were there and kept looking to see what was going on. I kept my voice at a normal level and it became a scene. Overall very disappointed in the worker and how she handled the situation in front of other customers. Moving forward I will only order packages with a signature required.

He openly shouts at people and acting in a confrontational manner. At one point, after I placed my pre paid package in the bin, he directly asked me what I was sending. I explained that it was a 3D-printed plastic product that I sell. He continued to question me in a way that felt more like an interrogation than normal customer service. Very odd questioning for no reason. This consistent type of behavior toward customers is inappropriate and unprofessional. I intend to file an official complaint with USPS regarding how customers are being treated at this location.

    Possibly the worst business/service ever and if it i were able to, they would get half a star or…read morenone. They take no responsibility if they lost a package. CPB does not have control of the tracking for international packages, only USPS does. We have been waiting on a package for over 2 months now and it been "in bound customs" since the 7th of July. It is now the 18th of September. After multiple calls between USPS and CPB, both of which are not claiming responsibility for the whereabouts of the package is, we have come to the conclusion that since we have not received anything from customs saying the package is being with held, that the crappy service of USPS has lost it but won't fess up to it. Since it is an international package with insurance, we can't claim the insurance on or rather my mother in law can't claim the insurance on until USPS says they lost. It would be for the best interest of USPS to either find it or legal action will be taken on our part. It's absolutely ridiculous. We have already submitted the claim to have them search for it but yet they still insist they cannot do anything because it says it's in bound to customs. I call that a load of BS. You think maybe at some point during its processing that someone may have dropped the ball and didn't put if it was past customs. CPB has made it very clear that with the contents that were inside the box, they would not detain it, and if they did we would have gotten a letter stating so. USPS better find some way to get a hold of me or my wife to get this settled otherwise they will be settling something that doesn't have to blown out of proportion. We are taking full on lawsuit and going to the BBB.
