Smooth service at 9:45am on a Tuesday. Lots of parking spaces and space. Appreciate the drop box for boxes available.

Dropped off a package at the front desk in which I provided a QR code for them to print out the shipping label. In and out within 5 minutes however after I left the line started getting a bit long.

This location is excellent but I really don't want to write a good review and then they start getting long lines like most every other post office. Oh I didn't say why it's excellent. It's excellent because there are no lines! But you didn't read that. And if you did read it, you didn't bother to see where the location was so you can go find it for yourself. That's my attempt at the Jedi mind trick. You didn't see this review. You don't know where the post office is located. You've already forgotten everything you've read and will move along. Now that you're gone, I'll add that parking is easy and the staff is quick and efficient.

This is a nice location tucked away off the beaten path, but it does the job in terms of servicing the area and seems pretty safe, easy and convenient for the El Segundo to Manhattan Beach (beach cities / south bay) residents as an option, for at least drop-off and self-service type drop offs. I didn't interact with any employees or lines for service, so I don't know if being a supposed small boutique post office causes any problems in service levels including longer wait times or not. Parking is interesting in that it's tight to drive into the lot and turn left into the parking lot area for the public which is a one-way angled parking design, so you really need to go a little past the 1st entry where the truck come in (employees only area) and pass the post office a little bit, then turn right into the parking lot properly and find a parking spot and park more easily.

Every time I come into this post office there is a line of people. There are three stations and there is either one employee or I'll be lucky if I see two but it doesn't matter because the line is to the door. Why they closed the Main Street El Segundo location is beyond me because they obviously need some back up. I didn't see one happy face in line I did an about face and left the premises.

Lazy mail carrier left this crate on our doorstep with other people's packages.... wtf...

Worst post office in the South Bay. Severely understaffed and a rare day when the Supervisor helps out. Go elsewhere if you can.

Here to pick up my po box mail at 5pm. It's closed. It says it's open until 6pm on their website and right on their door.

Always friendly service at this location. Line was long as expected but it moves quickly. Large amount of PO Boxes too.

This should be a three-star rating, but the posted hours are incorrect. Why? Because whoever works here has decided that it is occasionally appropriate to close the entire post office for fifteen minutes or a half-hour or an hour. For what? Lunch? A bathroom break? I know that many very small businesses have offices that close for lunch, and 95 percent of those small businesses accurately list their hours, either "Open 9 to 12:30, 1:30 to 5," or "Open 9 to 5 (closed from 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch)." Why can't this post office do that? Better yet, why can't this post office simply stay open? I have literally spent weeks, possibly months, of my life waiting in post-office lines in different parts of the country. This is the only post office I know of that actually closes at lunchtime. Why? There must be more than one person working at a time. Stagger the lunch breaks, as every business in the history of the world has done. Apparently, there's plenty of parking, but I didn't know about the parking lot, so I parked in front on the street.

Rates for postage keep going up, as well as rates for rental of boxes…read more Too bad the service doesn't improve at the same rate. Not long ago I had to wait in line while an employee socialized with another customer who they seemed to know personally. It didn't matter that a line was forming. Parking lot in back is filled during street cleaning days since some spaces are earmarked for a daycare nearby and other spaces are being used by who knows.

I have been trying to resolve an issue since early November, and it's been a long and frustrating…read moreprocess with no resolution in sight. My mother-in-law sent a birthday package to her son from Italy, ensuring it would arrive before November. However, my husband waited, and nothing arrived. Upon checking, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered, but to the wrong address-- a large box! The post office claimed they had retrieved the package and placed it in the "back" area, and my husband was told he could pick it up. When he arrived, the package was no longer there. Only certain employees have access to the "back room." One employee, named CHRISTIAN, told my husband to sign a receipt acknowledging the package had been received and promised it would be delivered the next day. My husband complied, but, of course, the package never arrived. Makes me question if Christian knows what happened to the package or took advantage of my Husband's anxious attempt to get his package to sign off any fault. This all happened on November 7th. Since then, we've been calling, visiting, and emailing everyone I could find in hopes of resolving the issue, but nothing has worked. The manager, Shanice Adams, did attempt to help, but in the end, there was no resolution. She issued a letter accepting fault, but I can never reach anyone for follow-up. At this point, we have no choice but to visit our local Post Office, but I am deeply disappointed in the service we've received in Inglewood. These kinds of issues highlight the broader geographical disparities and inequalities that certain areas suffer from, and unfortunately, our local Post Office seems to be the worst example of this. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to get this resolved. Moreover, I am unable to file a claim online as the package was sent from Italy. My Mother-in-Law can't file a complaint because the package is marked as delivered.
