    Sometimes, they are not nice to me. There are a very particular people that work​ here, they act as if you owe your whole life to them if they process your mail. Instead of addressing to me how I can save money by sending a priority mail or flat rate envelope, they go out of their way to charge me more with a regular envelope with basic shipping time and a tracking number. Shouldn't they advise you on the best way to send important documents? Or are they just looking out for themselves to keep their jobs by charging higher rates? Parking is a nightmare in the front, you should park in the back lot shared with other businesses and do the extra walk. What can I say, it is a post office, don't expect a bathroom at this location! Your waiting time has increased.

    Worse post office with nasty employees I get passport appointment for over one month , my appointment at 10 am we take day off me and my wife to do us passport my my children the miss school we waiting for over 1 hour . One casher only she take other customers the come after me . We paying for service it's not free lawndale us post worse service ever . The supervisor he support get fired he nasty have no respect for customers . I hope the shut done with location for ever and the no professional supervisor need to be fired . I'm recording video of my time and conversation with the No professional employees the work for public . We pay for nasty servir ......

    TTYTRASHHH...I've have not received a package other than an envelope delivered on the said delivery date... about 10 shipments in now!!

I've been coming to this post office for over 30 years back when it was on Century, then Airport, and now at its current location on Aviation. Through all those moves, one thing has remained the same: the kindness and consistency of the staff. They've helped me out countless times--especially with packaging up my books and making sure I get the best rate possible. They go above and beyond, and I've noticed something: even when people are rude (and I've seen it), the team still responds with professionalism and patience. You show them kindness, and they'll reflect it right back at you. Special shout-out to Kiki and the entire crew at the counter. They've always greeted me with a smile and made the process smooth. And if you show up early in the morning and hit the buzzer for package pickup, you'll catch a little vibe--they've got the music going in the back, setting a good tone for the day. I'm giving them 5 stamps for being reliable, consistent, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Thank you all for what you do.

    Generally this location does the best that they can…read more The staff of all women/female employees at the counter are very professional and friendly. Service is ****** five stars plus a 6th for being above average compared to most USPS employees in general. They always seem upbeat and happy with a good disposition. This location has that thick clear acrylic security barrier and deposit boxes for parcels and the side door closet type access point to pass large parcels through as well as PO Boxes. This place needs a better "self-service" upgrade like a kiosk to buy stamps and check in (scan to activate tracking confirmation status) parcels. They also need a better way to drop off parcels than the small mail slot drop that can maybe fit a 5" x 5" x 5" sized parcel that often jams. This place seems understaffed because I think, out of necessity they close for employee lunch breaks maybe in the timeframe of 1-3pm Parking is generally easy. Because they're understaffed, this North Branch... if you see a line longer than 5-6 people long, it's sometimes faster to drive to the main post office as a quicker processing alternative.

This should be a three-star rating, but the posted hours are incorrect. Why? Because whoever works here has decided that it is occasionally appropriate to close the entire post office for fifteen minutes or a half-hour or an hour. For what? Lunch? A bathroom break? I know that many very small businesses have offices that close for lunch, and 95 percent of those small businesses accurately list their hours, either "Open 9 to 12:30, 1:30 to 5," or "Open 9 to 5 (closed from 12:30 to 1:30 for lunch)." Why can't this post office do that? Better yet, why can't this post office simply stay open? I have literally spent weeks, possibly months, of my life waiting in post-office lines in different parts of the country. This is the only post office I know of that actually closes at lunchtime. Why? There must be more than one person working at a time. Stagger the lunch breaks, as every business in the history of the world has done. Apparently, there's plenty of parking, but I didn't know about the parking lot, so I parked in front on the street.

Well...I was there and regardless that EVERYWHERE you advertise your hours : M-F 9am -5 pm , at 9 am when I was there ? A girl start yelling at me, from inside through the window, telling me you guys open at 11. I faxed you attaching my maps history showing the time and the fact that I was there . Here is the issue : my husband went late to work that day to give me a ride there . I can't ask him to take a day off ( as at 11 am , with the trip there and back , his work day is almost gone !) to give me a ride mam'! AGAIN! We have bills to pay. So for this reason and not only , I also mentioned that in the fax I sent: please (!!!!) mail that package to my address : 2023 S Corning St. , Apt. 7 , Los Angeles , Ca 90034 . Please do that and will comeback here and give you a great review as you deserve if you understand the situation and realize : Is not my fault ! I was there ! The hours? Every place I looked says 9.00am . You don't know only when you are the door that you are open at 9 yet not for packages ! I never heard that one !     I have been trying to resolve an issue since early November, and it's been a long and frustrating…read moreprocess with no resolution in sight. My mother-in-law sent a birthday package to her son from Italy, ensuring it would arrive before November. However, my husband waited, and nothing arrived. Upon checking, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered, but to the wrong address-- a large box! The post office claimed they had retrieved the package and placed it in the "back" area, and my husband was told he could pick it up. When he arrived, the package was no longer there. Only certain employees have access to the "back room." One employee, named CHRISTIAN, told my husband to sign a receipt acknowledging the package had been received and promised it would be delivered the next day. My husband complied, but, of course, the package never arrived. Makes me question if Christian knows what happened to the package or took advantage of my Husband's anxious attempt to get his package to sign off any fault. This all happened on November 7th. Since then, we've been calling, visiting, and emailing everyone I could find in hopes of resolving the issue, but nothing has worked. The manager, Shanice Adams, did attempt to help, but in the end, there was no resolution. She issued a letter accepting fault, but I can never reach anyone for follow-up. At this point, we have no choice but to visit our local Post Office, but I am deeply disappointed in the service we've received in Inglewood. These kinds of issues highlight the broader geographical disparities and inequalities that certain areas suffer from, and unfortunately, our local Post Office seems to be the worst example of this. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to get this resolved. Moreover, I am unable to file a claim online as the package was sent from Italy. My Mother-in-Law can't file a complaint because the package is marked as delivered.
