Staff was helpful and friendly. After parking in the back lot or street, you take the elevator to the 4th floor (for Suite 400) . There will be security team of two who inspect your bag for contents. and ask you some questions (Do you have an appontment? Are you carrying any arms, sharp objects, etc..)? At the time I was there for a 1:20 PM appointment, everyone else there (maybe 15-20 people) also had appointments. There were two TV monitors, but they were not watching TV shows - just monitors showing which ticket number was next and some government ads. Suggestion: Try to get an appointment before getting there. After security, register on the touch screen to get your ticket. Take a book or something to read (my phone signal was weak). I was there 15 minutes early and they took me right at 1:20.

I'd say the major drawback of this location is the parking--it's $1.50/every 15 minutes, so we paid for 1 hour to be safe. A second deterrent would be the security guards; most of them were pretty unhappy/rude, but you really don't spend enough time in security for it to be too much of an issue. Knocked off a star for these location factors, but the RR/CC staff were definitely 5 stars. On to the good part! We whipped through security and headed for the 6th floor where RR/CC is located. We checked in, provided our IDs with the pre-packaged envelope from the previous marriage license appointment, and waited a few minutes for the couple ahead of us to finish (we were early, and they were running on schedule). They called us in by the appointment last name, and we had our little ceremony. The officiant was really kind, and he made it more heartfelt than we were expecting (we were quite awkward though--we don't usually stare at each other in front of people like that, but who really does?). We had a few funny moment of our own accidental creation, and somehow made it back out with our rings on and married! Cheers to a great experience and a whole lifetime of laughs ahead. The staff was very professional and my 9:10 and 9:20 appointments were merged because TWIC cards and Pre-Check are now merged together on the TWIC card. One less step. THE PLAY BY PLAY: I arrived early, sat in a waiting room for a few minutes and was all done after an 8 minute processing time. Be sure to remember that they do not accept cash. NOTE: It literally has taken me longer to write this than to take care of my business at IdentoGo. No doubt a great job by the friendly, courteous staff. PARKING: For me parking was a breeze, as I got lucky and found a parking spot on the 100 block (there are only 4 parking spots -- across from the Green Onion Mexican Restaurant) and they are free for 2 hours from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. She responded with unhelpful responses, including negative attitude saying I was just unhappy because I wasn't getting the responses I needed. She's very manipulative seeing her side of the story to the manager when I asked her for a manager she didn't want to bring a Manager. She asked me to go to window B I was afraid to lose my position. I stated if she can bring the Manager to me she said no I said OK I'll just go over there, but can you please give me anything to be able to show proof of valid registration she said no I can't help. You didn't refer me anywhere besides the kiosk that was not working that I let her know that was not working. When I spoke to the manager, she brought me back over because she couldn't help me. She didn't have a computer so we went back to Kamille. The manager's name is TOI as she mentioned to me when I asked her. When we went back to Kamille. She started talking to Kamille about the situation and Kamille started seeing her side of the story which is way different of what happened, but I let her speak because I'm not rude afterwards she called me up once Kamille was done with the last person then they stated that I owed Tickets of $800 I said OK so I was ready to pay and Kamille's like oh we don't accept phone payments I said that's OK. I was going to pay with my card anyways and then she looked back at the manager. I just went along then I paid the $800 and ask if I can pay another five dollars for the proof of validation because that was only for Tickets I want to make sure when I go back I can show proof where I need to show proof He said yes, I paid the five dollars then the machine stopped working the printer so he went back to the Manager TOI she attempted to help him and unfortunately they couldn't fix it at that time. I did not say anything. I waited patiently and she made a remark. Oh, he can just go to the kiosk anyways it's usually a kiosk transaction anyways mind you I already paid and there's a line for the kiosk that I waited for before I started using the windows this is a very, very, very bad experience because I've been to multiple Dmv's. I would love for this manager and this employee to be disciplined accordingly so it doesn't happen to anyone else again.

The Vietnam War 1960 to 1975 was still happening when he joined in 1973 I believe he wanted to be "In Country"(Vietnam) but he was at overseas assignment in Germany when the war was coming to an end. The Vet Center did an outstanding job in helping our family to get a copy of my brother's "DD 214" military service record after his passing which was needed for a state agency. If you have a Veteran in your family it's a good idea to have their DD 214 for your family records.
