The post office is in a nice location. It is beside the plaza where MexicanZn is located! I have always been able to find a parking spot, and I have never waited long in line here. That is enough for me to give this location 3 stars. read more

This post office is by the far the worst post office I have ever been to, their customer service is nonexistent and their have absolutely no organization or care for their customers. Except for a wonderful and kind lady named Linda, if you have any questions please ask her, in my honest opinion she should be the supervisor or have the highest position there. I recently have had the most horrible experience here trying to receive about six packages that I ordered about three weeks ago and I still have not received them even though the tracking number says its delivered and post office was no help in trying to help me answer my questions as to where my packages could have gone. WORST EVEEEEERRRR!!! They always somehow magically way lose my packages! I've been assigned to this place since I moved to Fullerton close to 2 yrs ago. So far today they lost my 3rd package! I was home waiting for my package and I was watching the mailman put the mail away and I DID NOT SEE A PACKAGE IN MY BOX! However, my tracking number said it was delivered. I called the 800 number and was on hold for 44 minutes. They gave me a claim number and will be following up with me in the next few days. I know I will never see my stuff again because I'm sure the post office people STEAL packages! The first time I had an issue the RUDE manager called me and we went at it. I'm sorry but if I don't get respect I won't stay shut! I will say it how it is! The manager and I went at it and he even said " No one told you to move here". At that point I just wished I was a guy so I can drive my ass down to the office and confront him! Not like it will fix anything but some people need taste of their own medicine. Service is terrible, they recently got a new person working the lines and she's ignorant and assumes that the costumer is always wrong. Been shipping with usps for over 6 years, probably know more than the worker there. One of the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I called about a missing package and she could say to me is "sorry we can't help you, it's been delivered already"... The place is ok, but call on the phone will take hours of your time and when they do pick up, they give this attitude. If you don't like your job quit. I called for help on my missing package. This morning at 11:20 my boyfriend and I went to this post office to see if I could pick up a package that had arrived this morning. When we inquired to the female manager she said "it has to say that your package arrived at this post office." When we showed her the app and how it said it arrived at 7:33 am she then said "it would make no sense for me to take the cargo off the palette just to look for your one package". She was snide and rude when she said all it had to say was the package was there. So we left. No more than ten minutes later did the app update that my package was scanned and now "out for delivery" meaning as she was being rude someone was ALREADY looking through the cargo and she could have given us our package. After 10 unanswered phone calls a supervisor answered and told me he didn't have time to help me and that was the only person working. I can't believe the disrespect that I was spoken too. Useless and unhelpfull. This USPS has my lost priority mail, packages, and even held mail. My roommate and I put a hold on our mail while we moved and when we came in to check on it, because we had some important expected mail, they couldn't find any information on it even with the confirmation number. Two Fullerton post offices were unwilling to help me and kept giving me the run around. I was frustrated with a very pressing concern that only required someone at the post office to listen. I finally received excellent customer service at the Chapman Branch, where Supervisor Rick Reyes helped me solve a mail issue that caused my medical benefits to be terminated. He was thoughtful enough to listen and help me resolve my problem. Where no other supervisors from other branches would take the time to help! read more

Customer service was excellent as the staff was very helpful and informative! I went early Monday morning, and the line was a little long. The internet was down causing delays, but the staff apologized and did the best they could. Staff here is awesome! I had a package to mail and there was a huge line. I believe her name is Weili. She was amazing and sooo patient with me. She helped me pick out the right box for my package as well as helped me with the crazy automated machine! Then I forgot to mail my letter so I was standing in line and she saved me the wait by taking my letter for me. She's great!!! read more

Unfortunately our mail was delivered to our neighbors. In fact several houses got the wrong mail yesterday. I spoke with the carrier she assured me it was just one mistake. I literally flagged her down to tell her tbe deliveries were all off by one. Well we just went knocking on doors looking for something very important. Turns out very important items were delivered wrong! When she was questioned and told then she should have gone back. Hey your delivering the mail to all the wrong houses! I needed help with my passport renewal. Guy "helping" me was utterly useless. He either hates his job or just doesn't know anything about customer service. He wasn't helpful in terms of what was best way to mail the marriage license so it wouldn't get damaged and so it was protected in case it got lost. The only good advice he gave was to go to costco for $5 passport pictures instead of getting them there for $15. Not going back to this post office. I think this is the main station for our area, so writing these comments here. I am located in old downtown, and my mail deliveries come so late in the day, that outgoing packages might as well go out the next day. Some days I don't even see the carrier, and we send a lot of little packages, so we have outgoing mail most days. Today it is 4:51 p.m. and I still have not seen the mail carrier. Many times we are waiting for product that should be turned around and mailed out the same day, and this doesn't happen when we are receiving mail too late in the day or not at all. Is it possible to get our mail deliveries earlier in the day? read more

I love the staff here and I don't yelp a lot but I figured I would because they're all so kind and as quick as they can be. I go here for work almost weekly for bulk mail and etc and people in the front aren't always ecstatic but it's a post office what do you expect. i remember i hated coming here! the lines are soo long and the building is so old and outdated. i heard that it's even dangerous sometimes. but i guess usps offices are starting to get competitive now! with all the closures, i think each branch needs to do their part in order to justify their existence. i've noticed recently that their service has gotten much better and they are much faster. the employees are all working much harder now! i recall they used to just go about their job slowly, comfortably, but it seems like now they are treating this like it's their own business and working hard! i like that new attitude! read more

Post offices are usually a pain in the ass. I never seem to have the proper envelope and always seem to fill out the wrong form, so I'm usually pushed aside left to get my sh*t together. Today was different. I came across Connie and she was patient and resourceful in helping me get everything I needed to get done. We need more people like her at the post office! Had my passport picture taken across the street and with the form filled in already, I just crossed the street and asked the Asian woman behind the counter (forgot what it was about) she told me in grumpy voice (such as the manner of 5 yrs old girl was not allowed to but toy she wanted) to ask the supervisor who was an Asian woman as well. I must say that the best person here is Larry the guy on the truck! Larry is you're neighborhood friend. He is polite to everyone he meets. Larry is always helpful to all he greets. He is the quintessential postman as if you were in a rural town where everyone knows everyone. A truly great person. Now on the other hand some at the office do not exactly use common sense. I took a priority sticker because I was in a hurry and used it as a shipping label. I had REMOVED everything that made it recognizable as a priority shipping label by CUTTING It with scissors. But this one guy insisted it was a priority shipping label even though ALL writing was removed. The guy was strange. He made me remove it as is I were a criminal and made me go home and make out a new label. What a total Jack-A. No common sense with this man which is sad because most others at the location are very helpful and kind and use COMMON SENSE. I hope the guy reads this and adjusts his attitude. Absolutely terrible. I am willing to travel to another city just so I do not have to deal with this rude staff. I have been to the post office several times and none of the staff members ever smile because they are always in a bad mood. They always give you attitude when you ask them questions and they do not even answer the questions properly so you end up constantly going back and forth trying to get what you need. Forget talking to someone on the phone. They'll make you seem like the crazy one for ever calling them to ask a question. Terrible staff. Hate them all. Today had a question about my mail delivery that was specific to this post office. I called the direct number and after it ringing for three minutes, someone picked up the phone then hung it up. Not deterred, I called back ten different times and no one answered the phone. This is a Government Office staffed by people whose salaries we pay. 5 stars to Rick! I had forgotten to seal an envelope which contained a cashiers check before I dropped it into the outside drive-thru mailbox. Rick went out and sorted thru ALL of the mail until he located my letter, which, by this time, was buried under a LOT of other mail.
