Went in today 6/25/22 with my elderly Aunt. We weren't to sure what we needed to do. I had explained My Aunts situation and told the young lady my Aunt was being taken advantage of by a crook who we can't get out of her house. We asked about a PO Box and "General mail". Toya was the young lady who helped us. She's very polite with patience of a Saint. She took her time and explained things thoroughly. She told us what our options were and what would be best for my aunts situation. Thank You So much Toya for all your help and understanding.... read more

Rang the doorbell several times, no answer. I asked who I think might be the manager because he came out to help a customer. He just said "It's closed". If it's closed then put a darn sign so we won't be standing there like idiots!!!! Learn some customer service skills!!!! read more

I have been going to this post office for over 10 years. The ladies at this post office are rude. They act as if they are doing us a favor by waiting on us, especially Toya. They definitely need customer service training. I was there recently at approximately 10:00 a.m. and only one window was open which was fine since at the time, only 3 of us were waiting in line. The employee helping a customer took so long, the line got longer and longer, and she completely ignored us. After waiting in line for over 10 min. Toya walked in, I assumed from a break? looked at the long line with a frown, and told the other employee she could go ahead and leave. By then the line was almost out the door and I was standing in line for almost 20 min! None of them even acknowledged us. So rude! I was about to walk out, but then it was my turn. Toya was polite and thanked me for waiting but it would have been nice for her or the other employee to say something to us while we were in line. Two days later I returned to drop off my family's ballots and a package and as usual the line was out the door. I wasn't sure where to leave it and Ms.Toya was sitting at the counter entering info. on the computer. I stood there for a couple minutes, and she completely ignored me. I said excuse me, is this where I should leave this package? and she didn't have the courtesy to make eye contact with me. She said yes, and kept on typing. I then asked her if I could also leave my ballots at the same counter, and she answered yes without even looking to see what I was asking about. Customer Service at this location sucks and I won't be returning. read more

Very poor service have reported several times of mailman leaving packages and I don't get them , calling inside ph number they hang ph up on you, mail delivered all times of day as late as after 9:00 p.m. Have out notes on a ND in the mailbox please do not leave packages I will go to post office and get my mail. As of this day I'm still having problems I purposely went to the door this morning while my medical equipment was being sat on my door step, been calling fontana office to let them know . read more

This man (see photo) is the worst postal worker ever. So thank God I was home watching for my delivery. He first pulls up to our mailbox and only delivers our mail and takes off. I quickly run outside yelling at him that he forgot my Amazon delivery. He takes off his headphones to hear me after I nearly jumped unto his truck. He gets out of the truck to check for packages and says, "oh well it's too big I'll have to come back around once I've moved some stuff." I was like seriously, your ass almost drove off without realizing there was a package and now you're telling me, your ass is too lazy to move the boxes so you can actually do your job? Like seriously. So here I am on the phone trying to calL our local post office to complain about his continual lack service. He has lost my packages about 4 times and now this mess. ‍ read more

Worst post office ever. They directed me to leave my priority shipping item in their designated area. 3 days later the item still says they haven't received it. I drive back over to check on the item and the gentleman basically acts defensive and explains that they have a lot of packages to scan and my tracking hasnt been updated and its my fault for just leaving the item (as i was directed to do) instead if waiting in line. He also insisted that none of this is on them and i should take this up with Ebay. No help at all just attitude. Just go to the one on etiwanda and save yourself the headache. read more

If I can give 1/2 star, I would. Slow to help, carrier said they couldn't deliver my package due to deliver location not accessible ???? Went to speak with supervisor, was told carrier would deliver on the way in. Didn't happen read more

With covid and the holidays coming up it's super busy at the post office especially close to closing time. They had a member aiding consumers and guiding them to speed the process up. I appreciated how quickly they made the line pass, also the fact that they were extremely friendly considering how busy they were. read more

Sigh. I don't even know where to start. There's a middle aged guy there who looks like he's having a really bad midlife crisis. He's soooo mean. *cries* Every time the window would open, I pray it's not his face that's gonna show up. read more

Not the office but the carriers. Lazy lazy and lazy.... They don't bother getting out of their trucks/cars. Now they just return any packages to the post office which you have to pick up. Lazy workers. read more

My community mail boxes were broken into weeks before Christmas, here we are mid January and there are no plans to fix the boxes, so we are forced to pick up our mail from this shit hole. Granted not everyone is an asshole here. Mail pick ups take on average no less than 20 mins, stand in line because well as I said a great deal of No. Fontana has been impacted by mail theft. Give some rude service worker your ID, slam the door in your face, wait another 5 minutes, they bring your your mail, someone else's mail and then what? Do you wait for them to reopen that slammed door or do you just throw it in the outgoing mail box? No clue! I didn't have these issues in Rancho. read more

Friendly employees but sometimes the waits are so long. Understandable not their fault. This office could use a little update or remodeling and it would be helpful if they opened a little earlier or on time. I arrived at 8:15 am, already a super long line, office states it will open at 8:30,at 8:35 doors still not open. Again, bc the employees are friendly I guess its worth the wait. At least now they have a friendly Supervisor (Mo) and it seems like the rude men's one was transferred to Bloomington. Great idea! Will continue coming to this location read more

This is the 3rd time they have delivered my packages to wrong mail boxes and I've never gotten them back. How hard is it to put a package in the correct mail box? read more

If there's a car in front of the mail box they will keep going and skip your mail box . There's no sign saying a car can't park in front of the mail box . Once in a while one will get off and leave the mail but most will just keep going, or leave a little post it's on the mail box . I can't control who parks in front of my mail box , especially if there's no sign stating this . Please retire or fire these lazy ass people . Some people actually depend on they're mail . Stop being an ass!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I can't believe USPS let's disgusting attitude employees work for them. I see that this employee named Lisa already has a bad reputation since someone else already commented on her. This lady is extremely rude and useless when it comes to her doing her job in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't want to point fingers but It feels like she targets Hispanic people and treats them like if they are all below her and is too disgusted to help them... would it be a coincidence that once a African American person comes to her she acts like the perfect employee and is very helpful to them? Why would you even want to give off a racist impression in a crazy time like this?? It's sad. A lady called her out after being rude and very selective on her customer service after sending her back countless of times for things that Lisa could have easily helped her on. Of course Lisa gave her even more attitude and asked her to leave. This is ridiculous!! Your job is to help EVERYONE, you work in customer service ffs. That was my observation with her today, I just had to walk out and drive myself further to a different location. I hope whoever manages this location checks her but I'm sure they won't, just beware!!! Don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap by LISA. Us Lisa's don't claim her nasty attitude. read more

We went in because our mail wasn't being forwarded to our P.O box, they told us to wait so a manager can speak with us. Next thing we know the "manager" was in a meeting when we had already been waiting 5 minutes. So we kept asking for a manager. Then an older man a postal clerk decided he was telling us we would have to wait an hour so of course we got frustrated then he proceeded to tell us he would call the cops if we didn't leave . Mind you he escalated the situation to where it should t have been. Supervisor comes out of nowhere tel us to meet him on the side where there's a door that has a window . 2 minutes into our conversation the man that said he called the cops on us comes up to the door and proceeds to slam the door in our face!! This man is always rude every time I have gone to the post office off sierra!! If you have children he is especially out to get you!! He's like an enforcer of rules it's ridiculous!! He needs to be reprimanded!! read more

Against my better judgment I went to mail a few utility bills and approximately 20 Christmas Cards my 92 year old father ask me to mail. I always run inside and put mail in the drop box to ensure the mail is not vandalized. When I pulled up, some guy is walking out of the Post Office without a mask. As I am gathering my things, here comes another man without a mask covering his mouth with a T Shirt so old and washed out, you could literally see his lips and mouth thru the T Shirt. I waited for him to come out, gloved and masked up and went inside. I walk over to the Mail Drop Box and started inserting my mail about 5 Envelopes at a time.... here comes this lady out of know where. She slid in front of me, excused herself and said can I mail these cards real quick? I forget my mask! What is wrong with people? Further why isn't the USPS making sure their customers are safe and have someone monitoring the door. That USPS location is a GERM FACTORY. Even if it means driving a few extra miles, I won't be going there anymore. SMDH read more

I drop off packages from my business 2 to 3 times a week. I come in at 830-850 am everytime before the post office cars are out. I typically have 20-30 packages with me and i drive around the back to drop it off easier. This morning a random lady with glasses and leaf tattoo on her neck asked me to park across the street. She said ill roll out a dolly half to meet you. I told her i do this often, youre really going to inconvenience me like that? She said yes. So i left. Now ive never had enough human interaction at this location to write a review. The process is simple i drive too the back, drop packs, and i leave. Im Not Parking across the street and walking my packs to you like its some Dogs. Just because you had a terrible Morning and burned your eggs. read more

Service is always friendly, but, after 15 mins of waiting in line, I was told to go around the corner for pick-up by a very friendly postal worker. US Post Office - Look up to the ceiling for directions! - Post Offices Near Me - Fontana, California

This post office is ALWAYS congested. I just dropped two large parcels that were already stamped and there were at least 20 people lined up and the line was barely moving. There are three very nice people that work there but I seem to always get the fourth lady. She has short blonde hair. I guess she was having a bad day the first time I came to her and I guess I wasn't versed enough in the illustrious ways of government postal services because every question I asked drove her to near madness and she even tried to pick an argue-fight with me. I will admit that she has gotten nicer/better in my subsequent visits. Nevertheless, I try to go to other locations if possible. read more

Worst customer service provided by supervisor Jessica Flores, not willing to help customer even when the post office was at fault for not delivering mail. Her only answer was that she did not have an answer on her end as to what happened with the mail since it did not show in her computer and then refused to return my money after I had receipt for my purchase. Never been a rude customer nor do I ever leave any sort of comments at a business but I've never been so disappointed on a manager or their way of dealing with a situation. I come here very often and never had an issue with the employees unfortunately this time my mail didn't get delivered after paying overnight and I had to speak with supervisor but that was pointless. Had to repay the overnight fee to send out once again what didn't arrive the first time. So disappointed! read more

I mailed a four pound package of popcorn to my father in Fontana. He received a ten pound box of baby clothes. Neither the Iowa or the CA post office want to do anything concerning the theft that occurred. I am out sixty dollars but I have learned my lesson. Do not mail anything via USPS because they do not care if your items are stolen or never arrive and they do nothing to fix the situation. I was given the runaround and told to call the corporate headquarters and then told to call the local post office to no avail. The local post office said because a package was delivered on time, there's nothing that they can do about it. So unless you purchase their ridiculous insurance (as though I am supposed to somehow account or be responsible for the screw ups made by the post office), the package you send could in theory be opened, replaced and even though there is absolute conclusive evidence that shows that the package was tampered with, "there's nothing we can do about it," is the response you will get. Corporate told me that "they'd look into it." That's another way of saying don't call us anymore until we call you, if we call you at all. Popcorn doesn't grow heavier with time. I understand that you don't need a PhD to work at the post office but seriously, I ship out a 4 pound box, and the receiver receives a 10 pound box (he was there immediately to receive the package); let's see 10 pounds minus 4 pounds, after the intense algebraic formula calculation; it can be gathered that there is a 6 pound difference that happened between Iowa and Fontana, CA. I didn't get as much as an apology for my package being tampered with and stolen. Show some accountability or just be honest and warn your customers that their packages run the very probable risk that they will be tampered with and stolen, and that insurance in highly recommended. read more

Horrible customer service. Will treat everyone like they hate their job and cannot be bothered

I Am only giving it one star because there is literally only one Hispanic guy that is extremely nice and fast. Other than that this place is awful there is a older lady that is just rude she normally works at the first station on the left. My daughter was looking at the cards and reading them to pick one for her father and she yelled out stop playing with the cards. I stated she's not playing with them she's picking one out. After that nothing. I try to avid this place as much as possible. I take my boxes in their and she will argue with me about their boxes saying that I can't use them with my postage then to avoid conflict I say I'll pay extra and then she will roll her eyes and then proceed to tell me oh you actually paid more for postage so your ok but next time don't. This literally happens everytime. Avoid this place. read more

I wish I had something nice to say but i don't. And if i could give zero stars I would. 1) RUDE RUDE RUDE- seriously get your employees into a training course ASAP on basic customer service 2) long lines ALWAYS - 9am or 3pm The lines are outrageous 3) while waiting in line one of Hispanic men behind the counter felt the need to reprimand my 3 year old for touching gift cards - seriously? 4) when asked about my Christmas cards to be weighed to ensure proper postage the white guy behind the counter declined to weigh it & then my cards were returned - WTF!!!!!! 5) complained to an overweight white lady manager when I had to return on a second visit with my toddlers and got the most basic apology- FU 6) my mail lady is a POS- she messes up all our mail and my neighbors and i have to swap mail all the time AND she felt the need to comment on ya supervising my kids playing outside - Go jump in traffic you witch!!! read more

I am a shoe seller who ships shoes to people through USPS. I have been to multiple locations shipping many shoes. This has got to be the worst location I have ever been to and will no longer be doing business with. I was at the counter shipping a package, but the lady that assisted me made me feel stupid for even being at the post office because she had a rude attitude and tone towards me. She was a Caucasian women who told me my name wasn't my name so I left the post office. I had cash to pay but I did not want to do business with her attitude. I will never come back again due to her. Terrible service. They never answer phones and when they do they put you on hold for hours. They give attitude, they try to tell me I'm wrong and make promises they can't keep. I've never had a problem with mail until this one time. This particular post office is the office that delivers my mail, and I am now in the process of completely my 3 filed complaint because of me not receiving certain packages that were suppose to be placed in my mail box. What makes it even worse is that when I spoke with one of the employees before I filed a complaint she had an attitude with me rather than sympathizing with me, and making it seem as if it was my fault my package was lost. Honestly if I could I wouldn't give them any stars because their that horrible! read more
