This is my neighborhood post office. It is sometimes busy and there are never more than 2 people working behind the counter. Sometimes only 1. The people behind the counter are always friendly.

Post office full of people crammed in and only one person working. Great way to pass the virus.

Place is full of people and only one person working the desk. No wonder post office is bankrupt. And they making you wear masks then hang out with a post office jammed with people. Great idea !

Usually I dread coming to this post office, but today it was a spectacular experience. They had an extra guy expediting the line and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

    Long ass line

Bring your knitting for the line!!! I come to this post office on Buctel- for a post office, it is pretty good. We get all our passports here (what a hassle!). The lines are always long, but the post-people are usually pretty friendly! There are great self-serve options! Not bad. But like the DMV, a trip to the PO is just a hassle. But this one is not bad!!

Been in line almost an hour... Inching towards the front... Haha not really. I've been in the same space the entire time.

1-Star Review - UPS Store #0936, Denver (1685 S Colorado Blvd)…read more I had one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've seen in a long time at this UPS Store location. I stopped in simply to ship a package. When I realized the store charges $9 just to pack the item, I decided to buy the box from them and pack the item myself, which I did right there in the store. After finishing packing, I went to the counter and asked the employee Devon (#275775) for two small pieces of tape to close the box. He refused. I had literally just purchased the box from them and only needed tape to seal it. When I questioned this absurd policy and asked to speak with a manager, Devon told me he was the manager and that if I wanted tape I would have to pay the $9 packing service fee, even though I had already packed the box myself. That makes absolutely no sense. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Devon doubled down on it. I left the store without shipping the package. As I was walking out, Devon laughed and sarcastically told me "have a nice day." When I looked back through the window, both employees were laughing. Completely unprofessional. Once in my car, I immediately called the UPS customer support line, who transferred me to customer relations where I filed a formal complaint. I also followed up with an email and written complaint. UPS corporate actually supported my complaint, stating that this is not how UPS stores should treat customers, especially when the customer already purchased the packaging from the store. Later that same day, I went to another UPS Store nearby. The employee there apologized for the experience, packed the box properly, added internal protection for the item, taped it, and did everything free of charge. She even told me that this is not the first time customers have come to them complaining about this particular location (#0936). That says a lot. UPS corporate has already emailed me with an apology and stated they will look into the behavior of this young manager, Devon. Bottom line: This situation was completely unnecessary and easily avoidable. Refusing a customer two pieces of tape after they bought a box from your store is petty, hostile, and terrible customer service. I will never return to this location again, and I recommend going to another UPS Store if you want to be treated with basic professionalism.

I had to do a few Amazon returns and called ahead of time to make sure this location accepted them. The gentleman I spoke to was informative and prompt. When I got inside the store, the line was almost out the door and I thought I'd be waiting an hour. Not the case! The store representative was quick and efficient with each customer, including myself. He was friendly and helpful. I've never done returns before so he suggested packages and helped me print my label. I recommend this location for all of your shipping needs!

To print a sign for our business where the guy there was rude, condescending, not knowledgable, and in the middle of helping us decided to literally mop the floor. 2.) After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. So we came in the store to ask and the "manager" was just so unhelpful, rude, not caring, and cared more about telling us were wring and literally holding our packages ransom until we would "Admit we were wrong" But we weren't wrong. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. Do not come here. The manager also threw out packages and told us to "Take our Shi*" He should be ashamed of himself. This is not good business.

Six months ago I was there for the same thing -a 1 page color print job. The same thing happened. However, back then the manager was kind enough to refund me the money for the crappy print job, no questions asked. He also gave me the QR code so I could email him the document needing printing. He printed. No cost. Because THAT IS WHAT YOU DO when you are in customer service. It's called client recovery. Today the primadonna (he/him) taking up oxygen could only be bothered with handing me the card with the QR code. I asked "I assume I'm swallowing the $1 for the bad print job. He asked for the receipt, I showed him the print job. He insisted he needed the receipt. I finished my business and spoke with Ksenia, the Ast Mgr, who was very professional and informed me "a receipt isn't needed, we can look through the queue to see who used the computer last". I can't issue you a receipt is different from I won't because I simply can't be bothered or don't want to. To the kid at this store: THINK before you speak and have to swallow your words or end up appearing like a lazy Gen Z. To Ksenia, thanks for your help. To FedEx Office: if possible, be a little more selective on who you hire. Customer service is much more than looking pretty and taking up oxygen. Think outside the box, and treat others how you would want to be treated. Or how you would want someone to treat your parents or grandparents.
