I have 90% of my shopping delivered, either through UPS, postal service, fed ex, etc.. I dont issues with their deliveries, they are usually on time and are directly left outside my apartment door. But, with Swift , there is always an issue. 3 packages already, different days, have been delivered to a different location. I have photos proving my residence and have sent photos of where it was delivered to, but till today no one bothered to fix the issues. All they say is sorry for the inconvenience. Nasty service. Swift-had a girl deliver a package from Tamu-vehicle leaked oil all over my driveway not only on the way up the driveway of 150 feet as well as on the way down... This was an expensive paver driveway... Chemicals could not remove the stains and I was forced to replace many pavers professionally done with the cost of over $1800... Company wanted video of the driver arriving at night which was sent... In addition, an estimate a replacement cost all of which was sent to them... They denied the young driver, had any flaws and did not leak oil after an inspection on their end... They wanted more proof that the driver did the damage... I indicated the only way I could provide more proof is if I had cameras underneath her car showing the oil leak... I asked them for a copy of the inspection on her vehicle that indicated her vehicle did not leak they would not provide it... In my opinion, avoid dealing with these people at all costs-they are hiring drivers with defective vehicles, and they don't care! read more

We needed to get materials delivered to our technicians on a job up in the northern part of Brighton, but everyone in our office was tied up. I called Swift and they had a courier at our office within 20 minutes. Natasha was great. She was very patient while we were getting the materials our guys needed organized, even though it took us longer than expected. Natasha got the materials where they needed to go right away, and I was surprised at how little it cost. Personally, I would have been willing to pay 50% more for the kind of awesome service Natasha and the dispatcher at Swift provided us. I'd give them -1 stars if I could. Called at 9:15AM to have a package delivered BEFORE 5:00PM. They told me they would pick it up late morning/early afternoon. At noon I called to check status and was told they'd be there around 1:00. I called again at 2:00PM, and was then told it would be within the hour. They FINALLY arrived to pick it up at 3:20PM, and then did not deliver it until 5:30PM when the business it was going to was closed - they slid it under the door.
