This has been a hot mess. My mail has been sent back to my old address from four different post offices! And my mail is still lost. !!!! Which I'm very frustrated with because their computer system is not so great. I have missed my mail. I have not been able to pay my bills and I've lost a few things because of it. But on the other half the staff has been amazing. Every one of them has tried above and beyond to help me they've all done the best that they can even with what the system is trying to do so I want to give kudos to every single postmaster customer service person. Anybody that has worked with me with customer service thank you for trying to best that you can, even though the system sucks lol thank you and God bless! read more

This post office has no responsibility with their job and their clients . My package can not be tracked , walk into the branch after my package was over due on the delivery , talked to tony on July 2023 and he was clueless on the job and service he was giving . "This Post Office is in the same ghetto-ass strip mall as the Save-A-Lot and the Dollar Tree. Not surprisingly, it's pretty bare-bones. On the one hand, there's usually not much of a line. On the other hand, you might get to experience a fine exchange such as this: Post Office Lady (taking my well-wrapped package with "FRAGILE" written in Sharpie all over it): "Will this withstand a drop from here to the floor?" Me: "Um... I hope that won't happen. See, it says FRAGILE on it. So couldja try NOT to drop it? But yes, I wrapped it well." I then handed her my second and third packages, which contained cookies. Not exactly fragile per se, but I'd still like them arrive at least semi-whole! I explained this to Post Office Lady and asked her to stamp a few "FRAGILE" notifications on these as well. Post Office Lady: "No point in doing that. We don't pay any attention to anything other than the zip codes." I scanned her face for even a HINT of humor or teasing, but she was being dead serious! So let me get this straight... there's no point in writing FRAGILE on things that are FRAGILE because you're basically just going to read the zip code and then drop-kick my package across the Post Office floor? I mean, that's kind of what I always thought... but it was just shocking to hear her admit it so bluntly. In other words, pack your stuff well." read more

Horrible service, we regularly don't get mail delivered for a day or two and then the mail that was supposed to arrive comes 3/4 days later. We have also had multiple packages delivered to wrong address. I work from home and my dogs let me know any time something arrives so I know they are not stolen. Some neighbors are nice and will bring them. thank goodness my checks that were delivered to another address the people were kind enough to bring them to me. I have filed a complaint online and it get directed to the branch and the manager basically called me and said don't waste your time filling issues online it will just come to the branch. Tried to address the mail not arriving every day like it is supposed to and he basically said he doesn't care. You will get your mail when you get it. At this point I will pay extra ordering from places so I don't have to deal with this USPS branch. Very sad our previous area in Westminster was so well run we never had any issues. read more

Such a weird post office, but I love it! The parking lot is a guaranteed shitshow 100% of the times you go there. There will be a line, but somehow it's more manageable than waiting other places. There's good people watching here, and if you're bored with that, check out the old PO Boxes... They're pretty. Staff here are awesome. Rep some love for the USPS, and they get excited. The only thing that makes this 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't have an automated postage station. Sometimes, all I need is postage. But maybe that's part of the charm of this location. Horrible! I put out my mail for delivery never gets picked up on Saturday nor do I get my mail on either.

My apartment complex is relatively new. Even though USPS Address Management had my address in their system, the hold/forward system did not have my address OR ANY OTHER ADDRESS ON THE 1ST FLOOR. I have been trying to resolve the issue for the entire month of December 2017. I finally mailed them a check so they can forward my mail for two weeks. They asked more more money. I sent them more money. Where is my mail? I don't have anything at home. I didn't receive anything during the winter break at my destination. My RTD bus pass is floating around in the mail and possibly Christmas gifts. So I have to buy another ~$80 monthly bus pass just because the USPS can't do their job? read more

Very very very poor customer service! They lost my package that was sent to them by UPS and it's been a month now. I received a package from them on 1/12/2016, well it was from UPS to the Post Office and the tracking number on the box was with UPS so I returned the box on 1/14/201 to UPS. Well UPS gave it back to the USPS "this location" for deliver again instead of doing return to sender. This location never scanned the tracking number so nothing has been updated since UPS said "transferred to Post Office" and that was 1 month ago. I have called a nubmer of times and they even refused to look around the location for the box, only because the tracking number said it was delivered on 1/12/2015. I told them that is 100% current but then returned to UPS 2 days later. The store I am returning the item to even said this...."It was delivered by the USPS on 1-12, then dropped off to a UPS retail location on 1-14. If the package was supposed to be returned to Kicks, it may not have been apparent because it was sent back to the same USPS for delivery to consignee again on 1-15. It does not appear that it was returned to Kicks." UPS usually does not drop off their packages to USPS until they are in the local area of the delivery address. We believe it was never made clear that your package was to be returned to shipper. Our UPS representative reports that your package was dropped off to a USPS in Denver, CO on 1/15. Please contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package". Yet they still fought with me over the phone and did not want to even attempt to look around the store for it. After about 5 minutes of this she put me on hold and said she would look, well over 30 min later I am still on hold and all of the sudden someone else gets on the saying "hello" and then I had to explain this all again. After 1 hour of being placed on hold off/on they did not find my package and advised that it's lost and they don't know the location of it because it was not scanned in. They will call me if they find something, but that proably won't happen since it's been 1 month already. Jose was very helpful but the lady that I talked with for 2 day at this location needs to take some customer service classes and also get off her lazy ass and look around for packages when you have customers saying they are lost, you are pretty much telling me I am laying just because your lame tracking saying it was delivered and nothing about it talks about a return...yet the other carrier UPS says it was returned to them...just silly. Worst post office ever. Always have problems when I go here. One of the employees (the one I usually have to deal with) is super rude. Also, I've dropped off letters to be sent out and not once but twice the people have never received them. One of them was a car payment which afterwords I had a late fee since they never received it. Second time was a graduation letter that my niece never received. Thankfully I didn't send anything like a gift card or anything in there. I called to ask what happened and the lady on the phone said it wasn't their fault if anything happened to my letters. That something probably happened after they had already shipped them out. Obviously not if it happened more than once. read more
