This post office is awful! They accused me of never shipping my package carefully and losing it, even though I got IN LINE and had them do correct postage and insurance! & then they had the nerve to NOT apologize when they found my package behind the counter after 2 weeks and had not even shipped it yet. They also said it was my fault for not putting it in the mail slot. How was I supposed to put it in the mail slot when the woman through my change on the table like they are afraid to touch you and said "next" and took my package and put it next to her. Okay, well this place is also very run down and dirty. All of the workers are rude except for about 1, and I unfortunately NEVER get that woman. Parking sucks. read more

The nightmare of century..lazy employees, wont deliver packages to your residence if you live in Chino within their area. They just drop off re-deliver/pick up slips for you to get at the walnut loc. If you can avoid getting anything shipped via USPS, use FEDEX or UPS at least they do their job and you know the old adage; "you get what you pay for" well here is a good example and no wonder they lost funding federally about a year a go. I wonder why US post office still exist. They don't have good attitude employees. One particularly person was Mei when I went there to do my certified mail. I was just asking questions nicely and she answered with her rude attitude. And after that she shook her head. Don't you think I saw that kind of attitude? I hope there is no more post office. I am being harassed by carrier. I have no place to park so a couple days a week I block my mail box. The Post master and a guy named George have talked to her but she continues leaving notes. She called the police and when they showed up they said she had a wild hair and was lazy. Carrier by the name of George is the worst. For some reason the women supervisors cover up for him. We are missing certified pieces and I have called many times to the P.O. to speak to the postmaster and they don't let me speak to her. They are still not recovered.
