They made me stand there and wait for almost 20 minutes while they are checking for the mails. Guess what answer they gave me "I don't see anything" She sounds like she is unsure if my mails are there or she can't find it, and all she can do is throwing me the phone number of this location to call back and check if my mails are here Spent almost 40 minutes at this post office because of this stupid full mail box notice. They apparently don't know what they are doing.

Once she forgot she was helping me so I stood there an extra 30 minutes Signs posted on both of the drop off bins that you need to go to the back of the building to drop off packages if you have more then a few... I don't think that's legal to say that so recently they took those down When I go to the front to drop off Priority boxes they ALWAYS give me attitude and tell me to go to the back. In the back it is not secure so that's why I don't do that Always a long like and only 1 or 2 workers working. This post office is always busy as well. This causes this Diamond Bar location to always have long lines, and there's always this one employee working their hardest (the woman working on 4/10/26) to get thru the line. Sometimes if you're lucky there would be two people. Parking is usually fine, sometimes the lot will get full so you'd have to wait or park elsewhere near the plaza. Check out the Chino Hills location, they have 3 self service kiosks and i've never had any issues with wait times/downed kiosks there. Plus the parking is never an issue there.

Our postal carrier has been NO SHOW for three days straight, resulting in many prepaid packages that needed to be shipped ASAP. We waited on the third day to see if the carrier would actually come. Surprise surprise, they did not. So we pulled into this location at 4:45PM with a dolly full of prepaid boxes. The rude lady behind the counter promptly refused to accept them, saying that our zip code is 91767, which is technically Pomona. Therefore, we could only take our boxes to a Pomona USPS office. What a crock!!!!! UPS, FedEx, DHL, nobody has such a ridiculous problem. The employees are just too lazy to scan the boxes, and therefore refused to accept them even though they were pre-labeled. Don't come to this location. I'm seriously tempted to send in a complaint. You will be treated rudely and refused service.
