Sorry but I have to share this to people. Their passport service is unbelievable. Went there today 10 minutes before opening for walk-in because it's only for renewal (talked to their staff over the phone few days ago and said walkin is fine). I'm on the third in line, the first two has 9 am appointments. It's already 9:25am when someone politely talked to us that the person in charged will be there by 9:30-9:35 so we keep on waiting. After that, no one ever even assist or communicate to us if there will be someone to be there to attend to us. No apologies too were made. We were already 6-8 persons waiting until 10:30 and I finally quit coz I don't know if the person in charged has the plan to go to work! We'll understand if the staff in there updates and communicates to us of whatever specific time the worker will come but nothing like that. I might understand if he's in an emergency but what makes me frustrated is that no one updates us after 9:30 until 10:30(time I left)! I pity too that there's a baby in there crying and waiting but no one showed up until I left. I'm willing to wait if there's someone to be waited but in this morning's horrible experience, it's like your waiting for uncertainty. Poor customer service! read more

After dealing with this post office I'm regretting my stance on standing with postal services. How can you allow employees to place holds on mail without notifying those involved? People receive medications, jury notices, and other time sensitive materials, yet this office does not have the decency to notify those they serve. I am upset with the rude and conniving postal carriers and the lack of diligence in this office. Truly disappointed. read more

The employees here are not courteous, it seems like they dont want to do their job and when you ask an employee for assistance they are rude and lazy. Some mail or packages are lost, they dont care and they wont help you read more

I came here to get a new passport and I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was. They took me a little before my actual appointment time which helped me get out on time. Lloyd was the exceptional employee that helped me through the process. I had no idea what I was doing and he was so patient and kind. He let me retake my picture so I wasn't stuck with a horrible passport photo. He made sure everything was correct and walked me through the expedited process. His other colleagues were also very kind and helpful. I will be coming back to this location for all of my postal needs! Thank you all! read more

My friend and I both had a PO box at this location that overlapped for a year. We tried to save money, close his box & add him to mine. We filled out all the correct documents, but all his mail was being returned to sender. We've verified our information at least three different times, and his mail is still being returned. Its a joke because we're talking major government documents not reaching him: property tax bills, dmv renewal papers, voter information, etc. Every time someone new contacts him regarding "we have some returned mail", he verifies the address. They do put the box number that was originally mine (but now has his name as well), but the Bellflower post office keeps trying to forward it to his old PO box that belongs to someone else and he no longer has access to. This is ridiculous. We've never submitted any "please forward my mail" documents. He called updated all his credit cards, bank records, dmv address himself. Bellflower PO takes it upon themselves to internally forward the mail, then return it to sender. Such a hassle. read more

Great customer service and help with resolving issues. Fast service! The clerks are friendly and professional. It's a big post office and has all the items and services you need in one place. There are also two self-service kiosks if you need a basic service and have a credit or debit card. Free public parking lot on the side and also limited free street parking! They do NOT process passports though FYI read more

The worst thing that has happened to shipping service in the whole world. Fist off I sent a package worth thousands of dollars through them and they stole it and refused to my money or give me my package. The tracking showed that the package never left their location. The manager knew who took it but refused to act on it. Like I offended them they still put my mail in the wrong mailbox. Even after complaining severally. I almost missed an important interview because of them. They mail came several days before, I only discovered it a day before my interview. They should close down this location or change management. read more

I think this is a really good Post Office. I have a P.O. Box here and stop in at least once a month. They keep the place up pretty well considering the volume of business they do. Every once in a while I have to wait in the line for some type of service. Today 6/25 is one of those days. The letter had to go out today and needed to go USPS as opposed to FedEx. I held my breath and hoped that the line would not be like it normally is when I come in on a Saturday. One of them worked. The three open windows were helping a customer but I was the only person in line! The lady helping me (Tina?) was friendly and efficient. She told me my options and explained all the details. I paid up, she mailed my letter and I was on my way! By now the lobby had filled up and there was a double aisle line waiting to take my place at the counter! I have to say the all the service personnel here have always been very friendly and helpful. When the line gets long there is always someone coming out of the back to help expedite things. This is a very good post office. read more

I keep a P.O. Box here. I mailed an envelope recently with certified mail. It was overkill in combination with return receipt but I have peace of mind for a little over $2 each service. There are usually lines in December and early January because of the holidays. This location also has automated center and passport services. read more

Do not go here if you need a passport. My husband and I made appointments for 9a, were on time they made us sit for 20 minutes, with no communication. Until we went up to them TWICE. Guy kept saying he was going to "ask the manger" but no manager ever helped us. Although we did see a lady in a cheap black suit, going around to help everyone else, without ever acknowledging us. ‍ Why have people make appointments if you aren't going to honor them? 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I had to come to get my son's passport since both parents have to be present. I took a day off ( which is extremely difficult for me to do) and was asked to bring all these legal documents.....and was requested to be here at 9:05 for a 9:15 passport appointment....its now 9:40.....and the lady that does the passport went to the back and said it's not my priority according to my manager. Is there a better way to do this post offices are the worst. To be fair the lady at the window said they were short staffed....cause some people didn't come in......at my job you would have been fired. The only reason this post office didn't get a one is I feel sorry for the people who did come in. read more

I haven't been getting my mail on a consistant basis. What is the Problem????

What a joke, made an appointment to get my us passport and I originally had my appointment at 11:30 but received a call saying my appointment world be postponed until 2:30 pm , comes 2:30 and now only one employee helping and asked and she said everyone is in lunch , what was the point of me making an appointment? read more

Carriers are lazy and don't bring packages to my door. I'm in a large complex that don't have parcel boxes, so why leave packages in an unsecured location? They are too lazy to walk the complex and deliver packages to people's front door. NO MORE ONLINE SHOPPING FOR ME UNTIL I MOVE OUTSIDE OF BELLFLOWER. This postal facility needs to be shutdown. INCOMPETENT STAFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRACKING ALERTS DON'T EVEN MATCH UP WITH PACKAGES. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. read more

There is a high level of unprofessionalism within this office. Why should anyone want to pay taxes to an office that can't even follow it's own protocols. Real disappointed to how it treats people who have lived within this neighborhood for decades. There needs to be some check on the Bellflower Postal Service branch. There is a communication problem and it seems like they hire anyone who wants to be a mail person regarding their temperament with animals or people. read more

Horrible customer service. Basically went for passport information and photos. Wait time was long but the thing that I think think they deserved the one star is that it was my turn to pay for my stuff and I was put aside... I saw the lady trying to give the guy the photos to get paid for and he put me aside to attend to another lady.. worst experience. The guy clearly doesn't have knowledge on how customer service should be and they need to learn ASAP. I have read about making the appointment for passports and no, they did not tell me about making an appointment. Just to come in early tomorrow as it's a first come first serve but who knows. read more

Very nice location. Employees were very friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. It was around 4pm when I arrived. There wasn't a lot of people there so that might skew it a bit. Standard prices and place that you find anywhere. Nothing bad about this place. read more

It's 9:02am, they didn't have the door unlocked.. and there is a GIANT line. There is only one cashier. Really? People have jobs to go to. The only cashier is talking excessively to each customer. I was there yesterday to get my fiancé's past ports with my son.. GiGi was the one who helped us. Honestly this is the First experience i have gotten that it was unbelievable because of GiGi. We meat up like three times in the application along with the money order. And she was patient and friendly.... Thank you GiGi. My fiancé and I were very pleased with ur customer service. We need more people like you. Because of you i give this us post office 5 star. read more

I need to mail my bill and. I didn't want to wait in line inside the post office. So I drove to the drive through drop in mailbox was accessible. The only downside to this drop off is the limited one time pick up of 5 pm. So if you need to mail something to be sent out the day you mail it, drive through drop in mailbox isn't the way. The exit to the street is through an alley. read more

I live in BeIlflower, Calif. I have a package that was sent from Anaheim, California. It has arrive at the post office in Bellflower on Monday morning, then went to Palo Verdes, then to Los Angeles, c a, then back to Bellflower last night. They still have it as missing in action. read more

Typing this is likely a waste of my time. I suppose part of me believes someone in a position of authority could possibly see my complaint and make integral changes at this particular post office, but I doubt it. It's as if they're playing post office and making it up as they go along. Based on my experience they are not trained to serve customers or abide by any policies. They deliver mail if and when they feel like it. Speaking to supervisors is pointless. I wish I could give them a negative amount of stars. read more

Who manages this place? You expect them to be consistant with the time they close the PO box side but they are all over the place, usually ita 7 pm, today many arrived including myself at 6:30 and the door was locked..no wonder they cant make money and always need help from federal government to bail them out! read more

The staff at the Flower st post office at Bellflower is friendly and helpful , no matter the long lines they always treat you with respect .

Beware anyone using this branch. They close the line before 5 pm. The line can be very long. If you have a critical piece of mail that must be postmarked in time DO NOT TRUST coming here as today two people who arrived before 5 pm were turned away by Robert who said he was the manager. read more

I saw such a poor rates in this location, but it is the closest one to my place, so I decided to come in anyway. However, My first time experience with this location was great. One wouldn't think that Bellflower's main post office would be efficient from a customer-service perspective, especially on a late Saturday morning in the summertime. Sure enough, there were many people waiting in line to mail things and buy things and postmark things and who knows how many other things. One would be wrong, of course, because the workers at Bellflower's main post office are some of the most efficient I've seen, and I've spent far too many hours in post offices across this country--OK, in the Bay Area and Southern California and the Midwest, plus Philadelphia that one time (hi, Erin O.!). You won't get any complaints from me. Yes, it's an elusive five-star post office. read more

Worst post office I've ever had encountered. Unfortunately, it's my local post office. My packages have been either lost or stolen, I don't know how many times now. I'm getting the run around. I always would have to contact the company I ordered from to either have it reshipped or dispute my bank to get a refund. One positive is that my regular mailman is really kind and seems efficient. But, recently they said the covering mailman delivered it to the wrong address?! It's so frustrating. When I call, sometimes I'm placed on hold for at least 20 mins before I could even get any help. Some of the employees seem like they don't even want to be there. Customer service is a hit or miss. It's been mostly a miss so far. read more

I wish there was a ZERO stars option. These LIARS show that my package couldn't be delivered because there was "No Access". How is it possible that you can't access my front porch that anyone can walk up to? My tracking number shows failure to deliver with no access but that is a complete lie. I've been tracking my package all day and I've been waiting. How is it that I received my Amazon packages but the post office couldn't deliver my package? Absolutely the worst! I'm beyond upset because what I'm expecting is something very important and it's for a medical purpose. The jerk who was supposed to deliver it obviously doesn't take his/her job seriously because he or she can't do the one thing they're responsible for, delivering the damn mail. I will definitely be reaching out to the post master about this location. Enough is enough. read more

The service has always been friendly. I like that it's small gives it that small town feel to it. I have a PO box here and from time to time had problems with it but the manager is nice and takes care of their boo-boo. I also like that they have lockers, so if I get a parcel they will leave a key to the locker. So therefore, I don't have to wait in line to pick up my parcel. Closes early and a lot of the times parcels dropped of here get sent to lakewood post office. Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Sat 9:00am-2:00pm Sun closed Holiday hours usually get extended. The worst post office ever! I waited 18 minutes for a supervisor and the associate Lloyd thought it was funny! Extremely unprofessional! Lloyd had an attitude stating I told you it would be a while. I'm taking back my good review. USPS it doesn't mean our location is not for rich people, doesn't mean you don't care about our packages gone missing. I have reported my package missing then i found out it was delivered to different address, i waited for another week to retrieve it. No response and you will till me to file claim when i entered my tracking number it's not valid? my package is $500 worth. it not about the amount, i purchase it early December so the person whom i am giving that present will have it by Christmas. Now it's all gone, no i can't file claim.. you just done care for other people hard earned money. I have worked hard for this and that's it? you just lost it and that's it?
