Ever since I've been on keto it's been hard to eat asian food. It's even harder because of the fact I enjoy pho, and my boss loves eating here for lunch. I was a bit hesitant and almost resorted to only drinking water, but the waitresses here recommended I order my regular order of pho without the noodles and replace it with vegetables (i.e. cabbage, broccoli, beansprouts, basil leaves, etc.). The broth alone for their pho is fantastic, and the beef itself is absolutely wonderful. If you are also in the mood for something other than pho, they have great banh mis and even give a side of the pho broth to go with the banh mi. Had another great experience at "unPhogettable: today. We came in with a group of approximately 15 during the lunch rush (we did call ahead and the table was ready and waiting for us) and were seated and assisted right away. We were all served our drinks and our orders were taken within minutes. The food was out within 10-15 minutes and everyone was served at the table within minutes of the first dish being dropped. I order the B52 I believe, the beef bahn-mi, which was incredible. It had a great portion of beef/ox tail, fresh veggies, a wonderful and fresh baguette bun and a tasty side of broth for dipping. The portion was great and I ended up taking half of it home. The price was very reasonable for the portion and service received. I look forward to coming back to try more of the menu! read more

Came in for a pho fix - we had never been here before, but the food was great and so was the customer service, however when we got the check - we saw that they have added a 15% gratuity to the bill. No where on their website or on their menu did they include that disclaimer. We feel that restaurants who add on gratuity to bills just warrants that they could provide bad service and are still entitled to a good tip. This is the best Pho I have found in the East Valley. We always do take out and used to go to the Mesa location at Mekong Plaza but this location is the same. Broth is pristine and flavorful and always makes me feel full. Fresh vegetables and chewy noodles are always perfect here. The spring rolls are decent but their Peanut Sauce is perfection( I usually dip the meat from my pho in it on the way to my mouth. First time at unphogettable. My husband and I came in and were seated. Another group came in and they were told by the same waitress to sit anywhere they wanted. Not sure if it was a race thing or not. The food was good and our waitress was nice. When we get the bill there was an automatic 15% gratuity added on that we had no knowledge of. There was no visible sign in the menu, on the table, or the wall, and our waitress didn't share that before we ordered. I feel robbed like oh we're charging you extra pay up or else. Anyways we'll NEVER support an establishment that doesn't share there's additional gratuity charge. It is probably one of the most expensive Pho in the city compared to others. I noticed I was the only Asian patron which is already a warning sign. The portion was very French. The broth is indeed high quality but I didn't put the waitress to the test by asking her to boil my sprouts. Ordered the Vietnamese Coffee which is up to standards. Their pho broth is definitely 5 stars and I love their beef stew! The parking situation for this side of the plaza is horrible since its near phoenix palace which caters to huge parties and family functions so expect to park a little far if you don't want to dance around other cars getting in and out. Best vermicelli salad! They have 2 locations, one in tempe and one chandler. My family is vegetarian and we have been coming to this family owned restaurant for the last 9 years. So excited that they are at Dobson and Warner. A lot closer than Dobson and Main Street in Tempe. The consistency is always on point. We have never been disappointed since we have been coming here. The service was great, and I ordered the vegetable pho plus shrimp. The broth is phenomenal it has so much flavor and the portions are generous.
