Get the PHO! just do it you won't be disappointed. We ordered two brisket bowls and one tofu. Broth without enhancements was very good, after some veggies, hosin, and sriracha BOMB! I loved every bite. Noodles were a good chew as well and the service was quick and efficient.

Good portion vermicelli bowl w/ fresh ingredients. I'd probably try something else next time but it was good.

Easiest review to write! Quick service, large portions, delicious pho. Would definitely recommend. Super busy when we arrived, but luckily, we were served quickly!

Pro-tip: I heard their second location near Ocotillo is a lot quieter. They don't have great hours-check the hours before you go! You have to order at the counter before you get seated. Highlights: I thought the pho and vermicelli bowl were very delicious. The pho is unique because you can order the normal thin pho noodles typically used in the US or the traditional flat ones that you would find in Vietnam. The food does come out pretty quickly. I would say it's a moderate price point. Lowlights: There's not a lot of seating and it can feel pretty cramped inside. The actual bowls that the food comes out in is really big so if your party orders a lot, there may not be a lot of space at the table.

Stopped by on Sunday evening since it was a rainy day. There was no line while we ordered but as soon as we sat down, the line went out the door. The cashier was friendly and so was the server who dropped off our food. We ordered two beef pho's and an order of shrimp spring rolls and a Thai tea. The food took about 10 minutes to come out and the pho was piping hot when served. The broth was delicious and I really enjoyed the thick noodles that it came with. The shrimp rolls were tasty, they were a good size, and the peanut sauce was flavorful. Totally recommend! The inside is kinda small but they do have a few tables outside.

We went over the weekend. You place the order at the counter and receive a number. Sit wherever you'd like inside or out. We received our pho shortly after ordering. The broth was good and the Vietnamese coffee was perfect. Not too over powering and that you could enjoy it.

What a cute little Vietnamese restaurant in Chandler! I come to Chandler occasionally for work and will make sure to come here again!! The service was friendly and fast, and there was plenty of seating inside even though it was busy! Reviews recommended the bun bo hue, and it did not disappoint! The bowl was big and FILLED with a lot of meat (tendon, meatballs, etc.) It was exactly what I needed: a hot bowl of noodle soup! Flavor was what I expected and it filled me up. The Thai tea was also big and yummy (just a little too sweet)! Overall, I'll be back next time I'm in town and need some Vietnamese food!!

The pho broth here was flavorful and rich, very solid. I would definitely put this place into my rotation. If I'm being really picky about the broth, it could use a little more umami to coat the back of your tongue. The pho was served super quickly; you order the counter and sit and it's served within a few minutes. Egg rolls were fantastic. I like the metal bowls too! They have outdoor and indoor seating and the place is pretty clean. Great serving sizes, will be coming back!

A Ma's has THE tastiest pho I've had in Phoenix! The broth is sooo tasty and all the veggies are fresh. I would come back again and again just to have more of their delicious pho! Check them out!

This Pho place is quite good, I've been here several times with friends and family and the best time is when it's raining. The broth is alright and they have sufficient sides with the pho and the aroma is very strong! The lady who does the orders is nice, atmosphere is quite small but there is room for more people and there are more seats in outside.

"Grandmas are moms with lots of frosting." ― Unknown As stated on the website, "Bringing 40 years of authentic Vietnamese recipes straight from Grandma's kitchen to your table." We love grandmas, right? Well, most grandmas, I guess. On my first visit, I ordered the #7 A Ma's Favorite Pho (ribeye, meatball, and brisket) and the shrimp spring rolls to share. Perhaps it was the chilliness of that winter afternoon but that pho hit the spot. It was everything a hug should be: warm and comforting. The spring rolls were fresh and excellent but that pho has me wanting more! It's a cozy place. Seating can be challenging as this is a busier shopping plaza. Order at the counter and find a table. You won't want to miss what A Ma is cooking!

We regularly shop next door for our noodles but never made time to visit A Ma's Kitchen until tonight after our Show at Chandler Center of the Performing Arts. Located In a large strip mall next to Ranch Market, A Ma's is a favorite of the local Vietnamese community. It is a small kitchen operation which is crowded and seating challenged. Parking is plentiful in the large parking lot including spaces in-front. Atmosphere The dining area and kitchen minimalist decor. Service is counter order. Upon entry we scored a table for two and ordered. There were some language barriers and a nice woman from the back came forward to translate to complete our order. My wife ordered a starter for two, the Goi Cuon Tom (Shrimp Rolls); and the #5 Pho Bap Po beef shank in beef broth with noodles small bowl. I ordered a Vietnamese Coffee and the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (Vermicelli bowl with egg rolls). This came with fresh mint, sprouts, peanut bits and a traditional side of fish sauce. I painted it heavily with the original Sriracha sauce. Oh yes I did : ) The coffee was delicious and strong, Loved it! The quality and flavors of the food more than made up for the limited space and we agreed to plan a stop here before shopping for noodles next door at the Ranch Market. $51.61 for two.

My only caveat -- and it's a small one -- is the rolling cart used to collect dishes in the dining room. That said, this didn't detract from the great food or service, and I would absolutely return, and recommend this place.

I got chicken cause that's traditional for Pho Ga. It was pretty good but not the most flavorful. The noodles were also a little overcooked. There was almost an entire chicken breast in it, I could barely finish it. Overall it was good but could use some tweaking in the chicken broth. Bun rieu - My son liked it, ate the whole thing up. No complaints. Short rib pho - So much meat, the ribs were flavorful and tender, the broth was a little greasy and did not taste super fresh but overall my husband was still satisfied. I also got the Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk on the side. It was strong, delicious and traditional. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean. If craving pho in Chandler, this place does the job.

On my first visit to La Sen, I ordered the Bún Riêu ($13.99 - Crab Noodle Soup), an order of Gỏi Cuốn Tôm Thịt ($6.50 - Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls), and a Cà Phê Dừa (Vietnamese coconut coffee). It was decent. Their bún riêu wasn't strongest in terms of flavor so that was a let down. I did enjoy the spring rolls though (how can you go wrong with spring rolls?) and the Vietnamese coconut coffee was refreshing. It's a beautiful clean space with ample seating. Lowlights: We had terrible service when we came, even though there weren't a lot of customers. I went with a party of four and we ordered two bowls of pho and two bowls of bun bo hue and after a crazy long wait, somehow the server only brought out three of the four bowls. We waited a really long time for the last bowl before asking the server if it was coming and she said the kitchen was still working on it. I don't know why they would serve food like this. There were only three other tables of single diners, eating at the same time as us and the other people all finished their meals before we got our last bowl. Huge pet peeve of mine is when the staff doesn't clean up the dirty plates after customers leave. To top it off, since it was a modern looking restaurant, the prices are higher and they give less sides like mint leaves and bean sprouts. I personally won't be coming back.

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I really wanted to like this spot, especially as a fan of a well-balanced bánh mì. The sandwich was generous and good value, loaded with meat, but the execution didn't quite come together. The vegetables were tucked toward the back of the bun, making it hard to enjoy that classic balance in each bite. The mayo was far too heavy and the meat leaned overly sweet, which threw off the overall flavor. It also could have used more jalapeños and cilantro to bring some freshness and contrast. The bread was crispy, which was nice, but it was much larger in size and shape than a traditional baguette, leaning more toward a big roll than that light, airy texture you'd expect. Overall, good value but missed the mark on balance and authenticity for me. Saluti.

They basically said it was our fault and still charged us for the untouched dish. So just to confirm: you can serve dirty dishes and still get paid? That is a interesting business model, I've never seen anything like it!
