This Vietnamese restaurant located inside and right next to Lee International Market is a great place to stop whether you want to sit down for a meal or grab something to go. I've been here several times now, and after multiple visits I finally feel comfortable leaving a review. First off, the restaurant is extremely clean and has plenty of seating and space, which makes it comfortable whether you're dining alone or with a group. The service has consistently been outstanding. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and the food comes out quickly. One thing that stood out to me is how proactive they are--condiments and water were brought to the table without us even having to ask, which is always a nice touch. On this visit, I ordered the fresh shrimp rolls with peanut sauce and the Vietnamese lemongrass chicken to take home. The fresh rolls were excellent and generously portioned. They definitely didn't skimp on the peanut sauce, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Over the years, we've tried the pho here in several varieties--chicken, beef, and mixed--and it consistently delivers. I've had pho all across the country on the East Coast, West Coast, and throughout the Midwest, and this one easily ranks among the better bowls I've had. A good pho comes down to a few key elements, and this place checks all the boxes: * Broth Profile: The broth is rich and clear rather than cloudy, with a deep savory flavor and a slight natural sweetness. It has that silky, gelatinous mouthfeel that shows it has been properly simmered and developed. * Aromatics: You can detect the classic aromatic spices--star anise, cardamom, coriander, and Saigon cinnamon--present but not overpowering, creating a warm and balanced fragrance. * Noodles: The thin rice noodles (bánh phở) are cooked perfectly--soft with just a bit of chew and never clumped together. * Meats: The beef is thinly sliced and high quality, gently cooking in the hot broth and staying tender. * Fresh Garnishes: The pho is served with fresh bean sprouts, lime wedges, herbs like Thai basil and cilantro, and chili so you can customize the flavor exactly how you like it. Overall, this is a fantastic spot if you're already shopping at Lee International Market or simply looking for a solid Vietnamese meal. Between the cleanliness, generous portions, quick service, and excellent pho, it's definitely a place worth returning to again and again.

An unassuming restaurant conveniently located right next to Lee Lee's supermarket. We had been here before many years ago but heard it went through a few different owners since then, so we decided to give it another try. After looking over the menu, we decided to start with the shrimp and pork spring rolls, and the steamed rice rolls to share. The spring rolls were of a good size. However, the ratio of the filling was not to our preferences. There were way too many veggies and very little noodles. The steamed rice rolls were hands down our favorite item of the meal. It had a good balance of contrasting textures to it; flavors were delicate but delicious. For our main entrees, we ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the vermicelli salad bowl with grilled pork and an egg roll. The Bun Bo Hue was hearty but could've been more aromatic. There was decent amount of meat. However, there weren't enough noodles for me so next time I would order extra. Overall, service was fast and friendly. I would say prices were fair for the quality and quantity of food we received. This is one of those places you don't come to for the ambiance, you come for the food. I highly recommend paying by cash or Zelle to avoid having to pay the additional 3% fee if you pay by credit card.

Pro-tip: If you pay with cash or Zelle, you can avoid the 3% credit card fee. The Zelle information is at the check out counter. Highlights: The servers were very nice and attentive. The food came out quickly, and the portion was pretty good. Lowlights: I don't like how they add on a 3% credit card fee. I also thought the flavor of the pho broth was salty and the bun bo hue was pretty oily.

Stopped by for a late lunch on a Saturday. It's adjacent to Lee Lee's supermarket, sharing the same bathroom. We sat down and ordered the Pho Combo and BBH. Both came out very quickly and piping hot. The broth was pretty good, and the veggies very fresh. The pho came with an appropriate amount of meat, and decent broth. The BBH could have been a tad more lemongrassy, but still quite tasty. We opted last minute for here instead of their neighbor UnPhogettable based on pricing, and glad we did! Payment is cash, card, or Zelle.

This place!! I decided to eat lunch here since I had shopping to do at Lee lees. What a great choice! I only got the spring rolls and chicken potstickers but let me tell you. The food is extremely fresh and delicious. Probably the best potstickers I've ever had hands down, combined with their amazing dipping sauce. Can't wait to come back to try their other items! It's also very clean and service is great! Highly recommend.

I just finished a doctors appointment and I really craved a bowl of pho. This place was nearby and was only one of two places that opened earlier in the morning. I went in with the intention of ordering a combination pho, but after I browsed the menu, I decided to order the Phnom Penh Noodle soup. The guy who took my order asked if I wanted rice or egg noodles. I asked which he preferred. He then suggested both. Heck yeah, why not! Great suggestion! I also ordered a hot Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was brought out in a to-go paper cup. I was expecting the traditional apparatus. The coffee was very very sweet and tasted like it had a lot of cream and sugar instead of sweetened condensed milk. When I brought this to the attention of the server, he verified it did consist of cream, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. I could hardly detect the condensed milk because of the overpowering sweetness of the drink. I threw it away after I returned home. As for the noodle soup, the broth was definitely imitation chicken broth possibly from bouillon. It definitely wasn't made with fresh chicken. Just FYI - this dish is made with chicken broth, ground pork, pork, shrimp, and quail eggs. The egg noodles had nice texture and chew. The rice noodles were your typical Phö noodles. Good, but the egg noodles are definitely the way to go with this dish. The pork pieces tasted old, like old socks and dry! The quail eggs and shrimp were good. There were only a few specks of ground pork in my soup. Overall, I was disappointed with my meal and dining experience. How can you mess up a simple Vietnamese coffee? $5.00 down the drain, literally! As for the Phnom Pehn Rice & Egg noodles! I'll pass!

Spicy beef.. If you don't like bologna style ham in your dish don't order this one. And not spicy at all for me at least.

This place has gone through so many different owners .. Figure I try this Pho place... Wanted to try new one. Nice and clean restaurant, friendly staff. Price is not too crazy.. Ordered the brisket Pho and spicy beef one. Broth on the Pho was actually pretty good. Better than most of the place. Although the bowl looked some what lonley. Spicy beef one #12 was pretty good also. Over all yummy place but then there are so many to choose from... Nothing out of the ordinary but above average on the broth itself. I would come back here again if I'm in the area again.

Recently visited here on a trip back to Arizona over Christmas break, needed a place to grab some food on Christmas Day and saw this place was open. Let's start with the service. The service was second to none as the waiters constantly checked in and made sure our waters were full and the food was good. Moving onto the food. The food was pretty standard all around with my SO trying out their pho and myself grabbing the hue style noodles. Overall, everything was spot on, nothing to write home about, but solid for a cold winter day. If you are shopping around Lee Lees or just in the area, definitely stop by here!

Amazing pho with homemade broth and 2 types of noodles…read more We came on a Sunday morning. At this restaurant, you order before you sit down. Pho with rare steak: (5/5) Comes with the option of thick or thin noodles. We tried both of them, and I prefer the thick noodles. Came with noodles, homemade broth (most pho restaurants use a standard MSG broth, but not this one), rare steak, onions, mint leaves, bean sprouts, a lemon wedge, and jalapeños. The beef was very tender and flavorful, it was not chewy or dry at all. The broth tasted much better than other broths, but I'm not too sure what is in it. All other ingredients were fresh. Service: (3/5) You order before you sit yourself at a table. You get your own water. They do bring the food to your table though. Ambiance: (2.5/5) The restaurant is a little bit cramped and the tables are mismatched. It can also get very busy but they also have outside seating. Overall I would recommend the pho here just remember that it's mostly self serve and the broth is very good.

I would definitely go here if you're looking for something new or seeking a rarer dish. They also have VERY generous portion sizing, so it's pretty good value. If you wanted something familiar like pho or rice dishes, I personally feel that other places do them better. I have a family member who went separately who said the banh khot (a rarer dish in the US) they ordered was better than the regular Vietnamese offerings. When my partner I went, service was a little slow and distracted. They currently have the World Cup games playing on the TV for both customers and themselves. I don't mind the fanfare around the excitement for the games, but the waiter did get our food order wrong due to the distraction :( The bussed tables were pretty clean, but a lot of tables were left unbussed for a very long time due to the game too. My partner and I went with the meatball and brisket pho and bun thit nuong (except this one came out wrong and was just bun cha gio). Cyclo's pho style is on the sweeter side. I was a little shocked at how sweet it was. The bowl size is huge and comes with plenty of noodles. They don't skimp. My partner's bun cha gio was okay. Cyclo is a little more special in that they put taro in their cha gio (egg rolls). We personally weren't fans of this, but it is unique. The taro gives the filling a slimier texture. Overall, my partner and I wouldn't return again for the food unless we wanted something more new, but we do love how good value Cyclo is.
