I'm giving five stars because the food was truly excellent, and it is absolutely the reason we would return. My husband and I visited at a relatively quiet time and were seated near a group that appeared to be regulars. It was clear they had a great relationship with the staff, which is always nice to see at a local business. At the same time, we did notice a pretty significant difference in the level of attention we received. At one point, when our drinks came out, the server was asked where they belonged. He immediately said, "Two go here," referring to the other group. When asked where the third drink went, the response was, "Somewhere over there, I don't know." It was a small interaction, but it captured how much of the evening felt for us. A few items we ordered also came out incorrectly, and at times we felt a little overlooked. Thankfully, the female owner was incredibly kind and attentive toward the end of our visit and really helped turn the experience around. I'm still giving five stars because the food genuinely deserves it, and I completely understand how valuable loyal, repeat customers are to a small business. I'd only encourage the team to remember that new customers may be walking through the door because they specifically want to support local businesses, too -- and a little warmth and engagement can go a long way in turning them into regulars as well. We would absolutely return for the food, and I hope our next visit gives us the chance to experience more of the hospitality that clearly keeps so many people coming back. read more

I'm a big fan of Pho and I am loving Viet Fusion's menu that they offered for their customers. A combination of phos, wok fried, finger food until a catering service, they have it all. Me and my friend we try the spicy combination Pho and the Bone marrow beef soup without the noodles ( you may ask for additional for the noodles if you like but may have small amounts of fee for it ) I tried the bone marrow soup without the noodles and I loved it. The broth was really tasty and the beef was so tender and such a great flavor too. For me, without the noodle just perfect portion. The service is amazing, the lady at the counter is very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant offers indoor dining only but open space and large enough for both a small or a big groups. If you are a Pho lover just like me, come and try Viet Fusion, you will enjoy your meal. I will definitely recommend and come back again soon. read more

Everything, including the appetizers (gyoza, tempura shrimp, egg roll, crab puff) was very good. I was in the mood for Pho and I was close by so I thought I try new place. Man, am I glad I tried this place. I ordered the Rib Pho with brisket. First off, the broth. Dang... Sooo yummy probably one of the best Pho broth I had in long time. It was hearty, beefy flavorful broth. It almost reminded me of garbitang (Korean short rib soup). Brisket was not too dry and meat off the bone was nice and tender and still had some flavor to it. Probably one of my top three Pho place so far. Service was also great, I complemented to the server about how awesome the broth was and he was nice enough to give me 10% off. Score.. Always like good deal on food. The BEST orange chicken I've ever had! I've already eaten here twice within 2 weeks - once in the restaurant and once as takeaway! My hubby and I came here after some traveling out of state and were craving some noodles and chicken type food. So we found Viet Fusion. David was our server and he was very friendly, nice and accommodating. We got seated right away and noticed that our plates was slightly dirty and David replaced them right away and apologized for the inconvenience. This wasn't a bit deal to us as they rectified their mistake. We ordered the Steamed Bao Buns with Chicken, Orange Chicken dish and the Garlic Noodles, based on David's recommendation. The steamed bao buns were decent, I liked them but I've also had better. The Orange Chicken was the start of the show! Absolutely phenomenal - it was warm, crispy but not too oily. They use chicken breast, which I prefer, and you could actually taste the meat versus just the fried parts. And this is consistent with how my takeaway food was as well when I ordered orange chicken! It was still warm and crispy by the time I got home 15 minutes after picking it up! The Garlic Noodles were also delicious and I would recommended them as well. And the cherry on top of the great food and service was that David gave us 10% off for dining with them the first time. Heard about this new place so my family and I went to try it out Friday night. We arrived a little before 7pm. It wasn't busy inside at the time so we were seated right away. They did have a lot of people coming in to pick up togo orders throughout the entire time we were there. This is a family owned business and they are also related to the owners of Pho Mai right next door. Everyone here is so nice and friendly! We got our orders in pretty quickly. I think their AC may have been down or maybe it was just too hot for it to kick in. It was very hot inside. I should've ordered something that wasn't soup (my fault). Our order: Pho Tai Bun Mam Mi Xao Gion w/ Seafood Pad Thai Everyone liked what they ordered. Pho was decent and tasted like the pho next door or maybe even exactly the same? Bun Mam is a noodle soup with a very pungent smell. It's not for everyone (definitely not for me) but my mom loves this noodle soup. There are two unique items on the menu that I will for sure try next time and those are the Pho Burrito and Banh Mi Pho. read more

I accidentally ordered a bowl of Vietnamese soup with extra puns. It was Phở-nomenal! I have to be fair. This place is a three. The spring rolls were fresh and eye-catching, although an ingredient they used left a bitterness on the palate. The peanut sauce was also on the watery side. As for the pho, it was decent. It was not the worst pho and not the best pho. Perhaps the items I ordered weren't it, but I'm not sure I'll be popping back in. Keeping it 100, this place is like a 75. The floors are sticky, the windows face west so it gets warm, but the staff is nice. read more

Nice and quaint family owned restaurant in Chandler with yummy Vietnamese food! The owner was really kind and got us waters right away. He was very attentive the whole time. There's the option for takeout, order by QR, or ordering with the server. The pork vermicelli was great - the sauce was balanced, the pork was delicious, and the peanuts gave it a nice crunch. The sauce is on the side, so you can determine how much you want. I recommend putting it all in! I wish it was a slightly larger portion though. The Bahn Mi was fantastic. I would order this again in a heartbeat! The bread is fresh and has the perfect texture - firm on the outside, fluffy on the inside and did not crumble. The meat was juicy and the slaw, jalapeño, and cucumbers on the side were the perfect addition to the sandwich. We were surprised at the end when the owner offered to bring us a dessert after we paid. The dessert was amazing. The dough balls were hot and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. Wow this place is incredible, my mom had been wanting to try it for quite some time and tonight we decided to pull the trigger and try it and we will 100% be back. The pho was flavorful and fresh, we had the shrimp spring rolls and their peanut sauce was to die for. They even gave my daughter free egg rolls with must try homemade sweet chili sauce. Afterwards we decided to try the flan even though we were stuffed and it was the perfect ending to a perfect meal, we got it extra sweet style with a scoop of ice cream and they even threw in a free plan one, both are must haves. Everyone was very sweet and attentive the atmosphere was relaxed, we closed the place down and we never once felt rushed. The food was also surprisingly affordable. I placed an order for pickup and ordered the Grilled Pork Vermicelli and the Garlic Butter Chicken Wings. Our food was ready within 15-20 minutes as promised. The Vermicelli was very refreshing and the presentation in the to-go container was appealing, which is pleasantly surprising as I'm used to messy to-go orders. The Garlic Chicken Wings on the other hand were very greasy and the garlic flavor was hardly noticeable. And let the owner pick our main meal. He brought us "the rose special" a wonderful vermicelli bowl with pork, shrimp, noodles, fresh veggies and herbs and the best fish sauce! He graciously mixed it all for us and served it - a nice touch too! One of the best vermicelli bowls we've ever had! Really I'd probably give it 3.5 stars. The pho broth was good and it did hit the spot but the noodles and meat portions were smaller than other restaurants. I knew that I'd probably get hungry again in just a few hours. I was the only one in the restaurant for a while, since I came at an off-peak hour, and I believe the main server wasn't there yet. So I ordered from the counter where 2 guys were standing, and I wasn't sure if they were owners or kitchen staff... they weren't overly friendly so maybe the latter. Once the main server arrived for his shift, the service improved significantly, as another table came in and I saw the service given to that table and when my food came out. Even though they were closing in less than 10 minutes they still took my pickup order and even gave me a discount. AND stayed open late for me to pickup after they closed.
