Service was ok/decent. It wasn't busy for lunch on a weekday, were seated immediately. Our orders were taken and served in a timely matter. We had to flag our server down for the check. Got the shredded chicken pho. The broth was tasty and not too salty. There was a decent amount of chicken. The spring rolls were good! I appreciated the gloves so they wouldn't stick to your hands :D Not much to look at inside. It was clean but gave off church basement vibes.

Tried it for the first time 3 weeks ago and then we had to come back again week after because of one dish. Their garlic fish sauce chicken with fried rice is so flavorful and delicious. I got it both times because it's that good. Also tried the Korean ramen and it was ok, nothing special. My husband got the pho second time and he said it was decent. The service was pretty good for a Vietnamese restaurant. That's not expecting much. The restaurant itself is big and clean with plenty of tables. They even have a small snack section of all the street food. I wish they would add price tags to them so I wouldn't have to ask. The price is more than what I like but it's standard in comparison to other places. Overall we like this place and would definitely come back. I want to try their hot pot next time.

Found this place because I was craving for pho. And I gotta say their pho was good! The portion was big and the broth was rich! Came here a second time with some friends and we decided to order something different. I would say the scallops we ordered were just ok - it was tough and fishy. Even though they used a lot of ingredients on top, still, the taste was strong. We also ordered a few more street food dishes, which were all delicious. I think this place is overall good except seafood. We also saw a lot of people ordering hotpot, which was what they were famous for. Would love to give it another try next time.

Been awhile we try Pho Gia Dinh. I heard new owners. Very good pho and reasonable prices. I would recommend

Came here for lunch with my mom. This used to be a different Pho restaurant I do believe. Cute decor and friendly staff. Ordered Goi Cuon as starter. Ordered combination Pho with all the meat. Goi Cuon was pretty good, I don't understand the plastic wrapper that comes with it.. Guessing if I don't eat them all I could bag it? Pho was a pretty good size with lots of meat. The broth had some sweetness to it.. Probably the first broth I had with some sweetness. Over all the food was good. They had so many different dishes, I would come back and try the other dishes. Only thing annoying is the credit card fee that is added to the check.. I hate paying for extra unnecessary fees.

Our usually Pho spot is in Phoenix, this time I wanted to try somewhere local. The waiter was friendly when we walked in the door and the restaurant offered plenty of seating. We tried their filet mignon pho, fries with cheese powder, spring rolls, and ramen with shaking beef and fried egg. The filet mignon pho was spot on. Loved the warm broth, the spices were delicious and not overwhelming. The beef was tender and I feel they gave you a decent portion. The spring rolls were really fresh and I loved the hints of mint inside. Their peanut sauce was decent, it wasn't the best I've had, but it served its purpose. Their fries were good, crispy and hit the spot when you need a bit of salty goodness. The cheese powder tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese. Our last dish was the ramen with shaking beef. The ramen was on the drier side, wish it had a bit more sauce but I did really enjoy the flavor. Needed a few more onions and peppers in it as well. The beef melted in your mouth, whatever cut they use it was perfect. The fried egg on top was good, but I would have preferred it to be over medium with a slightly more runny yoke. Their guava tea was so good! Not sure it's worth the $8 since it had too much ice and not enough tea. Even with the little changes I would make, still give it a solid 4.

The broth was decent The service was prompt. The only issue I had was a language barrier explaining my allergies. Large and spacious restaurant. The price made my experience better.

Came here with a group of friends for dinner on a Friday evening. They weren't too busy so we were able to get seated immediately! I got a filet mignon pho which was really good. The broth was clean and there was a lot of onions which was perfect for me because I love a lot of onions in my pho. The meat was also super tender and delicious. I also got a Thai tea which I didn't like as much as the food. The Thai tea was super sweet and seemed like it might have been from a powder mix. Not to mention it was very expensive for a Thai tea without any toppings! I'd probably try this place out again and get something other than pho to try something new.

Ate here with 2 friends last night because my friend wanted pho for the 2nd day in a row lol. Wasn't too busy but wasn't completely empty either for a Tuesday evening. Place is clean. They've upgraded their menus since the last time I've been here. It's all fancy, cute and pink now. Service was good. The waitress took our order as soon as we had some time to look over the menu. She was helpful and understood us perfectly. I don't think the waiter who brought out our food understands a lot of English though. Our order: Nui Xao Bo Luc Lac $17 x2 Pho Filet $15 Spring Rolls $5 Thai green lemon tea $7 I'm not a fan of the pho here but I do like the Nui Xao Bo Luc Lac dish. It's shaken beef with pasta. It's pretty good here. I like the flavor of the whole dish. The meat is so tender! My friend said the filet in his oho was tender too but also agreed the pho is just okay. The green lemon tea was interesting but I would pass on that and get something else next time. I forgot a photo of my dish but I have ones taken previously on here somewhere. I would come back again for the same dish!

Big, clean place, loud pop R&B music playing like it's a night club! (Not a bad thing, just different to hear club music obnoxiously loud at 11am on a Monday! I am a huge pho fan... and this one didn't disappoint!

One of the best pho restaurants I've been to in Arizona. We got the filet mignon pho and omg the broth is so flavorful and barely needed any hoisin/siracha. Also got the ramen and steak and the steak was sooo incredibly melt in your mouth tender. We also got spring rolls and those were standard fare nothing crazy but not bad at all. Service was pleasant. Interior was clean and spacious with variety of tables and booths to accommodate various group sizes. I'd say the prices were fair for the amount of food and especially the quality of food! I Will be back! Yum!

My only caveat -- and it's a small one -- is the rolling cart used to collect dishes in the dining room. While efficient table clearing is important, the exterior of the cart and tubs should be spotless, since they're moving through the dining area while people are actively eating. That said, this didn't detract from the great food or service, and I would absolutely return, and recommend this place.

I got chicken cause that's traditional for Pho Ga. It was pretty good but not the most flavorful. The noodles were also a little overcooked. There was almost an entire chicken breast in it, I could barely finish it. Overall it was good but could use some tweaking in the chicken broth. Bun rieu - My son liked it, ate the whole thing up. No complaints. Short rib pho - So much meat, the ribs were flavorful and tender, the broth was a little greasy and did not taste super fresh but overall my husband was still satisfied. I also got the Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk on the side. It was strong, delicious and traditional. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean. If craving pho in Chandler, this place does the job.

Amazing pho with homemade broth and 2 types of noodles…read more We came on a Sunday morning. At this restaurant, you order before you sit down. Pho with rare steak: (5/5) Comes with the option of thick or thin noodles. We tried both of them, and I prefer the thick noodles. Came with noodles, homemade broth (most pho restaurants use a standard MSG broth, but not this one), rare steak, onions, mint leaves, bean sprouts, a lemon wedge, and jalapeños. The beef was very tender and flavorful, it was not chewy or dry at all. The broth tasted much better than other broths, but I'm not too sure what is in it. All other ingredients were fresh. Service: (3/5) You order before you sit yourself at a table. You get your own water. They do bring the food to your table though. Ambiance: (2.5/5) The restaurant is a little bit cramped and the tables are mismatched. It can also get very busy but they also have outside seating. Overall I would recommend the pho here just remember that it's mostly self serve and the broth is very good.

I also ordered a couple Banh Mi Thit Nuong to go. Pho was delicious with a deep flavorful broth, perfect noodles, and plenty of good choice protein. Bo Ne sizzling filet mignon platter was decent, grilled pork rice plate was tasty, and the grilled pork sandwiches left me craving more. Friendly staff and great food. Will definitely be coming back. Wish I lived closer.

On my first visit to La Sen, I ordered the Bún Riêu ($13.99 - Crab Noodle Soup), an order of Gỏi Cuốn Tôm Thịt ($6.50 - Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls), and a Cà Phê Dừa (Vietnamese coconut coffee). It was decent. Their bún riêu wasn't strongest in terms of flavor so that was a let down. I did enjoy the spring rolls though (how can you go wrong with spring rolls?) and the Vietnamese coconut coffee was refreshing. It's a beautiful clean space with ample seating. The afternoon we were there, there was only one server so the wait time wasn't ideal but easily forgivable. While not a bad place for a meal, I don't think I would go out of my way to come back.

Lowlights: We had terrible service when we came, even though there weren't a lot of customers. I went with a party of four and we ordered two bowls of pho and two bowls of bun bo hue and after a crazy long wait, somehow the server only brought out three of the four bowls. We waited a really long time for the last bowl before asking the server if it was coming and she said the kitchen was still working on it. I don't know why they would serve food like this. There were only three other tables of single diners, eating at the same time as us and the other people all finished their meals before we got our last bowl. Huge pet peeve of mine is when the staff doesn't clean up the dirty plates after customers leave. To top it off, since it was a modern looking restaurant, the prices are higher and they give less sides like mint leaves and bean sprouts. I personally won't be coming back.

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I'm excited to see the future of this establishment,

I really wanted to like this spot, especially as a fan of a well-balanced bánh mì. The sandwich was generous and good value, loaded with meat, but the execution didn't quite come together. The vegetables were tucked toward the back of the bun, making it hard to enjoy that classic balance in each bite. The mayo was far too heavy and the meat leaned overly sweet, which threw off the overall flavor. It also could have used more jalapeños and cilantro to bring some freshness and contrast. The bread was crispy, which was nice, but it was much larger in size and shape than a traditional baguette, leaning more toward a big roll than that light, airy texture you'd expect. Overall, good value but missed the mark on balance and authenticity for me. Saluti.

They basically said it was our fault and still charged us for the untouched dish. So just to confirm: you can serve dirty dishes and still get paid? That is a interesting business model, I've never seen anything like it! Then they hit us with a 20% service fee, which is honestly kind of iconic considering the service was: * ignoring customers * denying what we clearly told them * and charging us anyway Like... thank you for the experience I guess??? And to top it off, after I actually ate there, I had the worst stomach ache and diarrhea. So NOT only do you pay for food you don't eat, you might also leave with a free health issue! LOVE THAT!!! As someone who is Vietnamese, this was just embarrassing. You expect better standards, better hospitality, and at the very least... clean bowls??? Overall, if you enjoy paying for untouched food, being gaslit, and risking your stomach, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd look for somewhere else to eat.

I personally like my soup to have extra green onion, unfortunately if you do ask for extra there is a charge of $2. I also recommend the egg rolls, they're packed with flavor and honestly it's just a good appetizer to have before your pho. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very spacious.
