Pretty solid for Gilbert. We've ordered takeout a few times from Huda Pho, and have had positive experiences every time. Spring rolls have been our favorite. The pho is decent and the vermicelli bowls are great. Everything has been packaged well and is still piping hot when we get home. No bad experiences with service. It's always been friendly. We went over the weekend and were surprised to see almost no customers. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. The tables had crumbs on them, the seats also had crumbs, and the floors looked dirty with crumbs and even hair around the dining area. We ordered two pho dishes and some fried rolls. The fried rolls were actually pretty good and tasted homemade, which was probably the highlight of the meal. The pho itself was just average. The broth was okay but nothing memorable and didn't taste especially fresh. The noodle texture also wasn't my favorite. Mint and cilantro were an extra charge, which felt a little odd for pho. Service was minimal. Also, one of the window specials we wanted to try was sold out. Overall, the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I wasn't feeling my best and decided to try Huda Pho. I ended up ordering their special ribeye pho, which was very good overall. The broth had the perfect amount of flavor and was comforting without being overly salty. My only disappointment was the portion of ribeye. I honestly felt like I mostly got broth and veggies as opposed to a true meat pho. The flavor was definitely there, but I would have liked a more generous serving of meat considering it was the ribeye pho. The waitress was friendly, but not very attentive. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to go up to the counter myself to ask for my check and a to-go box. Love that there is another Vietnamese option in Gilbert. Tried their summer special pho and drink for $10 which is a pretty good deal. The pho broth was pretty tasty and portion is decent for the price. Also got the sweet chili wings for $10. It's not bad but the portion was pretty small considering the 6th wing wasn't even full size. Our server was nice but not very attentive. I would come back again for the summer special and possibly try a few other dishes. read more

The service was great here as it was pretty busy when we stopped by Thursday evening for dinner. The server quickly greeted us as we walked in and guided us to one of the few empty tables. We sat down and he gave us the menus. We ordered: One brisket pho One chicken egg rolls One pork spring rolls One combo fried rice (chicken, beef, shrimp) We had asked for an iced Thai tea but he said they were unfortunately out for the day, so we opted for water. The chicken egg rolls were my favorite. They were stuffed, hot, and crispy. I did not like the pork in the spring rolls as some pieces were hard and chewy. The combo fried rice was flavorful and had a good amount of protein. The brisket pho was the BEST. The broth was very flavorful and served hot. MMMMMMM it was delicious. Ever since one of my favorite dessert places, Miss Dessert, became this restaurant, I've been wanting to try it. I also saw some videos of the food on TikTok, and I am a sucker for those videos. So, I finally got the chance last Friday. I ordered the Huda Special Pho, and the Huda BBQ with pork chop and shrimp to go. I have to say I was a bit surprised by the price. They charged $3 extra for the to go box, so the total for the 2 dishes was $45. I have to say, the portions were pretty good. The pho was just ok, nothing spectacular. Decided to give this new spot a try. I will say that the ingredients tasted fresh. I'm just not a fan of pho broth that's on the sweeter side. Don't bother adding any hoisin sauce to the broth because it's already quite sweet. The sriracha I added didn't balance the sweetness enough for either when I tried that. Service was prompt and friendly. They took over the Miss Desert spot so it's small and cozy inside. If you like this style of pho, then by all means try it out but it's just not for me. read more

I've been watching them as they were preparing to open finally went and it was excellent PHO. I get with tendon only and it was five out of five tender buttery delicious service was great. Only suggestion was if they don't use air-conditioning, they should open the doors to get a breeze. Tables were clean. The Sriracha bottle was clean. That means the kitchen is clean. I've only ever come for the pho and bun bo hue. Definitely the best spot for Vietnamese food in the Gilbert area. Not a fan of tripe, but they do offer it in both pho and bun bo hue, which is something you don't see often out in AZ. This was my first time trying Vietnamese Pho! The staff was very helpful and my choice was excellent! I had the combination in pork broth and it had short rib, chicken, pork and shrimp! We also ordered egg rolls that were really good too, especially when dipped in the fish sauce that comes with them. This was their first day open and only had been opened an hour when we went. I went with the bun thit nuong, grilled pork vermicelli noodle dish. The noodles were probably previously frozen because they were all broken and mushy. The pork was not fresh. It tasted like stale. My partner ordered pho and it came with couple pieces of thinly sliced brisket with mostly fat. Bean sprouts were old because it had black tips and mushy.
