Small space but kept clean. Service was quick and friendly. The food was tasty but the menu doesn't have a lot of options. My boyfriend ordered his broth spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. The price is very reasonable and would go back here again.

Ever since one of my favorite dessert places, Miss Dessert, became this restaurant, I've been wanting to try it. I also saw some videos of the food on TikTok, and I am a sucker for those videos. So, I finally got the chance last Friday. I ordered the Huda Special Pho, and the Huda BBQ with pork chop and shrimp to go. I have to say I was a bit surprised by the price. They charged $3 extra for the to go box, so the total for the 2 dishes was $45. I have to say, the portions were pretty good. The pho was just ok, nothing spectacular. The bbq was really good though.

Decided to give this new spot a try. I will say that the ingredients tasted fresh. I'm just not a fan of pho broth that's on the sweeter side. Don't bother adding any hoisin sauce to the broth because it's already quite sweet. The sriracha I added didn't balance the sweetness enough for either when I tried that. Service was prompt and friendly. They took over the Miss Desert spot so it's small and cozy inside. If you like this style of pho, then by all means try it out but it's just not for me.

I've only ever come for the pho and bun bo hue. Definitely the best spot for Vietnamese food in the Gilbert area. Not a fan of tripe, but they do offer it in both pho and bun bo hue, which is something you don't see often out in AZ. Good portions and every time I've gone, I've gotten a good portion of meat in my soup.

    06. COMBINATION PHO-

We ordered two of the combination pho which is supposed to have "Steak, Brisket, Meatballs, Tripe, Tendon, Green Onion, White Onion & Cilantro" according to the menu, neither pho had the extra ingredients (proteins) included. When ordering a rice plates they said that they had also run out of rice. Upon calling to aware them of the situation their line was busy.

Huda Pho cooked this food. Rotten meat, smelled like fish. Water tasted dirty. Be aware.

I went with the bun thit nuong, grilled pork vermicelli noodle dish. The noodles were probably previously frozen because they were all broken and mushy. The pork was not fresh. It tasted like stale. My partner ordered pho and it came with couple pieces of thinly sliced brisket with mostly fat. Bean sprouts were old because it had black tips and mushy. I would not recommend this place. :(

My girlfriend suggested this place and oh my gosh, it was a great recommendation! We spoke to the server and her name was actually Simi- her parents own the cafe. However, the inside of the restaurant does not look like it's been in the family for years as it's very well kept. All three dishes we got here were amazing and quite huge for the price! It's worth sharing with the table to try different dishes! The house pan fried noodles were soo good but it's best you eat them at the restaurant since the crispy noodles will get soggy if you order take-out. They also have an employee who makes pies and they sell them in house. The slices were huge for $7 or so! They had peanut butter chocolate and coconut!

When our grandsons and their Dad came by later that day, I asked them if they were willing to try Vietnamese food. We gave them a description as to what Pho was and let them know that there were other items on the menu besides Pho. They all were willing to give it a try. One grandson didn't come along as he has a part-time job and had to work that day. Once we all entered the restaurant, we were greeted and seated. I ordered my usual Pho Ga and my husband plus our son-in-law also had the same thing. One grandson ordered a Pho that had beef in it. The other grandson isn't a fan of soups so he ordered a fried rice and chicken meal. The Pho portion was very generous and the aromatics were fresh. Everyone who had Pho enjoyed their meal. Our grandson, who got the chicken and fried rice, liked his meal. The ambiance is that of a casual place with some artwork on the walls. If we lived nearby, we would gladly go here again. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

My only caveat -- and it's a small one -- is the rolling cart used to collect dishes in the dining room. That said, this didn't detract from the great food or service, and I would absolutely return, and recommend this place.

I got chicken cause that's traditional for Pho Ga. It was pretty good but not the most flavorful. The noodles were also a little overcooked. There was almost an entire chicken breast in it, I could barely finish it. Overall it was good but could use some tweaking in the chicken broth. Bun rieu - My son liked it, ate the whole thing up. No complaints. Short rib pho - So much meat, the ribs were flavorful and tender, the broth was a little greasy and did not taste super fresh but overall my husband was still satisfied. I also got the Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk on the side. It was strong, delicious and traditional. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean. If craving pho in Chandler, this place does the job.

Our tab had an auto 20% gratuity already added on to it. But when I was paying I wasn't aware and made a comment regarding the selections for tipping percentage on the iPad being low. Our server, I believe whose name is Thuy, heard the comment but don't say anything so I assumed tipping wasn't added and tipped 20% on top of that. Once the transaction is done, I wasn't asked if I want the receipt and he quickly tapped on "no receipt" for me. ‍‍ I later found out we tipped closed to 50 percent of the tab, which I have no problem with if it was great service. But all of these seem sneaky if not deceptive. Not sure if it's individual doing or the typical practice of this restaurant, but it was my first time here and sure won't be back. Tl;dr: Server being sneaky and appear to be intentionally not disclosing when gratuity is already added. If you want a great tip, just provide a great service geez.

My aunt was served a bowl that was dirty on the outside (yes... the bowl, not just the table -- see the photo I attached). Not exactly appetizing... and she didn't eat it at all, it was completely untouched. We told the staff immediately, and instead of, I don't know.. like maybe apologizing or replacing it like a normal restaurant?.. They basically said it was our fault and still charged us for the untouched dish. So just to confirm: you can serve dirty dishes and still get paid? That is a interesting business model, I've never seen anything like it! Then they hit us with a 20% service fee, which is honestly kind of iconic considering the service was: * ignoring customers * denying what we clearly told them * and charging us anyway Like... thank you for the experience I guess??? And to top it off, after I actually ate there, I had the worst stomach ache and diarrhea. So NOT only do you pay for food you don't eat, you might also leave with a free health issue! LOVE THAT!!! As someone who is Vietnamese, this was just embarrassing. You expect better standards, better hospitality, and at the very least... clean bowls??? Overall, if you enjoy paying for untouched food, being gaslit, and risking your stomach, this is your place. Otherwise, I'd look for somewhere else to eat.

I also noticed they add a lot of noodles which I love but I also wish they added more broth. The meat is also very tender, I always go with the brisket and it always tastes great. I personally like my soup to have extra green onion, unfortunately if you do ask for extra there is a charge of $2. I also recommend the egg rolls, they're packed with flavor and honestly it's just a good appetizer to have before your pho. The restaurant itself is beautiful and very spacious. Every time I've gone there's never any wait. The service has also been great, I've had maybe 1 time where it wasn't as great but it was still good. The food always comes out fresh and very hot. Overall, I love this restaurant so much and I will continue coming back!
