Love that there is another Vietnamese option in Gilbert. Tried their summer special pho and drink for $10 which is a pretty good deal. The pho broth was pretty tasty and portion is decent for the price. Also got the sweet chili wings for $10. It's not bad but the portion was pretty small considering the 6th wing wasn't even full size. Our server was nice but not very attentive. I would come back again for the summer special and possibly try a few other dishes.

The service was great here as it was pretty busy when we stopped by Thursday evening for dinner. The server quickly greeted us as we walked in and guided us to one of the few empty tables. We sat down and he gave us the menus. We ordered: One brisket pho One chicken egg rolls One pork spring rolls One combo fried rice (chicken, beef, shrimp) We had asked for an iced Thai tea but he said they were unfortunately out for the day, so we opted for water. The chicken egg rolls were my favorite. They were stuffed, hot, and crispy. I did not like the pork in the spring rolls as some pieces were hard and chewy. The combo fried rice was flavorful and had a good amount of protein. The brisket pho was the BEST. The broth was very flavorful and served hot. MMMMMMM it was delicious. The server was attentive and kind and the inside was clean. I will be back for some more Pho!

Went here with a friend! The broth for my Pho was actually really tasty. I just love it when a pho place gets their broth on point! The bowls are decent sized, the site almost forgot my drink :/ I'd try it again, always good pho in the valley (thank gosh)

Ever since one of my favorite dessert places, Miss Dessert, became this restaurant, I've been wanting to try it. I also saw some videos of the food on TikTok, and I am a sucker for those videos. So, I finally got the chance last Friday. I ordered the Huda Special Pho, and the Huda BBQ with pork chop and shrimp to go. I have to say I was a bit surprised by the price. They charged $3 extra for the to go box, so the total for the 2 dishes was $45. I have to say, the portions were pretty good. The pho was just ok, nothing spectacular. The bbq was really good though.

Decided to give this new spot a try. I will say that the ingredients tasted fresh. I'm just not a fan of pho broth that's on the sweeter side. Don't bother adding any hoisin sauce to the broth because it's already quite sweet. The sriracha I added didn't balance the sweetness enough for either when I tried that. Service was prompt and friendly. They took over the Miss Desert spot so it's small and cozy inside. If you like this style of pho, then by all means try it out but it's just not for me.

We really enjoyed the meal here. The pho broth was legit and all the additions were fresh and tasty. The meats, especially the brisket were great. The spring rolls were really tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the music they had playing. Great addition to Gilbert.

Small space but kept clean. Service was quick and friendly. The food was tasty but the menu doesn't have a lot of options. My boyfriend ordered his broth spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. The price is very reasonable and would go back here again.

I've only ever come for the pho and bun bo hue. Definitely the best spot for Vietnamese food in the Gilbert area. Not a fan of tripe, but they do offer it in both pho and bun bo hue, which is something you don't see often out in AZ. Good portions and every time I've gone, I've gotten a good portion of meat in my soup.

First time to Huda, food ok. I ordered Bun Bo Hue. Barely any noodles. I'm still hungry after eating.

I would definitely go here if you're looking for something new or seeking a rarer dish. They also have VERY generous portion sizing, so it's pretty good value. If you wanted something familiar like pho or rice dishes, I personally feel that other places do them better. I have a family member who went separately who said the banh khot (a rarer dish in the US) they ordered was better than the regular Vietnamese offerings. When my partner I went, service was a little slow and distracted. They currently have the World Cup games playing on the TV for both customers and themselves. I don't mind the fanfare around the excitement for the games, but the waiter did get our food order wrong due to the distraction :( The bussed tables were pretty clean, but a lot of tables were left unbussed for a very long time due to the game too. My partner and I went with the meatball and brisket pho and bun thit nuong (except this one came out wrong and was just bun cha gio). Cyclo's pho style is on the sweeter side. I was a little shocked at how sweet it was. The bowl size is huge and comes with plenty of noodles. They don't skimp. My partner's bun cha gio was okay. Cyclo is a little more special in that they put taro in their cha gio (egg rolls). We personally weren't fans of this, but it is unique. The taro gives the filling a slimier texture. Overall, my partner and I wouldn't return again for the food unless we wanted something more new, but we do love how good value Cyclo is.

My bánh canh cua was pretty good, not a super thick soup like I've had before, but it was hot and satisfying. I wish it had more toppings and fish balls. Our pork vermicelli bowl was okay, the fish sauce was plain and a little too salty, and was missing the minced garlic. But the meat was well seasoned and the portion was great. I'll come back for the bánh canh cua since not many places in Arizona have it, but I'm not sure about the rest of the food!
