I counted out 8 items, took a card, and went into the fitting room. As I tried on the first 8 items, I removed some pieces and brought in the next 8. Throughout the process, I kept showing the employee the 8 hangers as I was switching items. At some point, the employees switched, and another woman came out and seemed to be saying that the cart had to be outside of the fitting room area, even though it already was. She also had a very thick accent, so I was having difficulty understanding what she was saying. Her tone was also very rude, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Then, without really explaining anything, she grabbed my cart and pushed it into the aisle. At that point, I was completely confused about the fitting room process and how I was even supposed to try on the clothes. I ended up leaving the cart and going home. I get that they don't want people stealing but at this point it feels like they don't want you to buy anything. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating. Now that I'm in the office daily, I need to update my wardrobe and this is the perfect place that won't break the bank! I found a few things and some at clearance prices. Woot! The store could have been better organized but in these types of stores, patience is key! The customer service was fair. I won't go out of my way to come here but I'm glad I stopped in. Customer service also needs improvement. Some employees come across as rude and aren't very helpful when you ask where to find an item. Instead of receiving assistance, I often had to search the store on my own. Overall, this store could benefit from better staffing, improved customer service, and a better balance of employees between the sales floor and the registers, especially during busy times.

No organization to this but to just hope that a box that had your size on it might be something they have on display. After rummaging through this pile of boxes I did find something I wanted. I will give it too them, even though this is a massive store, they were still able to pop up out of nowhere to see if I needed any help finding anything. Like you as an employee has any idea what you have in stock any more than I as a customer knows. I declined and went about my business and made my way to the register. It was very obvious they were showcasing summer clothes, and the women, men, and children sections were clearly marked. The price is for everything were pretty good. I didn't have to use them, but I saw where the fitting rooms were, and from the outside those seemed nice too. I think my favorite part was that they had self check out. There were two separate lines you could go in... One for registers, and one for self checkout kiosks, which of course accepted card payments only. I ended up finding a few pieces I really liked outside of what I originally came for. I do wish they had more jackets, but they were already phasing those out for summer stuff.
