This is a place to try on Bonobos clothes, which you can then have delivered to you later. That is actually a really nice change from my current experience of shopping for clothes, which is either online where you can't try things on and end up returning almost everything or in-store where they inevitably don't have anything in your size. In addition, they're pretty nice and knowledgeable and it's a decently fast experience. Ordered a suit. The jacket arrived with no pants. Was told they didn't have pants in inventory. No notification prior to the delivery. Needed the suit for a business trip. Took jacket back and was just told "we're sorry." No recognition of the time I lost in this process. Horrible customer service. read more

I went to look for a pair of pants and it took about 10 min for someone to help me, then I did not know that at this store you cannot simply purchase an item and walk out the door with the item, they actually order it for you and then mail to you? I asked why I cannot just purchase the item I was holding and I was told that item was just for the purpose of trying on? I actually needed the pants to wear that night! I then started to think that if these pants were just for folks to try on, how many people tried them on in the past, so i asked how often are they are cleaned and I was told never ! I said really? and I was told yes, they are not cleaned. I am not a germ a-fob but I would definitely not, in this day in age try on a pair of pants that possibly hundreds of other people have already tried on, who knows if they were clean or not etc.! Bonobos always does a great job with their staff and training. We had so much fun shopping in here and getting some items for my brother. The store manager was in here, but we were being helped by her associate who was so much fun. We kept buying clothes and he was helping us with sizing, looking up past orders and even checking if we had bought certain items before. Even though we might've been customers that were a little indecisive, he helped us along the way with a smile and we got some really great clothes. Great location and great employees here! read more

Finally a store with clothing just for Men!! I feel like as a guy, most clothing stores are 99% filled with women's clothes with a small smidge of real estate is carved out for mens clothing with limited selection. In comes Bonobos which I had recently discovered at Nordstroms. They have some great threads that are actually affordable. It is a new concept to get used to. All the clothes that are in the shop are display only. You can try things on, but everything is ordered online and then shipped to your house. This was some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced and will definitely be returning. If you are looking for a great new shop for mens clothing, definitely give this place a shot. read more

The service here is helpful without being pushy. The clothes are maybe more expensive than, say The Gap, but the fit and quality are well worth the price. I drove all the way from Baltimore just to go here, and it was worth it. read more

Love the clothes. Love the customer service, usually. The guy that was attending this store on the night before Halloween last week was unhelpful and condescending. I went in to try on a coat that I was planning to purchase, and he told me they didn't have that coat in the store (even though they did, he eventually showed it to me) and he finally brushed me off, asking if I had "ever shopped at Bonobos before." I've been a loyal customer for years, and will continue to shop -- but will limit my purchases to online only. I don't plan on returning to this store. read more

My current favorite clothing store and my current favorite style of clothes. Their model is a little "guideshop" where you try on clothes that are then ordered for you online. In others words, there are not enough versions of each model in the store to buy (they are for trying on only). I don't look at them as a brick and mortar store without enough in stock, I look at them as an online store that actually lets you try stuff on. The two times I have been, I received excellent customer service--much personalized attention to help me find the best looking and fitting pair of pants. From those two visits I now own 3-4 Bonobos slacks and 1 pair of jeans. (They arrived very quickly by mail, and received follow up emails from the store associates to make sure I was pleased). The Bonobos pants I own fit so well. I wasn't used to a tighter fitting pair of pants (my style was always on the baggy side), but I love them and get so many compliments from college students in the town I was living and most importantly my wife loves them on me. Only downside is the guideshops only exist in about 10 cities, and since moving from the DC area there is no longer one close to me. But once you know your size, you can just order directly from the site. FYI they sell other great looking clothes besides pants, but I haven't tried them yet. I am curious if their shirts also fit as well, and plan on trying some on next time I'm in a store. read more
