They have a huge new space on the lower level of Montgomery Mall. The outfits are displayed nicely. I really liked how their advertising pictures displayed how the Lululemon product could be worn for all shapes and sizes. I also was surprised that not all of the outfits were skin tight. Those days have passed me by. lol. : ) I was asked if I needed any help right away, so service was good. The price point is on the higher side. But, I understand that their clothing wears like iron. So, you will have it for a while. I would like to comeback with my granddaughter's and see what they like. But, overall I was impressed and will definitely come back when I have more time.

I came into the store to do an exchange/return. They didn't have the one I had ordered online, but I was able to exchange for something else and at the price I paid online. These jeans were $88 originally! The sales associate (wish I got her name) walked around with me to help me pick out a new pair. Thank you for being so helpful! I really can't complain about anything! The store was well stocked and had a nice clearance section. If I didn't have dinner plans I would definitely looked around. At checkout, this woman (I'm assuming the store manager) was hawking it so hard I nearly left the store. She resorted to asking for my contact information, which I also declined to give. Miffed, she tried to make me feel like a fool for all the discounts I was foregoing. Then she wouldn't let me complete the payment without at least giving my phone number because apparently "there's a weird thing with Apple pay." Next time I'm probably shopping online.

Another associate helped with shoes and accessories. The items are pricey, but you can feel good about looking good, and the quality is there. While I visited during the later hours - perhaps closer to closing, not sure of the exact time - the store was quiet and clean; with an associate buzzing about, tending to mannequins and folding clothes. Russell greeted us as soon as we came into the store and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (a shirt for my son). I also found another great pair of shoes. I'm so glad we decided to stop by here after being disappointed from a very poor experience at Nordstroms.... On a subsequent visit, customer service was not as stellar and we were not helped while looking around (although we were at least greeted at the front). Thank goodness for those at J Crew who still know how to treat customers with some kindness!

As it is the only remaining shoe store in here now. You can tell it is a DSW before you even get near it with that totally white interior with the lights blazing out of the store. Inside, it's like every other store in the chain. White walls, white ceiling, white floors, aisle upon aisle of shoes. No rhyme or reason as to how they put their stock out. I went through the men's section and was about to leave when I found what I wanted to look at on a display in the main aisle. No organization to this but to just hope that a box that had your size on it might be something they have on display. After rummaging through this pile of boxes I did find something I wanted. I will give it too them, even though this is a massive store, they were still able to pop up out of nowhere to see if I needed any help finding anything. Like you as an employee has any idea what you have in stock any more than I as a customer knows. I declined and went about my business and made my way to the register. Did I mention I hate shopping for shoes. It might be because I used to work for a shoe store and knew what was about to hit me at the register. The attempt to sale me more items to go with my shoes. No, I don't want your socks, sealants, or any other magical potions. Then they ask if you want to sign up for their rewards program. Ma'am, does it look like I care about shoes that much? Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced…read more I rented a suit from this Men's Wearhouse location (8514 Fenton St, Silver Spring, MD) on December 12, 2024, for an event in February 2025. I canceled the rental on February 3, 2025, and was promised a refund of $202.46. Over 3 months later, after visiting the store more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. The employees, including the manager, repeatedly gave me false promises, excuses, and contradictory answers, but no actual solution. They wasted my time and showed zero professionalism or accountability. I eventually had to escalate the issue to corporate just to get a response. The next step will be reporting to BBB and my bank if I don't get any response from corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this store location. They do not honor their word, they mishandle refunds, and they show complete disregard for customer service.

All the employees seemed pretty friendly and very helpful. Although I do not purchase suits on a regular basis, I thought the prices were pretty fine. While they did not have as many styles as I would have liked (mainly because of my own time [and size] constraints), the wearhouse had a decent selections. Fortunately, tailoring took a couple of days; however, I was a bit shocked that they charged an express fee of around $30 to hem the pants. But, hey, I guess that's the business. Suits aside, I did see decent casual and business casual wear that was not too expensive. I might have to stop by again to check out some of these items in the near future.
