It might have been explainable had the store been packed once inside - it wasn't, and half of the dressing rooms were even empty when I went to try on a few items. It seems like they're trying to create some aura of exclusivity, but this isn't Hermes or Chanel... Once inside the staff was helpful and friendly, but many items I was interested in were unavailable/sold out in small sizes. Overall I'd suggest shopping online.

Unsure if maybe the order got lost in the shuffle, or perhaps someone else accidentally grabbed it, but it was nice that they quickly resolved the issue once it became known to them. The drink was okay, which I was fine with because the main appeal was supposed to be the Halloween-themed design. I realized too late that my drink didn't come with the chocolate syrup drizzled on top that others' did, which was unfortunate. The cafe was beautifully decorated, and it's clear that there was a lot of thought and heart put into the design. It was a single layer of flower with only 50% was flowers, didn't go around the neck. It had ribbon to tie. Awful!!!!
