Wear it Well is a special place mainly for the women who run and work there. Located in the heart…read moreof downtown Bethesda, this store offers middle to high-end brands in casual and work lines. Plenty of Michael Stars, 525 America Sweaters, and some other more unusual very unique boutique lines. A small store with extremely well-selected inventory. But the highlight of Wear it Well, which I feel is best for women 30 and up, is the longtime owners and employees. I walked in today, told them I wanted to toss my wardrobe out the window, and they proceeded (not overselling, not oversolicitously) to help me come up with some great ideas, good combinations, and a host of things I wouldn't have picked out b/c I'm stuck in my own dull clothing groove. They really worked with me to ensure that I found some special things, and I don't think I'll toss the clothes I bought out the window with the others b/c they do push my proverbial envelope. That's what I needed. When the economy hits hard...and even when it doesn't...I make an extra effort to shop locally. Wear it Well is the kind of carefully merchandised, very well-run boutique that will earn your loyalty. Before you drive to the mall, walk down the street and visit these great gals. Watch out...they talked me into buying an absurdly expensive belt even though I don't wear belts. You know, I think it will become one of my favorite purchases ever! Plus, it's so pricey, I'm going to wear it to sleep every night no matter what.

this is single-handedly the best Vuori store on the entire East Coast and believe me I've been to…read morenearly all of them. The service was above and beyond the staff was extremely friendly welcoming and attentive to my every need. The selection was better even than the stores in the larger cities I've been to like Boston Manhattan Miami and honestly it was even better than Vuori's own online store. The selection was just as good as the service they had everything I was looking for in my sizes and seem to be able to get anything else I had questions about that even online customer service team said I would need to order this store was to provide it for me that day in person at a deal that seemed almost too good to be true! Usually you can only get these kinds of prices on Black Friday so maybe it was just my lucky day but I spent a little bit north of $300 and I've never been happier with a shopping experience in my life.

Stopped into the Vuori in Bethesda recently and of course ended up leaving with more than I planned…read morebecause everything is just so comfortable. The quality is great and their stuff honestly works for everything: workouts, errands, lounging, all of it. Customer service was fine... not rude or anything, just not super engaging or helpful either. BUT I have to say, I love that they're doing free classes now. Such a fun idea and it makes the store feel way more community-focused instead of just another retail stop. Definitely a nice extra perk and a reason to keep coming back. Overall, still a big fan, comfy clothes + free classes is a win.

I love the smell as you enter, Anthropologie. It just creates this special welcoming atmosphere. I…read morewas shocked by the enormous size of this store. They have 3 floors packed with women's clothes, gifts and glassware, cosmetics, furniture, shoes and purses. Service was great. People who worked there offered me help and were very nice. They didn't have a huge petite section, but they did a good amount of sale clothing. Prices are on the higher side. I will say this, Anthropologie has a unique style and you won't see a lot of people wearing what you bought. You won't have to worry about getting your steps in if you shop in this store. : ) They have a lovely selection of unique clothing and accessories. I will definitely be back to shop here.

I placed this order on October 2nd and made multiple visits to the store to check on its status…read more Each time, I was told that my order had not yet arrived and that there was nothing the staff could do. What concerns me most is that, despite the unusually long delay, it seemingly never occurred to anyone to investigate whether something had gone wrong with my order. You may also review my online customer service chat history, which documents my repeated attempts to seek assistance. Unfortunately, every interaction ended with essentially the same response: there was nothing anyone could do. This raises a very reasonable question: What is the purpose of offering customer service if the representatives are unable to track an order, investigate an issue, or offer any meaningful resolution? On October 22nd, an online customer service representative finally informed me that my order had actually been delivered to the store on October 6th and signed for by an employee named Heidi. I immediately visited the Bethesda store and spoke with the store manager, who repeatedly told me that she could not locate my order and that there was nothing she could do. I then contacted customer service myself and asked the representative to speak directly with the store manager. Only after this conversation did the manager go to the storage area to search for my order. She eventually returned and informed me that she still could not locate it and that there might have been a mistake. At that point, I was offered the option of placing another order with a 25% discount and overnight shipping. While I appreciate the eventual attempt to resolve the issue, I cannot help but wonder why this solution was not offered much earlier, when I repeatedly expressed concern that something must have gone wrong with my original order. Why did it take nearly three weeks, multiple store visits, repeated conversations with customer service representatives, and my own insistence on further investigation before anyone was willing to acknowledge and address the problem? I would genuinely appreciate your clarification on whether this is the standard of customer service Anthropologie expects its stores and representatives to provide. Was my expectation unreasonable in believing that a customer should receive timely updates about an order they have already paid for? Was it unreasonable to expect someone to take ownership of the issue rather than repeatedly telling me that nothing could be done? At this point, my original online order had never even been canceled by any of the supporting agents, as I was required to pay for a replacement order to receive the item I had already purchased. This experience has significantly undermined my confidence in Anthropologie's buy-online, pick-up-in-store service. If store employees and managers are not equipped to investigate missing orders or resolve fulfillment issues, I sincerely question whether this service should be offered without adequate procedures and support in place. Customers should not have to make repeated trips to a store, spend hours contacting customer service, or personally coordinate communication between online representatives and store management simply to locate an order. More importantly, customers should not be made to feel that their concerns are an inconvenience or that resolving a problem is somehow beyond the responsibility of the very people employed to assist them. I understand that mistakes happen in retail, and I do not expect every transaction to be flawless. However, there is a significant difference between an unavoidable mistake and a repeated failure to take responsibility for resolving that mistake. I am not writing this complaint simply because my order was misplaced. I am writing because of the complete lack of accountability, initiative, and willingness to help throughout this experience.

Everyone is very pleasant, they know the lines they sell very well and what will look great on everyone. I don't know much about the third store, Corby Collection, but if it is a part of this group I am sure it is as great. in my opinion they ROCK the Bethesda Boutique's for women. The sales associates know their collection and are good at guiding you through the many designers they represent once you tell them what you are looking for. They are not afraid of colors. What they sell is not inexpensive, but quality has a price, and Sequel is not into fast fashion: the owner has a fabulous eye for comfortable, distinctive, and well-made clothes. Icing on the cake, they feature fabulous, unique jewelry made in Europe that perfectly complements their collections. And that's rare enough for a clothing boutique to deserve to be acknowledged.
