However, recently I had a few not-so-good interactions with them that left a bad after taste. I liked a pair of earrings (4.3 grams) so I asked for price. The owner said $395 including gold weight, labor, rhodium, etc. Still, $395 is a lot for 4.3g even considering other factors mentioned above. Anyway, I left that day and came back another day when gold prices dropped a little, hoping for a lower price. The owner dismissively said $525. She gives prices on a whim without any reason. Anyway, I had the same design custom made from another shop for a lot less $255. I went back to see current designs, and they just acted very awkward. Oh well, her loss of a good customer. I buy a lot of jewelry but I also like a good deal and some respect.

Recently I was returning an item that was one day beyond the 30 day limit and yes I get it... policy is policy. However, the Store Manager, whenever I frequent the Annapolis Road store in Lanham is rude and obnoxious. He informed me my item wasn't able to be returned due to the 30 day policy but he would do a one time exchange. When he couldn't find the exact same item he questioned whether or not the item came from the store in an insulting manner. The receipt showed the item. Than he said he will not give me an exchange because the item wasn't in the store. I feel he could have checked the ledger. He was extremely rude and condescending. He threw the item at me. I don't understand how a business with these low customer ratings exist. Is it that upper management isn't paying attention or they just could care less.
