That error is the reason the jacket was not on the receipt. Instead of correcting the situation, the store refunded only the pants, kept both items, and sent me out with nothing. At no point was I given a clear option before the transaction was processed. I spoke with the store manager, Alexandra, who repeated policy but did not take ownership of the fact that this situation was caused by a cashier error. I am not asking for anything free. I am expecting a reasonable resolution when a store makes a mistake. Leaving with no merchandise and no solution is not acceptable.

My husband got me one of their beautiful ESV 2 column cloth-bound journaling Bible and few little decor pieces from them. I'd never seen anything like it. Prices are a little on the pricey side (e.g. dresses are averaging over $100). Service is fantastic--attentive and friendly. While browsing around, a lady approached me (with a floral crown) and asked if I needed any assistance.
