Also don't like that most of the laundering instructions say that they can't be tumbled dried. I typically don't purchase items that have to hang or line dry unless I really it. I found and purchased a black top that was on the dressier side. Their styles are fun snd tailored to younger clientele so I am a fan, but likely won't shop here often due to the quality and laundering instructions.

The store had placed the wrong tag on an item I purchased. When I went to return it, the manager refused to accept the item because the description on the receipt did not match what was on the item. Rather than simply scanning the item or checking the tag to determine whether the discrepancy was caused by an error on the store's end, he immediately accused me of lying. What made the situation even more frustrating is that I had purchased several items during my visit and was only returning this one $40 shirt. The manager's assumption that I was being dishonest over a relatively minor return was completely unnecessary and deeply insulting. A store manager should be able to handle a simple customer-service issue professionally, investigate discrepancies before making accusations, and treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this manager did none of those things. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone in a management position. I can understand that mistakes happen, including incorrect tags being placed on merchandise. What I cannot understand is why the customer is made to feel like a liar because of a mistake that appears to have originated in the store. This experience unfortunately reinforces the poor reputation this location has for customer service and staff attitude. I have been shopping at H&M for years, and I should not have to reconsider shopping at my local neighborhood store because of one manager's unacceptable behavior. Line is brutal and sad. People are dropping things they want to buy. While store features a few good brands, it is useful for trying on if you do not mind undressing in front of others since fitting rooms are locked and finding a willing store associate with keys is not something one can guarantee. If something fits you and you want instant gratification of purchase, you must stay in a line where store associate chats every customer up to demonstrate family like environment while marinating you for an hour waiting. You should consider if you want to wait or better order online. If you decided to buy, then after 20-40 minutes of waiting you are pressured through attack on why you do not want to become a member. REI, I do not want to become a member of this environment exactly because you are not considered about people. Those people in the line behind me want to enjoy their Saturday and you do not care about it. This is all I need to know. It is exactly the environment that I avoid as plaque as it is inconsiderate, often rude, entitled, pushy, and fake.
