I called their customer service about it. The wait was not too long. The customer service representative could not find anything about it. He seemed annoyed by my request. He gave me the phone number of a third party company that handles their credit card transaction to confirm whether the transaction went through or was a hold. He was ready to hang up to get rid of me. Why should I call a different company? Anyways, I did it, after being on hold for 20 minutes, the other representative was just as clueless, did not ask for any information. Once I told him it was an amex card, he told me they only handle visa and mastercard transactions. Now I need to call Saks again to find the subsidiary that handles their amex transaction?! What a horrible waste of time, and inefficient workflow. They should have audit logs in place for their representatives to access and understand what went wrong. They just had zero explanation and wasted my time for nothing.

Later I realized there is another location in Bethesda, MD. It is completely pathetic we have to drive over 20 miles to buy what we want, although we have the last 3 times strictly for customer service. We don't like to buy online as we prefer to try clothes on. All staff at the Bethesda location are pleasant. Jonah has helped us numerous times. And he is exceptional. Every items I wanted to try on or purchase was readily available on the racks and easy to find. The fitting rooms were also easily accessible and the clerk was friendly and really helpful. She and I agreed Wunder Train and Aligns are the best. I never knew that the lighter color Aligns feels thicker because it's actually double lined. It makes so much sense now. This helps anything from being too see thru. I also discovered that I can get my leggings hemmed here. That's useful because I'd love to have leggings that can cover my ankles for the upcoming winter but the 25s are obviously too short and the 28s are too long. But now, I can just purchase a 28" inch one and have it tailored. So good to know! And best of all, it doesn't really cost anything on our end. Will add pictures when I return again in the future!

I was pretty impressed. They also had Patagonia, the Northface and Carhartt. If you have a Dick's Sporting Goods rewards number, you can use it here and you can also redeem rewards, doing that I ended up walking away with eight items for $38. Don't sleep on this place!
