I saw all of my fav brands at great prices. They have a huge selection of high-end wear for a great price. They have a huge selection of summer, spring and winter wear. The cosmetics and body care... chef's kiss!! They have everything in every color/ scent/ size!! Cool accessories, luggage galore, etc. I did not take a gander at the shoes as I had a show nearby to attend. I bought 2 gorge blouses and a short sleeve loose fitting denim blue top. One plus I will say about this Nordstrom Rack location, is that they carry a large selection of men's business and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area and business district that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, consulting firms and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. There are also tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Although, the Pentagon City location is more my speed. I lucked out and found a pair of Prada Monolith loafers that are still available in-store at full price -- except mine were half the cost and looked like they'd maybe been worn once. Maybe. Such a good score, plus I got to support a small business, which always feels better than buying direct from some corporate mega-retailer. And shout out to Julia, who works there -- she was fantastic. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and when the right shoe went missing (yes, really), she helped me tear the place apart to find it. The owner listed it at $2,300 with a 55% payout and claimed it would sell within weeks. Instead, I spent six months chasing updates through texts, calls, emails, and website tickets. By summer, they stopped responding entirely. When I visited on September 2, they refused to answer a basic question without an appointment and made me wait until September 11. At that appointment, the owner repeatedly disparaged my bag as outdated, then told me it had sold for $1,875. She initially tried to pay me only 50%. Only after I produced the contract did she apologize and acknowledge the agreed 55%. Even then, my final payment was less than 55% because they deducted an undisclosed "processing fee" of several dozen dollars--something never mentioned throughout the entire process. Six months of silence, condescension, attempted underpayment, and a surprise fee. I'll take my other luxury bags to New York. Avoid this store.
