The selection is okay. Decades ago, Express was one of my favorite stores. Now it is just a shop with clothes. There are lots of items: dresses, slacks, tops, accessories and handbags. There were "deals" if two or more items were purchased. The sales weren't that great. However, it is practical to join any pints program at each store and the mall office. The Simon app lets customers turn in receipts for points/coupons. read more

Mostly I enjoyed the customer service at this location. The sales associates there were helpful and very nice. I was excited to find a top I'd seen at the Nashville Express outlet store I wanted but didn't have my size at the Arundel Mills store. I promptly bought it and am very happy with it. The other clothes were great looking too, but seemed more regularly priced than outlets should charge. read more

The customer service was good. I like their style of clothes. Their clothes are expensive. I would go the store for the clearance section, when there is a good sale, or I have a cash reward to use. They sell jewelry, shoes, and accessories. I saw a few dresses which I had to try on over my clothes which I didn't like because the dressing room was closed. I ended up buying a dress. read more

The women's section has a nice selection of apparel and accessories. I purchased a top here once and would shop here more frequently if they had petite sizes. They also have a men's section which is hideous. I stopped by to look for dress shirts for my husband and everything was in disarray. It looked like the place had been ransacked or a tornado struck. It made me wonder if anyone works here. I can see why there are no patrons. I recommend the women's section, but not the men's. read more

My favorite jeans are from Express! They are expensive ($80 average price), but here at the outlet they're usually way cheaper so I've been stocking up!!! I used to get my work slacks from here back in the day when they made the Editor flare cut. Now it's just Editor barely boot which is ok, but not my favorite style. I'm not a fan of the Columnist. It just don't work for me! I stopped in here earlier today after like over a year. There's a crazy huge sale going on. Stuff up to 70% and alot is already discounted. Can't beat that. I walked out with some great deals (after paying of course). The store was clean and organized, the employees were friendly and helpful and I got to use my points! Winning. Think I'll be back soon to stock up! read more

I wanted to check on my Store Emergency Report(I'm sure it's called something else) Store is still not open. It's current 11:35 am. We were told when we arrived at 11(when the rest of the mall opened) that they were delayed. This store is not what it used to be! The quality of material in their mens clothing has deteriorated dramatically. The styles and color schemes are still current however it is obvious that the dress shirts have been substituted with inferior thinner fabrics. This store reminds me of H&M based on its stylish wear once and throw away line. read more

Long story short. The wife and I tried to use the dressing room to try in some jeans etc. Didn't see an associate come to help for about 15 minutes. We ended up finding the key hanging on the clothing rack and opened the dressing room for ourselves and the handful of other customers who were behind us. The selection of items was great as expected but the service here was lacking. Maybe we came on a wrong day but we are from out of town so I don't think it'll matter too much. read more

Great selection considering what I find at most Express stores. I only get shirts from Express because the 1MX fits perfectly and they have them on sale often enough. This one had good color selections that I have a hard time finding, and their clearance rack actually had good stuff. The service was slow, unfortunately, especially considering the few people that were there. I ended up waiting at the racks for a few minutes before I could ask a question, and at the front desk for 5 minutes before going to find someone to check me out. read more

A factory outlet store, that saved me in my time of need. I came here after searching several stores for a suit for my son for his from. The store is very clean and everyone was very professional and attentive to my son needs. My son have in mind wears about 105 wet. A sales associate helped us and took my son around the store and should him different things. He didn't pressure him to make a sale, he cared for my son needs. I ended up getting a grey suit that he was quite happy with. A little expensive, but worth it. After all that, they even offered to steam it for him. Just so there is no confusion, this is a FACTORY OUTLET. But, don't let that turn you away, there are often amazing finds and we don't find the quality cheapened. Although we are avid shoppers at this location, last night, the customer service was so above and beyond, I felt it necessary to write a review. My teen wears shirts and ties for school, so we wanted to get him really nice fitting shirts in a variety of colors. Although I was sure I knew that he would wear a large and what fit we thought he would like, the associate handed us a different fit in a size medium. I was sure that it was not right and insisted that he try a large because I was worried about the neck size. Well, turns out I was wrong, and he was right. My son insisted the neck wouldn't fit, refusing to button it, but the associate was amazing (and I actually feel really bad for not getting his name) and made sure he buttoned it. There were several other teenage boys in there at the same time (I think it's homecoming time) and he spoke to all of them in a way that really connected with them, making sure they understood what an oxford shirt is suppose to fit like. Emmanuel and Erica (I think) were amazingly helpful. After being super mad about my situation experience with the store in Columbia Mall, I decided to see if they had the dresses I want. Unfortunately, this store didn't have the color that I wanted. Emmanuel suggested that I try the dress on in blue. Although blue is my favorite color, I hardly ever wear it. He felt that the color would be great on me, and he was right! I did find the color I wanted in another dress. I ended up with two dresses for $50!!!!! This Express is quite a little gem in the Arundel Mills outlet because people seem to skip it so the inventory is very good. My husband loves their photographer suits and we can never find any in his size at the nearby stores but this store seems to have a bit more selection. They were also helpful in doing price adjustments and the customer service is great. I almost always stop by here when visiting this outlet. Also, if you sign up for their insider rewards card which is free- they send out a ton of coupons in the mail usually $15 off $30, $25 off $75, etc. and they are stackable with deals in the store as long as it isn't a clearance item- so I never pay full price at Express. read more

This is an Express OUTLET, not a regular Express store. You will notice that this store has summer dresses and winter coats on the floor at the same time as it is an outlet. This isn't a bad thing, per se, but if you are going in for something you saw online or in another store you most likely will not find it here. My husband and I dropped by here (due to proximity) for more 1MX shirts for him- their nice button up shirts with slight stretch and a more modern cut than you find in most department stores. The store associate informed us they are seasonal and they do not have any. Um, no. You can find them at any normal Express store and online (I checked while standing in the store). Come on dude, just say you are an outlet and don't carry the higher end shirts. You will also notice that the brand tags on the clothes (the labels) are white and I asked a store associate at a regular store what that is about since any label in the normal stores are black and she said that it is b/c the goods are not made at the same places as what the normal stores carry and are cheaper versions. So, unless you have your coupons, you are paying close to the same price as at the normal stores for lesser quality products. We ended up buying a couple of work shirts that day and the sales associate who checked us out (or started to) walked away midway through our order without saying a word. She disappeared into the dressing room area and after a couple of minutes another came over to check us out without saying a word to us. I have no idea what this was about; we are friendly and said hi to the first and the husband and I were discussing a movie when the first walked away- don't think we offended her in any way by discussing Wreck It Ralph but who knows. read more
