We visited the store today. They have a good selection of clothes. I found a really good deal ona Ralph Lauren Dress! I love it only $32 dollars since they have an extra 25 % percent off on red tag clearances! So i was very happy about that. The young man ho helped me with my return ( a drss that is full of sequins) he was so nice but sadly i didn't get his name. Also shoutout to Naya! She was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Very agreeable and so very nice! She checked us out since we purchased new items from the store. She had such a great aura to her that she was so lovely and it made my night, especially it is almost closing and she still had a lot of energy i love that for her! read more

This Nordstrom Rack is tucked away in the rear sort of the rear of Columbia Crossing. Parking is plentiful, just not directly in front. Its normally quiet and steady customer traffic. Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes. Im not a fan of looking/searching through miscellaneous racks of clothes. It just annoys me. I managed to do such today for a few minutes not long and was out. The line was a little long because of a couple customers at the counters but all in all it was good. read more

I like coming to this particular location. They have a lot of variety in their shoe section. I don't normally look at anything else I have only purchased shoes. Hands down the most degrading, atrocious, hostile shopping experience I've ever had in my life. Do not come here unless you want to get profiled and aggressively followed and harassed by the paranoid useless employees and their paw patrol squad of "secret" shoppers! At one point there were 4 secret shoppers hounding me at once as I tried on a cardigan in the mirror. Pretending to be on the phone, concealing their face with a hat, whispering to each other. Can't even try on shoes in peace without 3 other combination of the avengers scurrying to circle me. No customer service was offered not once from any of the useless employees. Only staring, hovering, and peeking into my cart constantly. Nearly spent $300 and would've spent more but the nasty assistant manager decided to run the store like Putin. Singling me out as a target for literally just shopping, not doing anything suspicious or out of the ordinary. She prefers to have a bunch of people aimlessly wandering harassing me than to SELL at a STORE! By the time I went to pay I broke down crying I was humiliated for SHOPPING I did nothing wrong yet felt terrible. Even as I'm waiting to pay the burnt out assistant manager is staring me down, she was quick to scurry off into the abyss once she saw me crying to the cashier. My go to place for shopping. Everything in this store is high quality. You can find plenty of the same brands and identical items of clothing that are sold in the Nordstrom that is a part of the Columbia mall but for cheaper! There is plenty of parking. It has better selection than the other Nordstrom Racks that I have been to. The reason that I cannot give it 5 stars is the checkout line can take FOREVER. I have had to leave without buying anything because I simply did not have time to wait in line for over 30 minutes. And when leaving the store, they do not let you take the carts out to your car to unload. The racks can be disorganized as well with sizes not in the right places. read more

Another great shopping experience! I ordered my items on Nordstrom.com and opted for pick up at Nordstrom Rack. Though the projected pick up date was Wednesday, I received email notifications that the orders were ready; one on the same and the other a day later. Because I was unavailable to pick up the items when they were ready, the store agreed to put notes on them until today. I was happy that they could accommodate me in this way. When I arrived, there was ample parking available. The surrounding area was clean and free of trash. Overall, everything presented nicely. I entered the store and was immediately acknowledged by the greeter. The staff were wearing masks, so I asked if they were required. I was told that they were optional. The store appeared to be in pristine condition. From my vantage point of walking from the entrance to the pick-up area, everything seemed to be in place. Since the store had just opened, there were not many customers inside. For this reason, I walked directly to the package pick-up counter, where I was greeted by an associate a few seconds later. She asked for my name, located my packages, requested identification and handed me my packages. As I exited the store, the greeter thanked me for visiting. In five minutes or less, I was back in my car. The pick-up process was efficient. read more

I absolutely cannot believe that I have not previously completed a review for this place! This is my favorite Nordstrom Rack world wide! Please believe I have visited quite a few of them! This location has a large parking lot to accommodate my car being outside safely, and an eye appealing store sales floor that makes you want to pick up every single thing in the store! They have everything in all sizes and colors all the time! Their prices are great and you don't have to go digging anywhere to find it clothing and accessory pieces! The racks are set up as if you were in the regular Nordstrom location. I actually like this location better because there's more variety than my local Nordstrom and I will forever be a fan of this place! Great variety and choices, fantastic/ consistent customer service and always a clean store. Oh and their shoes are always in order, you don't have to search for your 2nd shoe, they're always in the appropriate boxes, and you normally can find several sizes in the same shoe. Nordstrom Rack to the rescue. Needed a spring-time dress (frills, flowers, flowy... you get the vibe) and couldn't find anything that fit or fit right at the nearby mall. I almost gave up until I remembered that there was a Nordstrom Rack nearby. This location is pretty large with a sizable collection of women's clothing. Happy to report that even the clearance racks were well maintained with sizes falling where they needed to. Definitely doesn't look 'picked over' like I've experienced at several Rack locations across the DMV (Rockville, L Street). Walked in and walked out with five dresses fitting the bill. Didn't care to try them on in-store due to their generous return policy, but each one was a winner. Note: there is a different line for returns and in-store pickups. read more

I like this location much more than the one at the Mall in Towson. Newer, stand alone store with ample parking right out front (Towson's parking is a zoo). Nice, spaced out layout. I don't like to feel trapped by a sea of humans when shopping for shoes, especially during COVID and here I never do. Great deals, but as it's the Rack, you have to hunt for your bargains and there's no guarantee your size will be available. I love the hunt, so this is for me! Nice selection of lingerie-good to get top brands for less than at Nordie's full priced store. Go there for shoes for your family. I can usually find a good pair of quality jeans there. Purchased a bunch of clothes here and jokingly told the cashier to make sure they removed all of the security tags because I live over an hour away. Figured worst case, the security alarm would be the fail safe on the way out the door. Got home, and sure enough there's a security tag on one of the items. On Sun Mar 26th, I approached a male manager/associate (bald head) to inquire about a discount further than the minor 10% on sneakers that were clearly worn and very dirty on the soles. The manager/associate who was not friendly, no smile, barely gave eye contact tells me no further discount and he would rather not sell them and "damage them out". The fact that they even put very worn sneakers out on the floor is distasteful and then to be so stern and uncompromising about a discount beyond $5 is not customer service. Of course I didnt take them let them damage them out as he put it. Even if the answer was no thats fine but he was very unpleasant. Uncalled for. read more

What a surprise! Nordstrom Rack just opened up in Columbia Crossings and I happened to be there. This is a great addition to the shopping center- hope the parking lot can handle it too. This store has all the goodies that you could expect from a Nordstrom Rack. It's a decent size and was organized considering it was opening weekend. Purses up front, accessories to the right then check outs to the far right wall- little odd but the flow seemed to work. Clothes in the middle, shoes in the back along with the restrooms. Men's clothes and fitting rooms to the left side of the store. I wished all the store associates in bright green shirts could all check us out at random spots like other Nordstrom Racks but only a few of them seemed to have check out abilities. They're smart though, I managed to add some make-up palettes to my pile of goodies in the check out line. Black flats, Max Studio dress for $40 (that's a whole outfit!), bralettes. Nice damage but saved a ton of money compared to the price tags in regular Nordstroms. read more

Any and everything that your heart's desire can be found here, from home goods to clothing, shoes, etc. etc. etc. Having the quality of Nordstrom with the discount prices is a win win in my book. Couple that with additional savings for clearance items, and a place to get alterations and a winner is to be had. I shop at the rack and HauteLook A LOT, which means I return items too. I hate coming here to return because I always get an attitude from the cashiers even though all my returns have tags, original boxes, and receipts attached. This store is one of many many addictions. If it's not the store, it's the app. My shoes, my dresses, my bras, my sunglasses, all from here. If I go in, I always leave out with something. I'm very particular as far as my work attire and they always deliver. This place makes me happy. This was the first NR that I found when I moved to the area and so far, No Complaints. Finding a parking spot can be a challenge so pack a little patience before you come; I seem to always find a good bargain on dress shirts at this location. The lines seem to wrap around the front of the store so find a store associate and check-out at one of the Express Check-Out counters. This Nordstrom Rack is just okay for me as a guy. The men's section is a little disorganized and feels a disheveled. Most recently I was at the rack suit shopping and it was very difficult to find organization in the suit section. The selection of colors was also a little lacking, As far as a men's shopping I'd probably stick to the basics but you will get a pretty good price and be able to stretch a dollar a little. read more

Super selection, many items at unbelievable prices. What a great find! I had to look them up online; it's not close to my home but I work nearby. The only downside is I spent 6 entire hours in there-- too many things I loved and wanted to try on. I wish there were more options in jumpsuits and pants for women with short legs. But this location is very well organized and tidy, with clothes mostly in their proper places-- not like falling off hangers, draped over racks, or one size stuffed into another size's area. Good customer service during my visit on a weeknight in early August. I went specifically to find outfits for a late summer vacation. There's never any parking anywhere near the door so be prepared to walk a mile. This is even early in the morning when they first open. I think the employees are parking in front of the store. They do carry larger women's shoe sizes (11 and up) but the selection is hit or miss. The one thing that really bothers me about this store is how slow the line moves.
