They need for cashiers. Their selection is ok. Their clothes can be a bit expensive. They have clearance sales throughout the year.

Placed an order online. A couple hours later, got an email from Old Navy that my order had been canceled due to fraud. I called customer service and was told that they can't tell me why it was canceled or marked as fraud but that they can't do anything about it. Now I get to wait 10 whole business days for the hold on my bank account to go away. Thanks for nothing Old Navy. read more

04/20/2023 approx 8:80 pm ... Took a last minute trip to grab some summer clothing for my son. The store was so organized and clean. You know how towards the end of the day clothes tend to be thrown around? Well yea, this was not the case here. Store was closing in about 30 minutes. But everything was so neat. Even as I was looking for certain sizes I was helped by an employee. Yes I made a bit of a mess looking for sizes and she just went behind after I moved and straightened it up with a genuine smile. Fitting room- this area was also very tidy and smelled clean. Nothing worse then a sweaty smelly dressing room. Cashier was super friendly as well. It takes a lot for me to write a review. Saturday 5/10 I visited the Gambrills location to ex change (3) pair of men's pants. They were in perfect condition intact they still had all tags on them. The size was too big for my grandson. I stopped at the cashierhe advised for me to get the exchange and return. I did so when I returned a new cashier asked for the receipt. I advised I didn't have it my son purchase pants and we just want to exchange I don't want a refund. I called my son and he confirmed he could mnot locate the receipt. the cashier then said ok here is a store credit for 40.00.. I said wait the 3 pair of pants cost almost $150.00. the cashier then said we here is cash bucks . I told her Im not asking for free money or a discount I just want to exchang. She refused stating the tranac is complete gave me a store cards with the $40.00 on it. The items I ended of getting cost me $93.00 of which i advised her to apply it to my OldNavy / Gap card. They had good selection, a lot of good things for kids. Prices were reasonable. I feel the customer service was good.

I wish they had a larger section for girls. Overall the staff was friendly and attentive, but I was asked 4x in the 30-45 mins I was there if I needed help. I understand that the associate was just trying to be helpful, but after engaging the first time, I will come and find you if I need help. It almost felt like I was being harassed like they thought my daughter and I were going to steal. Cashier was great, she helped me reopen my previously unused credit card and I saved so much money restocking my daughter for summer. read more

Much like most of the stores I frequent, this Old Navy is simply a pickup spot for my online orders to avoid shipping charges. The store is as neat as can possibly be. It's fairly large so I can see how it's hard to stay on top of all the messes customers make. However, sometimes it does look like a bomb went off in there. The staff is friendly and efficient and make all my pickups and sometimes returns easy and painless. Old Navy is definitely stepping up their game so I see myself continuing to order clothes online and picking them up at this store. read more

Great store for the whole family: men's, women's, and kid's. They also have activewear, sleepwear, and accessories (socks, belts, shoes, and jewelry). The store is fairly organized and employees are friendly. The clothes in dressing rooms could be cleared out more frequently. Nearby the checkout registers, they have a few accessories like headbands, trinkets, candy, and refrigerated sodas. They have clearance items throughout the store as well. On occasion, they have promotional offers. Today we had Super Cash in which if you purchased a certain amount ($75) you got a certain dollar amount off ($30). We got $75 (all items were on sale) worth of merchandise for $45. Definitely a fun place to shop for the whole family! read more

I come here all the time. Very good deals. The staff here are always friendly. I use my ON card here and I wish that staff were trained to look up if you have available rewards on your account and use them automatically. Many times, I gave electronic rewards available, have already gone in and made purchases and reviewed an email later that I had rewards and they are now approaching expiry. I buy my clothes and clothes for my family here. My casual clothes are mostly from here. The designs have always been desirable by me. The quality has gotten better. No longer is a garment just for a season. You can expect to wear it for a few. I do wish they would focus on making cuter tops... Like a wrap top. Very feminine. read more

Very cool Old Navy location. Spacious, friendly staff and they seem to have a well stocked inventory. The weekend that I popped in, they were having their Columbus Day sale and all work-out clothes were 50% off. I came early and was able to stock up on the items I needed and went through the line in a breeze. I encountered an employee (I wish I would've gotten his name) that went above and beyond looking for a specific shirt for me. He even gave me the locations I could go to that would have it. Great Old Navy to come pick up a few essentials (tanks, leggings, workout clothes, beach dresses) for summer. I love the sales here and the fact the sizes run big because I'm a total size queen. So if I've put on a few pounds, my Old Navy clothes still fit me. LOL That being said, I don't recommend taking the clothes or accessories here seriously. The quality is pretty good for the value but won't go very far. I like to think of Old Navy as a practical version of Forever 21. I also like that you get can get cool tees here for holidays like St. Patty's Day, Independence Day or Valentine's Day. And you can't beat the prices for kids clothes. Just too cute! read more

Okay we all know that ON is a chain, it is part of the GAP Inc. brand, the lower of the three. I personally have always been a fan of the GAP Inc. brands for fo eva and ON is just as good. I think the clothes at times are a bit too expensive for the quality, (they just don't last that long) and for that reason, I generally go to ON for staples, or to rack up during the end of season sale This time, I racked up on summer items for my upcoming cruise! Woop! IMO you can't beat a good sale and cute clothes. read more

Rude rude rude. I am a very loyal, longtime ON shopper. I have a credit card, I always pay my balance, and usually enjoy my experiences. I bought some pixie pants a few weeks ago, and both split at the crotch in the same place with less than two wears. I took the pants to this store, since corporate instructed me that a manager would need to check them out and give me store credit. Oooookay? As soon as I walked in I was ignored by 2 employees. No hi, welcome, how are you. I don't expect to have my ass kissed but I worked in retail all through college and a greeting is pretty standard. I asked to see a manager, explained my situation, and she was very put off, insinuated that I was too fat for the pants, and was generally very flippant and rude. Avoid, and shop online instead. read more

Honestly, I hate Old Navy. When I was a kid the store didn't exist and America was much better for it. Today it seems as if there is always a new annoying Old Navy ad on TV, making me want to hurl then read a book. However, I must deal with the facts on the ground. That is, my wife finds some of their baby stuff cute and affordable. That being said, this is one of the better Old Navy's that I've been in. It is not too large, but the selection is still good. It is laid out in a very rational manner. The staff is competent and friendly. In all, it did not make me want to destroy the place. That makes it A-OK in my book. read more

This was my first time at this Old Navy and it won't be my last. The selection is so much better than other locations. There is a lack of floor customer service, but that's in most stores these days. Kinda sad. I was a little sad that all of the coupons were online only; for the amount of things I bought I thought there would be something, but I needed the items sooooo whatevs. There's always good deals and great prices. My little rock star can't go out looking anything but styling. Old Navy has great baby clothes. The sizing is a little on the larger side, which is important to know when your baby grows so fast. The clothes wash well, last, don't stretch and keep their shape well. Prices here are reasonable as well. I always look for soft clothes when buying for my baby boy and most of the clothes here feel very comfortable (not like the scratchy fabrics at Target). Most of the time, I can find an outfit that fits the 'Rockstar" theme we chose for our son. It is always nice to find a larger store with some cute boy clothes for once. I just wish they had more baby shoes. Based on baby clothes-This is easily 4.5/5 stars Old Navy adult clothes are a different story. I won't purchase clothes for myself here anymore. They never keep their shape, shrink and only last 2-3 wearings. I also purchased maternity clothes from Old Navy and had the same problem. This store is well stocked, organized and the staff is very friendly. I'm usually pretty happy to come in here and shop for my little man, just not for me. read more

They never have anything in stock, never have the sizes I need, and it's always messy. And they've rang up my purchase wrong MULTIPLE times. One of these times, they added an extra $100 to my purchase from items the lady was ringing up before I even got to the register. read more

The store itself is clean, organized and easy to shop. The employees are terrible though. They Constantly stop ringing you up to talk about what they want to buy and other things. I've walked out of the store countless times. If there was another old navy in Columbia I would go there in a heart beat. Nice store. Relatively clean on a weekday afternoon. Some fab deals. I wish customer service was better. Also, some of the clothing items can be super cheaply made - like one wash & ur done. Went shopping when doors opened on Thanksgiving. The employees were really nice and helpful. Store seems pretty well organized and they had plenty of dressing rooms. No line to check out! Great deals. read more

I generally shop online but I had to make a return to the store. I patiently waited in line only to be greeted with "Next customer". There was no true greeting like......"Hello, I'll be glad to help you". The individual assisting me didn't even smile and I notice on her name tag it said "Lead", she is not leading by example that's for sure. I advised her that I wanted to make a return and exchange an item. However, had she let me finish she would have realized my order was for plus size clothes which the store does not carry. She couldn't retrieve one item which was a part of an item that I had the bag for and the invoice on my phone. She asked another young lady for assistance and it still didn't work. Again as I tried to speak I was hit with the "Ma'am I'm trying to do everything but it's not coming up". So I hit her and the other young lady with, "if you would stop cutting me off and let me speak you would have heard me say I will take the sweater back and just send it back". Now I'm furious and ready to just get out the store. Just rude for no reason and her tone alone will keep me from coming back to this store. The rating would have been a 1 but she was able to complete the purchase for the same sweater that was pictured on my invoice that couldn't be returned in the store. Before I left the register she reached over the young lady and I'm not sure what she said but it was probably something my attitude that she brought on by not greeting me, interrupting me, and just having terrible customer service. read more

This is a terrible place to shop at because of the workers and the way they run things, very unprofessional. When I walk in I never get greeted and all of the employees look so unhappy and angry along with a serious case of rbf (resting b*tch face). Overall TERRIBLE service and not worthy of being open. I recommend going to the other locations. They don't even deserve 1 star, but gave it because the store used to be high quality in the mid 2000s. read more
