They had a ton of self checkout lanes open as well as multiple cashiers working.

Or, perhaps it was stained in the warehouse since it was ordered online, but please don't insinuate that she wore the dress out, and I was trying to return it. There's a considerable difference in the two. Won't be returning to the store. I'll just buy online from here on out. I spend thousands on clothes from this place, money is really no object for me, I don't need to pull hustles to return clothes for pennies. Geesh.

I am late to the trendy scene and discovered them this past year after seeing people I know wear their brand. I know it's expensive so thought now was a good time to check then out. Everything in the store was 50% off. There was also a 60% clearance rack. Upon entering I was greeted and informed about their promotion. I saw a cute sweater that was just too large and unflattering on me. I purchased two long tees, one red and one pink. I'm happy that the sleeves were just the right length. Many retailers I shop at don't offer petite sizes so the sleeves are always too long or baggy. Their apparel is really cute and I am glad that not everything is imprinted with their large whale logo on it. I am definitely adding this to my list whenever I shop at the mall, but only when it's a big holiday and there are good sales.

Both of our salespeople were amazing today. The first young lady expertly measured and got us started (my most sincere apology for not knowing her name) and Alexandria sealed the deal resulting in a very happy, economically pleasing purchase! The term "blind box" is somewhat what it implies; boxes of themed Korean inspired character items that you purchase, having no idea what you purchased until you open the box. I believe there is a hope that you will come across a sought after item or simply one that you don't have to add to your collection. The store had various characters and themed blind boxes in addition to an assortment of other Korean/anime inspired merchandise. My family member found what they were looking for. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The blind boxes we purchased were $19.99 a piece (we got 2) and the prices varied according what blind boxes items you purchased. They were pleased with their purchases. All in all, if this is your thing, half at it!
