The term "blind box" is somewhat what it implies; boxes of themed Korean inspired character items that you purchase, having no idea what you purchased until you open the box. I believe there is a hope that you will come across a sought after item or simply one that you don't have to add to your collection. The store had various characters and themed blind boxes in addition to an assortment of other Korean/anime inspired merchandise. My family member found what they were looking for. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The blind boxes we purchased were $19.99 a piece (we got 2) and the prices varied according what blind boxes items you purchased. They were pleased with their purchases. All in all, if this is your thing, half at it!

However, a lot of the higher end stores has closed up. I must have a relax mind to come into this mall as it can be overwhelming with some mall guests and crowds. Today it was very mellow for it all. There are eateries around the mall with some anchor restaurants. There are relaxing massage chairs placed around the mall, as well as bathroom in the different sections of the mall all numbered access identified.

But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes.
