I used to really enjoy this store but it seems, at least as of March 2025, they have eliminated their plus size offerings. Not bad at all. I came here on Black Friday....pretty much asking to be a glutton for punishment. lol. As you can probably guess, it was a madhouse and very crowded! But, surprisingly the store was fully stocked, well organized and full of great stuff. I bought two pair of shoes, a couple of running shorts, gym gear and a hat for less than $120 bucks! Talk about a deal...Anyone who knows about a Nike store, you can pay that price for just one pair of shoes or hoodie alone!! LOL! The floor plan is open which is great for accommodating large crowds, and this place tends to get crowded for sure but, what I've noticed is that the lines at check out move fast and they tend to have a good rotation of inventory. There were a couple of items on the floor where I needed a different size and one of the staff members were able to check their stock and pull the size I needed from the inventory room. I really appreciated that as to he could've been lazy, and not even bother to put forth the effort, giving that the store was so crowded. In all, easy to shop because of the set up and attentive staff. Also, great prices and return policy. The store is large, clean with lots of rotating stock and items for a factory outlet store. I am not one for shoe shopping, it's my least favorite thing to do, but my brother was in the area and in search of shoes, so I had to be the tour guide for the day. What a horrible tour this would be, all the shoe stores that were ahead of us. He wanted a pair of Jordans and of course he wanted to seek out a Nike store. With my dad tagging along, he also wanted to be in an area where he could explore as well, that is why we came to this location at the mall. Walking in, this was quite the mess of a store. People everywhere and you could not move freely between sections. The section we wanted to look at wasn't the easiest to look through, let alone get to. It wasn't all that great of an experience as they didn't have what he was looking for and it was near impossible to find an employee for help. They were all preoccupied with the register. Came to this store for the weekend. Same setup as the location in Ontario Mills, but it is much smaller. The ambiance was great, but with one caveat. The store was very limited on new products and staff seems to have not much idea on anything. Did find some kickers for my wife, but I'm not sure why the team there have no idea about any of the products. Hello my name is Keisha Bennett. I'm writing you to file a formal complaint against your store in Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover Md. The incident happened today 7/19/25 at approximately 11:30am. My son and I came to the store to shop for clothing and other necessary for school. While in the store my son and I separated as he was picking out items as well as myself. Once he was finished he came into the front of the store looking around for me. While doing so an associate by the name of Nat called over the radio for all store associates to block the exit under the false pretense that my minor son was going to steal a backpack. Once my child seen me he came over to me and gave me the items that he wanted me to purchase. After I finished getting everything I wanted I went to the register to complete my sale. Once my sale was completed I asked to speak to a manager in which she came from the back office and spoke with me. I felt as if my concerns had fallen on deaf ears and that we didn't matter. I then asked her could she also bring Nat into the conversation because I felt as if my son was owed an apology. Instead of apologizing she became defensive and combative. Trying to justify her actions as if she was right in what she did. I understand that there are people out here that do steal but she shouldn't have grouped certain people into that category. I was taken aback by her actions and assumptions. My son was hurt , embarrassed, and distraught by actions. It hurt me as his mother to see him cry in disbelief as if he did something wrong by looking for me as his mother to buy the things that he picked out today in the store. Due to these employees actions I will not patronize this store ever again. I would hope in the future that this type of thing does not happen to anyone else so they won't be made to feel like we did. This was my first time at this location. They have a variety style of selections. Pretty reasonable prices. I was only interested in the ladies selections. Found a pair that fit my needs. I like the Nike revolution. Now I do think that socks are ridiculously priced. Customer service employees was pretty much more interested in talking to each other than asking if you needed any assistance. Several stood in the way of me being able to see the shoes on the shelf but the others was quite helpful including the cashier who recommended signing up for the free points and the discount. I have been here three times. I supposed that I need to give a review at this point. My first two experiences were terrible. Poor service, long lines, and getting back in line after having a question because that's what they tell you to do. The fitting rooms were easy enough to use. The place has clothes and shoes and has a nice clearance rack that I was able to grab a few things from. It's Nike, so the prices don't surprise me. And I had an exceptional staff member help me this past visit, but then the manager came over when I couldnt' find my gift card and closed out my sale and told me to move aside. Mind you this is after the sales lady and I had a great interaction, she had me download the app for an additional 15% off, so I did, she was patient through all of that, but then moved me aside, just so that I could get back in line once I found it. I was annoyed, and spent more time there than I wanted, but looks like they go through the line quick. I only gave it two stars because some clothes were stained that I tried. The manager looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her if I should get back in line. And they put my sale aside without any consultation with me, she was outright rude with me and the saleperson that was pleasant and helpful. So meh. It's also really crowded, so I think this is a place I would skip unless it's your only option. read more

They limit the number of people in the store and require masks be worn. There's a line to get in the store but the wait wasn't long. The selection of shoes happened to be picked over. Some of the shelves were literally bare. They do offer Nike shoes and apparel. Sometimes you can find a lot here and other times you don't. Today was a day I didn't find anything. That's how it is. Amazing place to shop. You never know what you will find there. I got a pair of 140 dollar shoes for about 60 dollars. I love this place.

I'm not a huge fan malls, but I had a gift card to the Nike store. I decided to go to the location in Arundel Mills. Prior to getting to the store I hadn't made up my mind on weather I was getting clothes or shoes. The gift card was for 50 bucks so that would be a factor in the decision. when I got to the store I was greeted by one of the associates and asked if I needed any help. I didn't and started to browse. I made my way to the shoe and was immediately drawn to a pair of AirMax. Out of curiosity I wanted to see how much they cost. I was expecting them to be anywhere between 150 and 200 bucks, but to my surprise the price tag on the box was $63 I immediately went to the cashier give them my card and $13 and walked out with a pair of brand new sneakers. However, upon my last visit, i realized that through all years that I have been a customer, the customer service has always been very good! I could not think of an incident that left me unhappy with the store. I have always been greeted with a smile. Asked if I needed help; and questioned if I required any further assistance. The store, even at maximum capacity with patrons, has always been clean, orderly, and appropriately stocked with merchandise. Each time I enter this store it's like the employees scramble. A little customer service goes a long way. If you've got a kid who's feet are sprawling every other month, this factory store is an affordable option to purchase stylish shoes. Since it's a factory store they won't have every size, color or style and quantities may be limited. I seem to be able to find items whenever I frequent so be flexible. The do offer a military discount but with all businesses it's subject to change so just inquire. The selection of shirts and athletic shorts are in abundance. The selection of work out gear for men and women are well stocked. I think the socks are a a tad bit overpriced but to each his/her own. I would shop here again. read more

While I am totally attracted to Nike products, I can't wear their shoes- they don't work for my particular type of feet. I have a lot of their running clothes too but I just can't justify buying anymore until I wear those out and Nike attire lasts a really really really long time. So be careful of what you buy- it'll last forever and you'll be wearing the same clothes 30 years from now. Most of the staff is really rude and the store manager was not helpful at all. The store was disorganized and I didn't receive any help from staff until it was time for me to checkout and leave. I frequent many of them on the east coast to see what deals I can find. They can be hit or miss but this particular one usually has something that I pickup. I was lucky enough to catch a 30% off sale and picked up a pair of retro 1 lows, retro 1 high, retro 6 lows, and a shirt for a total of only 250 bucks. Best service. Always super clean. Has a great selection of clothes, however, I wish they would carry some REDSKINS clothing. They have a great military discount. This store has limited edition shoes located behind the registers. Many of my friends have scouted out some great deals! You may make regular full line store purchase returns here (this is how they get some of the crazy limited shoes). This location has a "historic shoe bin" where you are able to recycle your old shoes! It is located between the shoe section and men's clothing section up against the wall. read more

This store is decent. The styles are NIKE. What can I say more about it. The positives is every now and then they will carry a current shoe or piece of apparel at a great price. With a name like Nike Factory, I expected 3rd world living conditions and child labor. I was going to use this site to shoot a scene for my movie. This is not a factory and is much more like a retail store that sells items previously made in factories. Love this store, though in my size 14 - 15 it's pretty much a luck of the draw shopping experience. One of the best things about this store is that they let you use coupons even when they have sales. On one of my visits i got a $180.00 pair of shoes for $60.00, and I got a pair of spizzikes for low 50's. I can't go into the mall without seeing whats in stock. I used PayPal (I work in retail so I know these transactions are cashed out, returned back to the PayPal account, or card linked to the PayPal) but they said they could only offer me a gift card. What's not to love? I was in need of a lighter sneaker for running and I had plenty to choose from here. I got a great pair of sneakers for $45 (originally $100). Not only were they what I was looking for in terms of a running shoe but they were actually girly. Now if you wear a size 11 in sneakers like me, you know as a chick durable and cute is just plain hard to find in the sneaker department. They also had a good sale on clothing, 25% off their clearance. Of course I racked up with pants, sports tank and a shirt. I can't go anywhere else and get four Nike products including sneakers and running pants for under $90. I was a happy camper and this was so worth the drive from Silver Spring. read more

Ok large size running shoes are really hard to come by with that being said I've had some luck in the past at other nike outlets so I gave this one a try. The only had 2 pairs which were not too appealing so we passed. BUT the service was excellent, at least with the young man who assisted us.
